Ricardo is the best. Hes always ready to help me and to give me the right piece of advice or to suggest me the product which fits me the most. I would recommend him both as insurance agent and as a notary public. I have three cars insured and I referred a couple of friends to their office and they also are really satisfied.

This office cost me thousands of dollars because they failed to do a simple ID check and ask for a voided check. Apparently you can go to this office and sign up for insurance and they will take any form of payment without proper documentation. One of their insured used my bank account to pay for her car and they never confirmed her source of payment. If they are this sloppy with their intake paper work can you imagine what will happen when you get into a car accident or your house burns down? If you are a scammer come to this office. If you are being insured by this office check your paperwork because they sure are not.

Brooks Whitmore is very nice but for years I over payed on insurance. Switched over to progressive with same coverage and saved $237 a month. Furthermore, the staff doesn’t help like they used to.

Ricardo is awesome! He helped my husband and me solved a situation that could have cost us a few hundred dollars in penalties at the DMV. He promptly and efficiently offered us a solution and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with his work. Canceled my insurance since December and to this day I have not received a check in the mail like they told me I would with my refund. I have called countless times and keep being told issue is resolved.
