I have been with Todd Brown, State Farm Ins. Agent since 1976 when we moved from England to N Las Vegas, stationed at Nellis AFB. Whenever we had to file a claim for a strong wind storm blowing off the aluminum patio cover or blowing off the wind turbines off the garage, replacing the roof. Our State Farm Insurance Agent, Todd Brown, was right on top of things. The claims adjuster was notified immediately, Check was in the mail. We had QBE Insurance on the house in East Las Vegas with much regret as their adjuster said they would replace the 18 shingles that had blown off, yet bare wood was showing and water came through into the house. We wish we had State Farms Todd Browns Agency for that house as well. That house is sold now and I paid for the new roof out of pocket. I will refer this Todd Brown State Farm Insurance Agency to everyone who is looking for a well qualified Insurance Company.

Been with them for about 2 years. Their customer service has been acceptable, but their constant rate changes got ridiculous. Never got a warning or any correspondence stating my rates would increase, or justification why. I switched companies and thats the first time I got good customer service, just them trying to keep me. Asked if I get prorated for the amount I paid since I ended my plan before the full.month was up. Was told no, when i asked why, was told, with a lot of sass, that i should have just kept it active through the paid through date... Really?Horrible agency to work with. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Anywhere is better than these shady agents.

Horrible. Ive been with them since july of 2016 and come to find out they have been over charging me this whole time. How? Because Jen put me as a male which i am a female. Now they are not trying to pay me back the money they over charging me for over a year. Like seriously only go here if u r a complete dumb ass. If they cant get a persons sex right and not take responsibility for ripping u off image what other illegal things they are doing. All for some more money in their pockets. Dont forgot God sees everything... Either way you both will pay

I would never recommend this office. State Farm yes, but Todd Browns office never. I would suggest should you utilize Todd Browns office that you check your statement monthly as your billing will change often. The office staff is condescending and discourteous.
