TIM HELPS WITH PET INSURANCE AS WELL!!!Recently I came to be an owner of an orphaned kitten. Not expected at all, but such is life. And because life brings the unexpected, I knew I needed to protect myself (and lil miss Gracie) from any future health issues. They are both very involved with the community, which is shows that they really care about the community, and not just out to write a policy.

Tim has been helping with car insurance for the last couple years. They are a small office and very hands on. I decided to move my home insurance over, and it was cheaper than my old carrier with more coverage. He added the plumbing insurance coverage for the water pipe coming from the city side to the house for a nominal fee. The next day I go over to my uncles house and they had a giant trench in their front yard to fix a leak in that pipe. They did the digging themselves and it was still going cost them thousands of dollars. Im glad to know that we are covered!

I have worked with several different insurance agents/brokers and I have really valued my time with Tim Hecker. My old agent shopped many companies and could never find me lower rates, Tim was able to get me a lower rate right away. I had several accidents on my record at the time too and that was a surprise to me. He’s very on top of things and responsive. I’m used to having to call my agent to stay on top of my file, but Tim’s front office is very organized, and gives me calls before I have the chance to bug them.

Tim at Allstate has got to be one of the most sincere and caring insurance agents that I have ever met. He sincerely cares about his clients and wants what is best for them. He is big into educating his clients and he will take the time needed to make sure you know exactly what your options are. I highly recommend him.
