Came into ace after Being turned away from fox for having a debit card even though their policy states the accept major debit cards. Was immediately greeted by Jazzy and an amazing vibe. She was extremely fast pleasant and efficient booked us and got us an amazing deal on a brand new charger will definitely recommend using ace and would say to ask specifically for Jazzy. To be honest I was a little skeptical about what I would experience given the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employees I dealt with were amazing. Jazzy handled my paperwork and Jon was able to extend my rental by a day with no hassles. He called me back before they were open! These folks go the extra mile with customer service . Even our transport driver was amazing . All had great attitudes and were willing to bend over backwards for us . It is evident this company has a good corporate culture. Thanks Linda got my glass back. I left my black glass case in the trunk, it is hard to find in the black trunk carpet background. she found the glass, put a nice label on that. provided UPS information and get it ready for pick up.Regarding to the rental experience, it need 2 shuttle bus to get to the rental place, since the price is attractive for our 10 days rental, no complain on that. the driver is nice and polite.Car is clean and video taped before departure to avoid potential dispute.they did put unopened bottle water to the cooler for employee. this is nice, So I do not feel too guilty dumping the bottle water in trash can.One little complain is relative long check in with the lady representative. She did mention or recommend to prepay full tank gas, and insurance .. After long flight, I just want to get into the car and check in the hotel.$300 fully refunded to me after couple of days. +++

I would suggest avoid renting from Ace car rental since they charge you extra without even letting you know and take off the charges from your deposit. This happened recently with me. They charges me extra $122 for prepaid fuel and additional driver.First of all I never opted for prepaid fuel. I returned the car with tank full of gas and I usually take picture as a proof while returning to ensure the miles I am returning at and to ensure the tank is full. So I am adding picture of the car showing gas was full.Secondly, ACE car rental policy states that spouses drive for free. Additional driver that I added was my wife and as per their policy I should not be charged for additional driver. See screenshot from their policy.So I would suggest stay away from ACE car rental and choose different car rental even if you have to pay some extra money.One star only for customer service since they returned my money back.
Wished I could give less than one star. The most jankiest place Ive ever seen for car rental. Lobby and bathrooms were filthy no air conditioning in the lobby. The so-called lobby look like a car mechanics shop. They hide all kinds of fees. I received my vacation package with a price of $241 for my time with the car. When I got there there was some $100 fee they dont make you aware of and the $300 deposit so I walked out of there spending $700 when the package said $241. They said they will release the money for the deposit the day I return it its been 4 days and I still havent seen the money. When I travel again and Ace pops up I will avoid it like its Covid
The shuttle driver was excellent and explained the pick up and drop off perfectly. However, they charged a $300 deposit on top of the rental charge. I was not aware of this charge until I picked up my car!! This deposit is supposed to be refunded when I drop it off. We shall see. It increased the upfront cost by a 1/3. I will not use them again because of this.

Jazzy was great! She made sure we had all the information we needed and she very friendly even giving us tips for visiting places we wanted to go. The staff outside were great the first car tires were not great and they swapped it with no problems. Also the inspector took his time with me as I had to check the car out myself. The deposit was about $700 so if you don’t have a lot on your credit card this is not for you.
Great experience, the deposit was returned the day after giving the car back. Only problem is we paid for a full size car, but ended up having to take a small car. Employees didn’t do anything to try to accommodate us. The shuttle service was not bad at all, take the rental shuttle to the hub and take another one to Ace, easier than expected.

I was nervous to rent at first since it was an off site company I have never rented from! But! My experience was excellent! Cheapest option, worked with extending my rental, and great customer service! Dont be nervous about it being off site either! There is a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport and it is not hard to find at all when you go to return! 10/10 experience. Thank you to the fine people of ACE! ♡

I came to Las Vegas 8/27. Before booking my reservation, I looked up airport rentals. Ace was the first name to appear and the rental price “seemed” reasonable. So I chose Ace for a mid size car. Once I put in all my information I was asked do I want to put insurance on the car. Now this insurance request came right while I’m booking my reservation so I thought that it was insurance through ACE. But once I get to the rental counter they said that the insurance that I purchased was not enough and they aren’t affiliated with Allianz insurance. This insurance appears when making your reservation. So in order for me to be fully covered I had to purchase additional insurance for triple the amount I had already paid. I am not happy. The website doesn’t tell of the insurance mishaps. I will not book with ACE again.

I travel frequently and am in general a flexible relaxed traveler(no Karen here so read through that lens). 4 stars only because I didn’t realize it was off site and there was a decent wait. As well the first car smelled of a fragrant weed odor, so area of improvement would be to air out returned cars. They did quickly replace the car without issues.Returning the car was completely efficient. We pulled up and Malik helped check us in with a friendly welcoming demeanor. I don’t know the other check in people at the start but they were kind despite the wait. Tommy was our efficient shuttle driver back to the airport. Leave yourself time and I saw no issues with this!

However, upon returning our vehicle there was ONLY one person checking in vehicles and she took Forever. .You cannot leave your car and this almost caused us to miss our flight on August 1 at 3:47 PM. The car return process could be a lot smoother!
The manager drove me to the airport after I returned the vehicle because I was running late! I tipped him of course. Its definitely a budget place and kinda ghetto, but I dont mind that. The employees are super sweet and helpful and customer service is what matters to me. Thank you Ace!
I usually dont take the time to write reviews, especially not good ones, since if the companys good, theres no reason to further bolster it. But, I had to write one for Ace due to the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I first booked through Priceline because it was one of the best prices for what I needed and didnt think anything about it. The day before I picked up the car, I looked Ace up on google and got worried due to the reviews. From the reviews, I fully expected to be forced into upgrading or getting unnecessary extra insurance. I even started to look up a back up car just in case, but decided to go with Ace anyway. And, Im glad I gave Ace a shot despite the reviews. The woman checking me in did encourage additional insurance (on top of my credit card car rental and personal auto ins), but I didnt feel like it was pushy in any way. I politely declined and we moved forward. It was about 30 minutes from arrival at Ace to driving off with my rented car. Return was even easier. Although we used an uber to get to/from Ace, the shuttle buses ran regularly and looked clean and legit. Might be a slight inconvenience from having to be picked up from the other rental car facility, but the shuttle buses seemed nice. All staff were friendly, and Id give Ace another shot.
Outstanding 👏 Their cars are off site from all the other car rentals but that works out just fine. Take the car rental shuttle from the airport then hop on Aces shuttle at the huge rental building. Their driver is Outstanding and very helpful. The staff will get you all signed up quickly and happily. They might even sing for you 🙂 Then you are off. I had a question about the trunk not opening so I called back and got the help that I needed and reassurance that they would make it right. Checking it back in was a breeze. This is where being off site pays off. It was so much calmer and easier. We didnt need to go to the airport because we still had two more nights in Las Veges so they gave us a ride back to our hotel. Wow! We could not be more pleased with our experience 👍
Waiting to get rental took about 50 minutes due to the long line, it would be great to have a line just for those that rented a car in advance, returning the car was great and fast, I would definitely recommend Ace rental as I had a good experience and even when I called them after booking with an online service they cancelled my reservation and I booked directly with Ace and their prices are cheaper by dealing with them. Id like to add that my contact at Ace was with Jose Zapata who works in your corporate office in Indianapolis & he is a great asset to your company, he was very nice, polite & attentive & answered all my questions correctly, you should be proud to have such a great employee!
Be careful the women who’s name is Michelle, I understand she want to sell the insurance to me, but the thing I can’t accept was she’s lying. She said only 24 dollars different ( one is $473, one is$497) between full insurance and liability . Actually it was 100 dollars difference.I asked her to take off the ‘ car damage and lost’ insurance, then the total price is $400.25, before was $497.96. That’s so bad for lying to customers. It’s very very unprofessional and unacceptable. I gave 2stars is because the staff was very nice when I picked up the car and returned the car. But definitely won’t go back.

For economic considerations ACE provided a good standard experience as it pertains to a rental car experience. Nothing fancy, not the best service, however, efficient, affective and reasonable prices. At the end of the day they provided a nice clean car and timely related connections
Car worked. Clinton, the service desk advisor, was great! He was funny and nice!Dropping off the car was a breeze. The shuttle driver was very personable and also informative and helpful.The location does require an extra shuttle. Fortunately our timing was spot on as both shuttles arrived and left with us within 1-2 mins.
You have to take two shuttles one to rental place on airport then to ace site off premises. Took a while to get car and a 300 dollar deposit was taken and held until I returned the car. I was told I couldnt cancel but had to submit card again when I got there even though I paid in advance. Car was not full but was identified as full. It was a great price and the car was clean.
Excellent. New car. Exceptionally friendly service. Good value. Location is not in the airport and a bit inconvenient. There is a shuttle but the wait was more than 15 minutes. At least we found shade! Still, certainly worth the inconvenience and I would rent from Ace again.

Booked a rental car via Priceline. Scheduled it to be picked up from the Las Vegas Airport. When we got to the airport there wasn’t a desk for Ace Rent a Car. The info guy there said “EVERYONE looks for them here, they don’t have a base here. You have to go get in line for a shuttle bus that will take you to their location 6.4 miles away”. So that’s what we had to do. We eventually got to the place and once in line, we were basically asked to go through the whole purchase again, even though it had been done on line. The woman at the desk was like “you should probably purchase this certain type of insurance”. We said we’d already done that when originally booking but she said “yeah but you really should buy this additional insurance”. Was very adamant about it. We declined that. When asked why they say they are based at the airport when they’re not she said “all the other car rental places say that too”. Yet they actually DO have desks at the airport. Her response made zero sense. We weren’t the only people complaining about this fact. It’s just a huge inconvenience and time waste. Just tell people the correct address so they can go directly there instead of having to faff about going to the airport then having to wait and then travel further in a shuttle bus. Very annoying.
Anthony in customer service with Ace gets five stars! He by far made up the 2 shuttle conditions to pick up and drop off the vehicle. We were not totally satisfied with the vehicle they presented to us. Was not clean and found out it had mechanical issues as we traveled. However, Anthony is one of the BEST customer services representatives that Ace could have! After our vehicle broke down in the middle of nowhere, he found someone to rescue us and never quit communicating with us until be finally made it back to Las Vegas, NV to return the vehicle and make our flight home. Customer service people like Anthony are hard to find! We just cannot say enough good things as to how well he handled our somewhat scary situation!Browns & Sims
I booked via Priceline. When I arrived the clerk presented me paperwork but failed to explain additional charges which more then doubled the cost of the rental. The additional charges where close to the priceline coat I had already paid and I was under the impression that was what was shown. I do hold responsibility for not reading everything.The manager did refund some of the additional charges but not all.The check in and check out process was smooth and handle free.

Do not rent from this place! They gave us a car with one bald tire that went flat on the expressway.We took the car back and the worker (Brandy) checking us in got extremely rude when I asked for a manager to show them. The manager (Mark) was useless and wouldnt do anything but tell me to fill out a claim form. And he wouldnt write anything down stating the tires condition or have a mechanic look at it.I regret not reading the reviews for this place. Discount prices shouldnt equal unsafe vehicles.
I had their Nissan kicks 2021 and upon myJourney a pebble hit my the windshield window and made a crack on the window. When I returned the lady at return lobby told me and pointed there is 20 plus Nissan kicks over there that have the same windshield windows. That seems to be an recall issue. When I called them to appeal no one wanted to answer my question and they hunger up. Seems like they are running a fraud business. They never billed the invoice and now I’m receiving a collection agency that says I owe over $925 for a windshield crack. I will appeal and might sue them as well for this fraudulent activities at ace rental car
I just want to say that I was very pleased with one of your worker jazzy coming into the company and not really aware of a lot of policy’s she was very attentive and so caring and gave me the best treatment offered to a customer she needs to be promoted because she puts the A+ in customer service this lady was a employer at Ace in Las Vegas office
My experience was amazing, very quick line and great customer service. Great prices and very helpful staff to get everything done. The fleet office was especially helpful in helping with an issue and made the experience amazing.
Took 45 minutes to get a car, then they just added full coverage insurance on there own without asking. We booked all what we wanted online. He said cant change it you will get a refund when you return your car.

They ONLY work from 8 am to 8pm in Las Vegas. Where there are flights coming in and out 24/7. Our fligt got delayed and they were already closed. Meaning good luck and wait till 8am next day. Our flight back was early but we have to drop off the car off first. Since they open at 8 am they have NO shuttles to the airport before then. Meaning good luck getting to the airport. Extremely horrible service for being Las Vegas a city that doesnt sleep.
It seemed sketchy that we had no license plate (registration was taped to the inside front windshield instead) but the car was fine. Service was good. Deducting extra stars because please put a changing table in your bathrooms so parents don’t have to change their babies on the dirty bathroom floor.
I only giving 3 stars because of the patience and great customer service of the staff. Jeremiah, the tall African american guy and Jordan were awesome handing the short staff, long lines and frustration of the customers. They kept apologizing to us but the issue is it wasnt their fault. The check in, car pick up and drop off process could use some serious streamlining! It took us 1.5 hr to finally get the car and 2 car switches for it to not have had because the gas pump wasnt working. This is t fair to the employees that are showing up with a smile.

This was the worst experience in my life with a agency of any kind. I reserved a car and paid in advance. I paid almost half the fee of the car for airport fees. I was shuttled to one place and then had to stand in the heat in Las Vegas for another shuttle that said off site car rentals. When I got there I said I wanted the airport fee taken off since it was not at the airport. The young man said he needed to speak to his manager. The manager came out and said he would take the fee off. The young man started to charge me deposits and insurance. When I questioned where the refund for the fees were he said he needed to speak to manager again. Then the manager said he needed to go get his manager. After wasting 45 minutes of my time, suttleing me out to the boondocks this new very rude arrogant young man said he would not refund me. I had been standing in line for over an hour now three different asked the same thing I did. How can you charge these fees even though its offsite? I told him this is a class action waiting to happen. He then refused to rent me the car. I am an older female in 110 degree heat. This car rental agency is a shame. They are basically an off site agency illegally charging fees. Do not rent from this agency!!!! Worse than 1 star.
I didnt have a bad experience here... Van was dirty inside you get what you pay for. I had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle after I returned their vehicle... I still got a great deal. Thanks guys!
My flight landed 45 minutes late, so we got there at 8:05 pm.They closed at 8 pm and wouldnt help us.So we lost 100% of what we paid for the rental.Fortunately, we were able to go to Hertz, who took care of us that night, so we didnt get stranded.
Staff was very friendly and made sure they handled the business of insuring their cars properly. Was into my car quickly and both parties had videos of the car before and after. Loved my rental and would use them again!

The car was in nice condition and did not have any problems. Everything went smoothly. Overall, I was satisfied and would rent from this company again in the future.
Lea at the call center truly took care of me. I rented a car for a week to go to California to spend some time with my grandbaby. Within that week I got covid. I ended up being in California for 2 weeks instead of 1 week Lea worked with her District Manager and Team and waved so many fees for me I couldnt believe it and I am forever grateful.

Its far from the airport, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, and located far back in the property, and yes, service can be slow and there are lines.But the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly and let me extend my rental a few days before I was supposed to return it.Like everything, you get what you pay for. If you want a lower prices rental, you gotta wait in line and itll take longer. If you want to pay $300 more for your rental but be in and out quicker, go to Enterprise.Drop off was quick and automated with a staff member and their phone just checking you out very quickly.Overall, Id recommend ACE so long as you have patience if its busy when you arrive.
I wonder how they stay in business this place is not a car rental place. They will make you confuse and sign unnecessary options for your rental. Just say No No No to any option they offer. And read the fine print carefully. If not you are in for big trouble.
After booking the car you want online, upon arrival prepare to be psychologically played upon by deceitful agents paid on commission (owner calls this action, simply reviewing all options to customers, but its time wasting).Our agent told us that the empty gas option costs a certain amount, upon returning the vehicle, the price CHANGED much higher. After questioning it, the floor personnel told us that it was just an ESTIMATE. A point our original agent LEFT out in an attempt to sell the option to us Back home we call this fraud.Further if you book your car from priceline or other third party online booking centers that ACE contracts with, ACE will DOUBLE TAX your account during check in as they will REPROCESS the transaction (as if it was the original transaction) all over again (which is double taxing because I ALREADY paid priceline for the local and state tax for booking the car rental online as per local Las Vegas and Nevada state tax codes). This behavior can really add additional $$ more ($100 or more depending on how high your rental is) because local and state tourist car rental tax is very high. This is plain wrong and the Nevada state attorney general office of consumer affairs should be notified.I know businesses have to make money as I own a business myself, but this firm is NON TRANSPARENT to customers.This place is a casino staffed by dishonest agents designed to upsell (aka, review your options) and gamble your wallet away.The owner will reply with lame message to this comment and will say to call them to resolve my issue, but the reply is designed to appear as if they care publicly. In reality the message has no substance or merit as the firm has no credibility to stand on.Spend your money elsewhere.If you have issue with their billing, call your credit card instead and get a partial refund successfully.
This company is horrible! First off its not with the rest of the rental companies at the airport. That should have been a red flag right there. You still have to take a shuttle from the airport rental place to another location. The line to check in is long and takes forever because their system kept going down. Then they lie about fees. When you get the final bill at the end of the day you realize they Charged You For The Shuttle you had to take to get there and back.
I do not recommend this place for anyone. I paid for a mid size car, and received the smallest car on the lot but was assured it was in fact mid sized. As the man was taking pictures of all the previous damage (there was a LOT), I asked if this is a mid sized car. He laughed and said, no this is a step below compact! I went back and got a mid sized car, which was so stained inside that I wasnt comfortable even sitting in it! I didnt say anything though because I was exhausted traveling from Florida to Vegas by myself with a five year old. The man who did my contract asked if I wanted the extra insurance. I declined. He then asked if my insurance covered rental cars. I said yes, I called before I got here, they cover it, so I dont need it. I prepaid for the car, so he did a $300 deposit AND added the insurance. It was a similar amount for the insurance as what I paid to rent the car, so I signed thinking it was a combination of what I paid and the $300 refundable deposit. Customer service said theyd remove the charge, yet two weeks later, they have not!! I could have rented an unwrecked, unstained car that didnt have 50K miles on it from Enterprise for the price I paid for this junk. BEWARE of this company and check your charges thoroughly! They saw me coming being a woman with a small child alone!!

I recently reserved an economy car for our trip to Las Vegas for 2 days. When we arrived in Las Vegas getting to Ace went pretty slick. We were able to easily find our shuttles and once we arrived we were assisted by a very friendly staff person named Clayton. Wait time that particular day was a little lengthy but to compensate us for our trouble we were provided an upgrade free of charge. Returning the car definitely went quicker and our 300.00 deposit was returned back into the account the next day. I would rent from Ace again if I was in the area and needed a car.
Not sure why this place has a bad rating. Very easy to check the vehicle out. They gave us a great vehicle for a family of 4, vehicle was very spacious and clean. Mr. Kevin King made everything smooth and easy. Will rent a vehicle from here again.
If I could give 0 stars I would do it. The worst service, worst attention, worst location and WORST CARS. The car that I rented did not have plate.also, on the second day of our trip the car started showing a signal of change of oil. Another thing, they give you a price and then when you arrive at the location tell you that you have to pay a $20 per day for insurance in order to rent the car

The car and rental went well except I was told that I had to pay a mandatory $99.80 fee for damage coverage after I already paid taxes and fees online for the vehicle reservation and paid at the counter. I asked why I wasnt charged that online when I made the final reservation and they told me that it should have and that everyone pays it. Later come to find out, it was an optional expense. I called and spoke to an employee and after finally getting connected to Lea, she understood and sympathized and agreed that good business is good communication and explanation to the customer. This is the type of customer service that changed my perspective from a negative one to a positive one and will reconsider using ACE when I come back to vegas. ACE is likely the best car rental experience Ive ever had, or heard of! The process was streamlined at both checkout and return. The vehicle was clean and didnt have that odd smell lots of rental cars have. Give them a try!
Some of the worst customers service by their African American woman with glasses. She was basically badgering my 28 yr old daughter into convincing her to buy extra car insurance when she has back up car insurance for car rentals as well as AAA. She wouldn’t take no thank you for an answer. No wonder why they Re rated 2.3. Cheap rentals and cheaper service!
Employees are awesome, I had an issue with my card and the agent plus the manager patiently assist me. I was also a bit sick due to heat temperatures and not only drinks were given to me to hydrate. Love them.

This is off site car rental place, after taking airport car rental shuttle to the car rental center, you will need to take ACR shuttle again to this place.Shuttle drivers are amazing, very nice service! But the car pickup process was awful, I waited in the line for 1 hour which only has 5 parities ahead of me, and they have three windows opened!Car condition is good but no license plate. The whole car smells terrible with weed and smoke. They also charged 11 dollars per day for the additional driver fee for my spouse… which I never encountered before in California and Hawaii.

If you want a real deal on a rental car with great personal service, give ACE a try. Yes, the location and signage sucks, but, we were in and out in 10 minutes. In Vegas that is impossible on a Friday. If you remove your preconceived notions on what a rental car location looks like and come in with an open mind, you will leave with a great rental car at a very reasonable price.
The Worst. Those soab will rip you off. No matter what. Dont trust anything they say. Ask the printed fees BEFORE signing anything on their machine.Double check everything and challenge them on every single line.OR go anywhere else and get better service.See you never.
Our first trip to Vegas and we had a lot of assistance from the staff at ACE. From recommendations of places to see during our stay to helpful directions to our hotel. Top notch all the way!
This rental car place is the PITTS !!! I should have looked at the reviews. Most people had either 1 star or 5 stars. Whenever you see this, you should run. It cant be that many differences. We paid for our rental online through hotwire including the insurance. When we got to the rental car place we went through some fast talking and were charged another $560 on top of that. We couldnt turn it down because this was our first trip to Vegas and we needed a car. I believe that they use this advantage with a lot of people. Once I showed them that we already paid for the rental, he didnt start over but instead told me that I would be refunded the difference after we returned the car. What good is that going to DO AFTERWARDS !!! We had our $1000 budget for our 3 day visit cut down to less than $450 which vastly downgraded our trip and our spending just because they didnt want to correct the mistake right then. PLEASE dont do it with this company. Those 5 star reviews are bogus. I dont know how this place is still in business. By the way, we only received back $413 of that money. I hope that anyone that sees this review, BELIEVE IT, or you will be writing a review of your own about this place. Once you get there, dont be at the disposal of ACE !!! Listen to the warning !!!
I called and made a reservations over the phone. I called 2 days prior to ask if the price was correct would there be any other fees or deposits and I let them know my flight would be in at 9am not 12pm. They said that was fine and no other fees. I get there like all the other people and guess what they dont have the car I reserved there are other fees . I explained to the the phone conversation with customer service and they tell me each location operates diffrent. My reservation was for $168. By the time he finished it was 300 and the needed a $500 refundable deposit. I canceled and my sister reserved it. It was a little cheaper. I just suggest you put more to the side when renting from here. Watch the fees and their insurance is very expensive.
UNSAFE SERVICE! After waiting 9 hours for a 2-week prepaid SUV rental, we were given a Dodge that could not accommodate the toddlers properly. The car also has a broken drivers seat belt. Praying for a way to continue our vacation safely.
Over all a good experience. Wayne the shuttle driver was great. Seems like they are bringing you to an empty parking lot but it all works out. Theyre some hidden fees you have to pay for once you are there. Decent cars, but show some wear. Would rent there again.
Not horrible, but the employees like to play games with the numbers thinking you wont know any better (for example, I was issued a mid sized Hyundai SUV and I chose the option to prepay for a full tank of gas so I didnt have to fill up upon return. The lady behind the counter tried telling me that the vehicle had a 25 gallon gas tank... I called her out on that and she went to check the stats of the vehicle and came back saying I was correct and that it was only 18 gallons... a quick Google search will tell you that its only a 13 gallon tank). Then, they try to add tax onto the taxed amount (tried charging me sales tax on the gas price... guess they think we dont know that gas price has tax built into it). They are also 2 shuttle rides away from the airport... not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Bottom line, theyre marketed as a discount car rental agency which is why I chose them, but they do try and play games, so be alert.
First lets talk about the ridiculous loss of use charge they tack on after you pay for your rental. Allegedly to cover what insurance doesnt (Thats non-refundable btw). Also pre-paid for gas, and was told my full $300 deposit would be returned to me, so long as no damage was incurred (hint: thats a lie). There was a tax on the (pre-paid) gas of $24, still doesnt explain why $36 was held from my deposit, but whatever, math is hard, am I right? After all the extra fees and BS the rental cost DOUBLE what was advertised. Never rent from this place. It looks like a good deal, but remember, you get what you pay for. You can Uber around town for a week, cheaper than renting from this company.
It was quite the journey from the airport two shuttle rides later, standing in the heat for 45 minutes waiting to depart the airport, only to have to get on another shuttle to the rental car place. Once we arrived we waited another 40 minute in line . Hours say 8am - 8 pm so me and my husband decided to use the drop box option when our trip was over we parked and got out at about 7:00 am only to be scolded by an angry teenager, we honestly didnt think any employees would be there. We took an Uber back to the airport is was $10 and worth every penny not having to go thought that long process back to the airport. The car we ended up with was actually really nice, it was a brand new care and impeccably clean. The young man who waited on us was very kind he was working well past his shift.
The fleet team was amazing with customer service and generosity. Recommend for everyone when coming to Vegas and need a rental. Stop at ACE
Kevin king 👑 has the best customer service. We got a car on 5-28-2021til 5-31-2021. He made that process super easy and entertaining. He deserve more than five stars
The car was Filthy. Streaks/film on inside of windshield, center console and the stereo. Was hard to see when sun hit windshield. Looks like they used same rag to wipe everything down. Staff at check-in seemed more concerned on who had an extra cigarette/exchanging their THC vape pens with each other at the counter then providing an expedited service. Shuttle drivers and the dude running across the lot to get everyones car were doing best they can and extremely polite. Location is definitely another negative but least of my concerns with this place.
I did my reservation on line and when to to pick up my rental in less than 30 minutes, I gat the most affordable price, better than any other rental company in Vegas.
Dunno why all the negative reviews. Ace is renting good quality cars for a fraction of what Avis would charge. Matthew was great! Thanks guys!!Haters gonna hate, but what a nice experience! Return was super easy, and the bus driver was awesome. Thx Crystal and everyone else at ACE!!!
Ace rental fleet office was very nice polite helpful gave us 100% satisfaction due to my husband having a bad leg he helped us out I was really satisfied and pleased with their service I would recommend them to friends and family
Honestly I can see what people are saying about long waits here. If you came at 5:00 on a Friday, I’m sure that’s what happens. I happened to come at 8AM on a Tuesday and we were in and out with a nice car in 10 minutes. Car didn’t smell “perfect” and had about 30K miles, but it smelled completely fine and drove nice too. Had Apple car play which was awesome.Drop off was seamless. Just left the keys in it and the shuttle was waiting.Only downside is the 2 shuttles, but they were pretty much instant for us when we needed them. Any place you use will require at least 1 shuttle, and you can’t beat the prices here. That’s how they keep it low.All in all, I got a Kia Optima for 3 days mid week and it was $46 total. No complaints here.
BEWARE!!! Don’t be in a rush when you rent your car. Originally reserved and prepaid my car through Priceline. The pricing was reasonable. When I arrived at Ace I had a customer friendly service agent who chatted about everything under the sun, which distracted me from focusing on the details of my car rental. I had family with me waiting while I took care of getting our rental car. In the end I paid $200 on top of prepaying $250 with Priceline because the agent talked me into upgrading our rental car that cost $20/day. The confusing part was the agent acted like he was upgrading us for no charge but making it seem like he was reviewing with me the per diem fee of renting the car. I tried to save money ahead of time but ended up getting ripped off!!!
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT company! Beware, they will charge you double the price they state. I booked vía 3 party (Priceline) and they proceeded to charge me double that money without making me aware of the cost of things. On the phone trying to get a refund. No wonder you guys have 2.3 stars. Stop scamming people, do better. We are coming out of a pandemic, most of us experience hardship, but that doesn’t give you the right to smile through taking unauthorized money. Shame on you
Very well priced, but takes a few shuttles to get to it. Unfortunately it wasnt clear upfront, but I managed to figure it out.
Great experience at the Las Vegas facility following a terrible one with one of the big companies (booked via 3rd party site). The 2nd shuttle added a little time but week worth it. Sharon B. was the best!
Honestly, we had an over all good experience with this company. Mr. Kevin King is phenomenal. He gave us amazing hiking recommendations along our way to Zion. Loved all the hikes! Definitely ask for Mr. Kevin King!
