Lauria has been my family insurance agent since we moved to Las Vegas in 1989. She always has our best interest in mind. I have even checked with other agencies to see if I can get a better deal and no one has even come close to the value that State Farm has give us.

I called and spoke with a woman there that was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Even though she was not my agent and she took the time to help me. I forgot to get her name. Thank you very much for your time and patience with all my questions and concerns with regards to what Im going through.

A zero on the customer service scale. Very unimpressed with how many problems Ive had in very little time. Dont waste your time here. They love giving you the run around.
