Wayne has worked on my 56 Cloud for about 15 years and always done me right! His prices and charges we’re always very reasonable and he would fix a lot of little things on the car that needed tightening up or replacing and would never charge me. Had my car painted by him more than 10 years ago and it still looks great!

Wayne-Thanks much for taking the time to discuss the braking system on a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. You have established a wonderful pedigree, and are clearly the preeminent source for rebuilding a Rolls-Royce engine.Wayne is one of the few individuals from whom I would solicit any advice regarding any Rolls-Royce automobile. Wayne has been very gracious with his time, and Im quite confident that if you provide him with a Rolls-Royce related automobile that it will be repaired to the utmost. For the past 10 years, Ive been restoring a right-hand drive Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, Wayne has proven to be instrumental in the restoration process.

Fantastic service from Wayne! He helped me find parts, gave me direction on what was needed and how best to proceed. This guy knows his stuff and really helped so I could enjoy my 1965 Silver Cloud 3.

This post is 2 1/2 years late. I remembered that i was going to write a review about my experience with this company when i was asked by another shop for a recommendation for buying re-manufactured Rolls Royce Parts. In late 2015 our customer requested we buy brake parts for a 1968 Silver Shadow from The Touring Shoppe due to the low price. We paid for the parts and waited 6 weeks for them to arrive. We discovered all the parts were defective after installing them. They were used (not re-manufactured) parts that had been externally cleaned up but never disassembled. The parts did not work! By the time we discovered this, we had already shipped the cores. Every phone call was answered with an attitude that is NEVER acceptable and was sometimes ended with Wayne using profanity. (he asked if i was some kind of P--sy when i mentioned the bad language) We never received our $1000.00 core charge back and Wayne never took responsibility for the defective parts. I have been in the automotive repair business since 1988 and my experience with The Touring Shoppe tops my list of memorable experiences.

Wayne has always been excellent to deal with. Fair prices, unusual parts in stock and he has always been helpful with any tech question I have asked

I purchased a steering rack that had a $750.00 core change. Not a problem I promptly paid for the part and the core deposit. I quickly had the part changed out and had UPS wrap and ship it back for my $750 back. It literally took 28 days and he still wouldnt refund my core charge. He would refund a small amount every other week and ALWYAWS had an excuse why he couldnt pay me back. After 28 days I told him I had no choice but to have my credit card company start a fraud investigation. Im being 100% honest and serious, his response was telling me to f*** off and he hung up. Took about 20 minutes and he finally returned my money. Wayne is completely classless and unprofessional. There are several places to get rolls and Bently parts, I would strongly advise using one of them over the touring shoppe. I wish I could have given 0 stars. Further research of his company shows an average of 1.7 out of 5 stars from all other websites, that shows my experience was not an exception but normal operating procedure for this poorly ran company.

When it comes to Rolls and Bentleys, Wayne is the guy in Las Vegas. No one knows more. Wayne took care of my Rolls, and so I highly recommend The Touring Shoppe because of that.

A guy answered the phone, hello yeah WHAAAAAT?? bad service, Imagine the quality of the work they do, I just wanted to spend $12k +. bad bad bad business, I will not rebuild my engine even for $2500, I have now 0 trust in this shop. I would say the owner is a bad leader as well because it might be him that answer the phone. horrible attitude. my recommendation is not to deal with these kind of people, you will be disappointed one way or another.

He sold my car on consignment, and made excuse after excuse about paying me. Finally gave me 2 checks one was bad. Still owes me $3500.00 and said I have to sue him for the rest. He used my money to fund his store instead of paying me. This has been going on since my daughter was in the womb, she is now 15 months old.WAYNE U ARE A THIEF!!! You stole from my little girl and my family.

Worked there for four hours and gave up. place is disorganized chaos. Wiring work is HORRIFYING as its been handed between multiple employees (of poor quality) due to he obviously high turnover rate.I saw multiple areas in multiple cars where where wiring was scotch locked, soldered without shrink tube (bare wiring), and crimp connected (barely acceptable for self repair much less a PRO). Some wiring was even spliced into another circuit rather than do the job correctly. On top of it hes always over his employees shoulder rather than let them do what hes hiring them for. He needs to hire (and pay for) a staff that knows how to do a job properly, Instead of hiring hacks and then treating trained techs like hacks. For your cars sake do not take your pride and joy there to be butchered.

Wayne is what you call a unprofessional, seasoned criminal in the acts of fraud. Look the man up, i wouldnt advise taking your car here. Unless of course you want it taken apart to never be put back together, or to be missing parts. I cant rate a 0 star but 1 is low enough. There isnt a professional in the shop in any category. The mechanic is also normally high on heroin.

Employees are untrained and the facility is unorganized and not worthy of the vehicles brought there. He had me painting expensive classic automobiles in a make shift shed with poor ventilation and lighting in 115 degree heat. The response below is an example of how he treats people.

Ordered hood pads three weeks ago, also mailed my cores in, which i should have known better, just sounded off.Wayne never sent them out, never returned my cores...Fortunately i was able to cancel order with my credit card company.Las Vegas pd was also quite helpful, almost too helpful, which could indicate the volume of complaints they get about the Touring Shoppe. The negative reviews on line are 100% accurate, any positive reviews are from the company, or those involved in helping wayne run his Ponzi auto shop....The Touring Shoppe real name is The Ponzi Shoppe. If you feel like having to call your credit card company, file police reports from out of state, be frustrated, get angry at yourself...order from or deal with the Touring Shoppe...Be warned,0 stars is too good for this company.

I read about a review on poor wiring which is incorrect. It actually was my vehicle that was being worked on and the wiring was correct, given the age of the vehicle and the fact it was all built by hand. You never know what you will find behind a panel, when dealing with classic vehicles. My car was a first of, hand built and unfortunately when something is hand made, the manual or layout of wires, materials, etc. will and do vary. As example, my 67 RR LWB had to have the two rear doors extended to become a LWB. You can see how they cut one door to weld to another to complete the project at Crewe. Quite interesting given the era on how they assemble these one of a kind vehicles. The Touring Shoppe did a magnificent job on the restoration, refurbishing of this classic Rolls Royce yet we tried to leave as much to original as possible. That said we made sure that anything replaced, even if not seen, was OEM parts. I am a stickler for original and the Touring Shoppe did a great job!
