Nicholas office has been managing my insurance needs (auto, motorbikes, home) for several years now. Ive always been happy with their service and when I had a recent claim with Allstate, happy with Allstate claim process.I appreciate they call to update, rather than rely on email reminders. It is much more personal, I get so many emails, I would easily miss the renewal reminder.I remember the sales call, it was perfect timing since I was disenchanted with Progressive. Nicholas had a very friendly and upbeat manner. His staff are the same. Even if I am paying a little more for insurance (I would not know, not looking), the personal touch is worth it.

Working with an insurance agency has never been easier than when I walked into Nick Sakha’s office. He made sure that I understood the coverage I was receiving and left no question unanswered. There was a shadow of doubt in my mind at first thinking this handsome devil was going to try and squeeze me for every penny he could get, but after a few minutes with him I knew that his intentions were only to make sure that I was covered and it didn’t even cost as much as I thought it would. Nick has been the best insurance agent we’ve dealt with. I originally had called around to different insurance companies to get some quotes and Nick was the most professional and honest agent I talked to. He was able to answer all my questions promptly and had so much patience with us since my wife and I are not very well versed in the different policies out there. He was great, lots of promises before you buy, once you buy policy he wont return your calls, e mails, you will be good for 6 months, after that he will automatically renew policy for you he does not care if you agree or not, my policy went from 97$ month to 160+$ a month ! No claims no tickets ! Not to mention 20 year old car . Worth 3000$ . This is just so unbelievable!

Horrible! I had Geico for 9 years and never had any issues. My rates were much higher that’s why I looked to Allstate since I was told they could get me lower rates. They signed me up for renters insurance and life insurance in order to get me lower rates without letting me know. I had to call the 800 customer service number to find out but also that my car was not properly insured. I needed to have the registered owner insured as well and I explain all that to the sales guy but he obviously just wanted a sale not a true customer. It’s funny how the 800 customer service rep knows the certain sales rep and they tell you they have had complaints from other customers. Also, they quoted me much higher on my homeowners insurance, funny how rates drop if you just know other people. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone. I’ll just be dealing with 800 customer service number from now on.

I was recommended to nick by a family member earlier in the year, I had recently bought a new 2017 Tacoma and was trying to find a good rate. Everywhere I looked I got around a $400 quote. However upon meeting nick, he has got me down to $180. He’s even helped me with renters insurance and is always helpful when I renew my insurance. He is very prompt with his response and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I wish I could give Nick more than 5 stars! I am SO happy i switched to Allstate. Besides saving me $20 a month on my car policy, he is SO helpful! He explained my policy in depth, and i feel more at peace knowing I have good coverage for my family and I. Last night (around 10pm) which is late! We had an issue where we had TWO flat tires :( my fiancé was stuck on the side of the road and i couldnt remember if we had roadside assistance. I texted Nick and he answered within seconds. Typical insurance salesman. Increased my rate by 500% for a motorcycle coverage plan, soon as I wasnt looking of course. Has illiterate assistants that cant take simple directions. Even Nick couldnt get an email out for three days. I wouldnt want to rely on these guys to help you through an adjustment let alone hold your credit card info.Since then I cancelled my policy for a bike that wasnt even on the road ( redundant mode of transportation) and out of spite he sent my paperwork to collections. I know Im going to end up sueing these guys when I go to reregister and settle this debt.

I setup my account from StateFarm because they were charging me to much. I had a few issues with them at first then it was ok. Then I went to cancel autopay and NO ONE there told me that if I cancel autopay my bill would go up very dissapointed with them and I tried to talk to them but they simply DO NOT CARE UNLESS THEY GET PAID.
