I just recently purchased a new home with my wife here in vegas! it’s our first home so we’re pretty excited and of course new home means new insurance! wow what breath of fresh air such an easy process from the quote i received and one of the agents melissa was so great! all my questions answered and super friendly i just had to make a review about it!

I went in to get a quote for my vehicle. A lovely agent by the name of Marly provided me with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place. Its very friendly and professional.

This office is pretty much as all the State Farm offices Ive dealt with through the years, top notch. Everyone is so very polite, especially the woman that has been assisting me; Abigale.

Marly is the best salesperson Ive encountered. Not only did she save me a lot on my renters and life, she made the whole process so quick and easy. She was definitely very friendly but still professional. She answered all the questions I had about the process and making sure I had the coverage i need for a great price. Once I get a car Im definitely going to give Marly a call.

Marly is my agent and she was a tremendous help with figuring out what type of life insurance coverage someone like me should carry. We were able to find a great policy that gives me my money back and have my daughter properly protected if I was no longer here.

Melissa was super friendly and patient with me during our call for a renter’s insurance quote! When I called again for additional questions and to make sure I had completed everything properly, I got Richard instead, but he was just as kind and helpful!!! I recently visited here since I wanted to lower my car insurance since it has gotten out of hand lately. I was helped by Richard and Melissa who made my experience amazing. They were super attentive, kind, and knowledgeable while guiding me about their insurance policies. Even though the State Farm’s insurance was a little out of my reach for me, both Melissa and Richard made a welcoming environment for me.

Marlynne was my Represenative who Literally helped me out from start to finish, making sure i understood my Life Insurance Policy, to ensure that my family and my daughter would not have to worry In case of anything. she was very thorough with all the information and fees if there was any additional. She unlike others that were in contact with me made me very comfortable and confident in going with Statefarm for this coverage. Will definitely recommend going through them for any INSURANCE COVERAGE !

This is the best State Farm I’ve been to.The staff is so helpful & friendly.Marly helped my husband & I with our life insurance. She took her time & explained everything to us, she listened to our needs & made us feel cared for. A few weeks later, she helped me with a personal article policy, and again, the process was easy and fast. I will never work with anyone else again. She is awesome!

I was pleased with customer service received at Matts office. All the representatives there are friendly. It is very convenient that they are open until 7:00 pm Monday-Thursday. Plus Saturday from 9 am-12 pm. I was contacted by them in regards to a student credit card. I got approved very quickly,and the whole process of applying was fairly simply as well. Not a lot of paperwork which was great! This is the perfect way to start off my credit.

I hate this office. I have never spoke to Matt Keim once in the couple of years I have been here. Last week before Thanksgiving, I called because I looked at my bill which was going to run about $170 for a prius C. I have an excellent driving record. The gentleman I spoke too said he would either call me back Friday the day after thanksgiving or Monday. I assumed Monday because of the holiday weekend. Never called me back, to discuss my discount payment options it is now Wednesday. He also said he would take off automatic payment so I wouldnt be charged the 169.81. He didnt, so it charged me the full amount. His response, it was an honest mistake. Im sorry I dont know how this is an honest mistake especially since our whole conversation revolved around how I wanted lower monthly payments for my faithful loyalty and excellent driving record. If I could give zero stars for this office I would. This isnt the first time they havent called me back. I wanted to switch offices to a Henderson location because it would be closer and more convenient for me as a loyal customer. No response. Over this office, done and done. Mind you my bill was 117 and jumped up to 169.81, yeah Im upset.

I highly recommend Matt Keims office. He has a very efficient team. They are always professional, friendly and very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me out every time I need help. I recently found out they also have a bank that can help with auto finance and I will certainly be calling them to switch my auto loan that I have.

Matt keim is sincere, and cares about his clients. State farm is lucky to have an agent like him. I would recommend him and his office happily to anyone! He has gone above and beyond my expectations for an insurance agent.

I switched from Mark Brandons office because they were only open from 9-5 Mon-Fri and I work the same hours at my job and it was hard finding time to call and speak with my agent, when I got to Matts office they have about 7 representatives so I didnt have to wait at all to speak to someone. Everyone was really friendly and the representative Jazmin did a discount double check on my policy and found an extra discount I qualified for. I got a renters policy and saved myself about $20 a month. They are also open on weekends which is great since Im off on weekends and tend to take care of everything those days. Im truly satisfied with my agent and his staff. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to his office!

Customer service is worth every penny! ! Switched over from a smaller broker company and not only did I save $$ but I can speak to the same person that signed me up anytime I need help or have questions. They are all very knowledgeable and I like that they are open until 7pm. Especially in this 24hr city.

BRUTAL!!!I added 2 policies in the last 2 months.They cancelled my rental policy for no reason.Mistake? OK?We agreed not to cash refund check and policy would just go back into effect.They were to confirm following day and they did not.Then I get bill for $69.00 for rental policy that was paid in full.3 days after I asked Matt to call me with some answers I still have no call no resolution.Nice people working in office, however I struggle with incompetence, lack of communication and absolutely no follow through.

Matt Keims State Farm is the best agency I have been with in my 10 years of living in Las Vegas. They are professional, accommodating, friendly and they have great customer service. Kudos to Matt and all of his agents. My plan is to remain with them until the bitter end. 😁

The agents have Great Customer Service very friendly and helpful..I spoke to Sirena Soto this morning over the phone and she was able to send me my insurance card through an email.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENTI was with this agent for about 5 years, and during all that time I never once spoke with my agent Matt. He is always out of the office or assisting another client. I would leave messages and send emails, but never got a response. The girls in the office overall are knowledgeable and somewhat helpful, but too many times I would find myself left on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time. When I finally had enough and requested to speak with a supervisor or for corporate info they refused and informed me there was nothing I could do and no one I cloud speak to.I must say, I am impressed at the effort put into responding to this review.I STAND FIRM IN MY HONEST REVIEW OF THE BAD ATTITUDES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS OFFICEAlso after I choose to post this review, as a fair warning to others, I received a $900 bill for a policy that was canceled over 60 days prior. My lawyer will be contacting your office to further discuss this.

Its great if you let them take a monthly deduction from your bank account..but if your 12 year old nephew is in the hospital with Cancer, and you pay online they will make you pay 30$ for what was once 13 and some change.
