Called all over Vegas today could not find a rental car then voila all of a sudden here shows up Valley Xpress. Come to find out, owned by very nice couple, Tom and Barbara shes from my back East hometown. He is a native of Las Vegas, born and raised. Happy with their customer service, and ease of car rental.Definitely give your money to these guys and avoid the corporate greed.😉☺😇

I was in a bind and needed transportation right away. Barbara was so helpful over the phone we set a time and I came in. It was hassle free and I met Tom who would assist if the car had any trouble. They provided excellent customer service.

I have been renting from them for a couple months. Not once have I had a negative experience. They are incredibly professional and they have worked with me when things come up, as well as taken a payment over the phone when I couldnt make it in.. Ive used a few local places and hands down Ill never use anyone else again!

This is absolutely the worst place in town to do business with, no sour grapes just contempt for the way these people ( for lack of a filthy word strong enough ) treat customers, Ive done business with this company for a dozen yrs and when I switched from renting a car to buying a car is where I made my mistake, I realize I bought the auto as is but there has got to be a line if not morally then legally, how do you sell a car to someone youve known not socially but long enough to feel that selling a car for almost 5,000$ when it has MAJOR issues 6 months in, its just wrong, small children single mother limited income and you go for the throat? How despicable! Im not through with them, they basically robbed me and now its my turn,I AM MAKING IT MY LIFES WORK TO TELL EVERYONE AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT DO THIS TO ANOTHER TRUSTING SOUL.

Excellent experience. Got the vehicle we requested and Were picked up at the airport and taken to our car. George and his partner were superb. And the boxer doggie was a gentleman as well. Highly recommend.

Straight crooks! Beware Beware Beware! They said we broke a seat handle that was never checked! Charged us 154$ for repairs without permission or discussing it with us! And then proceeded to keep calling me a liar on the phone! Its January 19, 2020 do not use the place!

This was a very negative experience. The rentals were cheap because of a lot of hassle that quite honestly wasnt worth the price. First, we had to bring proof of insurance and then even change our deductible once we got there. Really? This wasnt mentioned before we started our trip. If I hadnt happened to have had in on my phone already we would have been SOL. This was a minor inconvenience but the big issue happened next.Then as I did the inspection, we marked off all the nicks and dings we saw in the car. The lady didnt like this. So much so that she made her own report and asked me to sign it. Her report of course had no marks on the car inspection report. I spelled a rat and declined and told her my inspection showed the true condition of the car and this is the one I would sign.We were trying to rent for 34 days or so. But apparently they are only capable of renting for 28 days at a time so I had to come back in and sign a second contract. What a waste of time.When I did the original inspection the car was on empty and I took a picture of the gas tank just in case. Sure enough, when I turned the car back in my inspection report was gone. She had thrown it away, and replaced mine with hers and forged my signature. The worst part is that she had marked the cars fuel WAY UP, more than 1/4 tank so that the I would get charged for the missing fuel when I returned it rightfully on empty.I called the manager and offered to show him the picture of the tank. His employee was caught in a big lie. To date this lady is still employed and I have no idea why. I still have proof of her lieThey also charged a huge deposit. We were given a car with a check engine light illuminated.

This car rental place is absolutely wonderful. They accept cash deposit and payment and are by far cheaper than any of the many other car rental places I called. The employees were very personable and honest and we WILL be using them again. No complaints here.

Tom and Barb were wonderful to us. We received great service and an excellent price on a rental car for a 3 day trip from Vegas to the Grand Canyon via the Hoover Dam. We were able to Uber to Valley Xpress for less than $20 and just about 20 minutes from the strip. Wed use them again for future trips and recommend them to friends coming to Vegas.

I absolutely love renting from this company and have for years,the couple who run it are awesome,friendly and helpful! I dont understand the people who left bad reviews,they must have done something that was out of the contract cuz Ive NEVER had any problems and will continue to rent from them for many,many years 🌹

Tom and his staff are good people. I needed to rent a vehicle with cash when my debit card was stolen. I went to another cash place that tried to jack up the rate I was quoted over the phone. Tom sent someone to pick me up and gave me a better price. It was like dealing with a friend. Thanks Tom...

Did a CASH DEPOSIT rental. I was worried based on other reviews I read from different companies but VALLEY EXPRESS was awesome to work with. Exactly what they promised. Got a great minivan. Wed definitely recommend them to anyone and would rent again from them. Try them... you wont be disappointed.

This company sucks! They will find lilttle things to take yea money. They charge me and my 150.00 for one day. The lady that sits at the front is a complete ass hole. When we called on the phone she told us 300 deposit and when we got there and she seen us she said the deposit was now 400. She is racist. She kicked me my wife and kids out in the 100 degree weather. And the guy is just as bad. Please dont go here take it from me its not worth it. I would rather walk than to go there and rent a car.

I needed a quick quote from their website, but they provide no way to do that!!!They insist on a phone call, but only during business hours.Someone needs to tell these newbies that Las Vegas is a 24 hour town!!!!!!!!!

Tom and Barb are so nice. Rented from them intermittenly for years and always satisfactory service and information. I finally purchased from them. They worked with me on the down payment and i have had the car almost a year with no major issues. I recommend them for all car needs rental and purchase.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I read all reviews here and I called and said I was quoted 350 your not going to charge me more when I get there right? The man said no people pay more for not reading the fine print. So we go there and decided to upgrade our car so an extra 120 so that makes us as 470. We were there for 8 days. The man at the counter said because we were from another state our insurance would not cover our car we got. (LIE) so we had to get get. Our grand total with there HIDDEN TAXES was 970? Serious thats far from the 350 I was first quoted. He said 45% is taxes. This company will rip you off go somewhere else

The reason we where lucky to come across this great rental car company was because we had no credit card they made it so easy for us to rent with cash.we got to the airport gave them a call and Tom came to pick us up with no problem in a lovely car brought us back to the rental company we signed a few forms paid the very reasonable price for the car plus a small deposit and we were on our way in the same lovely car .the car was perfect and the gps would have been lost without it ......lol honestly can not recommend this company enough such lovely people and a very reliable business. Cash possible, but at a normal price of $ 10 / day (stood on the wall, heard from talking on delivery of the car) we have been pretty much deducted with $ 50 a day for a simple box. Unfortunately our credit card did not work for Enterprise Car Rental, so saving our car with cash was our salvation. So our situation was exploited, even if the staff was very nice and we were also picked up from the hotel. Second star is only for the fact that the MA was very nice and was our salvation for our vacation.
