My husband, son and I were stranded in front of Adelphia Tire after store hours. Our truck tire blew out on the road and to our luck it was in front of a tire store. Since it was after store hours we were making due with changing our tire but realized we didn’t have a tool to drop the tire from under the truck. At this point we were down on luck and stranded.Telly, the owner of Adelphia Tire, happened to be in the office and came out to assist us however he could. He found a used tire that would fit our needs, mounted it on the rim and installed it for us. He did this all free of charge to help a family down on luck. A friend sent me to Adelphia when other mechanics failed to fix my car. Not only did my car get repaired but I also brought my sons and my daughters. Every time, I experienced excellent customer service and good prices. Work quality was outstanding! It is refreshing to find a shop that genuinely care about their work and their customer!

This was my first time taking my car to Adelphia, and Im 100% satisfied. I originally took my car to the dealership, and they quoted me over $2,000 of repairs needed immediately to my car. My car is in great condition, so I brought it to Telly at Adelphia to get a second quote. Telly was very honest with me and told me that I do need the repairs, however I can wait and do them within the next 5-6 months or so. He offered to keep an eye out and check the issue the next time I come in for an oil change. The repairs also came in about $600 cheaper at Adelphia rather than at the dealership. Adelphia is an honest repair shop thats genuinely interested in helping you out and they wont rip you off. If you have any car issues, I definitely recommend taking your car to Adelphia and chatting with Telly.

The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explain what they’re doing if you’re not car savvy. They are usually able to fit us in the schedule quickly. Overall pleasant experience!!

I had a minor issue with my rear tires, but they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within the same day. I was very pleased with how professional and nice they were. It was so minor, they were nice enough to not charge for the labor but I tried offering a tip anyway. It feels like its run by a family rather than workers. I would definitely recommend, no matter the scale of your car trouble!

Unfortunately, there was a small problem ... the tech nicked my wheel by accident. Really small, but they are new aftermarket forged wheels and virgin - no dings yet. Leo was very apologetic and owned it. Truly a mistake. The owner offered to refinish the whole wheel immediately, not even a hesitation.I couldnt in my right mind have them do that, it was a small nick and its a wheel after all, gonna happen, and accidents happen.However, you can tell the character of a business by how they handle a problem. Stand up place. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again. I did use them previously for a wheel rotation and is was great, thats why I went back. Good place.

Best auto repair shop in South Palm Beach/North Broward. Personal service, expert mechanics. I was told by Tire Kingdom when I went in for a discounted oil change and free tire rotation, that I needed new brakes and brake pads. I thanked them, declined the service and made an appointment with Adelphia Auto. They put it up and said my brakes were just fine. That was two years ago. They are a place you can trust.

Ive run auto repair shops in the NE and my father owned auto parts stores so I speak from an area of expertise.The team at Adeplhia is professional, efficient, honest, clean, well trained, and well spoken. I happened to get lucky and find them when I moved to South Florida 2+ years ago. Its refreshing to know that you arent being taken advantage of.I have an easy car to work on and a hard car to work on. Each time Ive had an issue they have diagnosed the issue correctly the first time, gave me an estimate on parts and labor and stuck to it, and an expected return time theyve met each and every time so far.They operate in a clean facility which speaks to how they value their own business. They work out of two buildings on site. They have plenty of business. They have the machinery and equipment needed to do the work on site. That is an enormous investment.Even on something as easy as tires, or basic service, they take care to make sure you arent being gouged.This is the only place my girlfriend takes her car now. I live 35 minutes away and pass 6 to 10 other places to make sure I take my car to Adelphia. I must refer people to them at least once a week.You wont go wrong. Ive been dealing with Telly and his family for 20+ years. It began with an estimate he gave me to fix the air conditioner in my wifes Toyota 4-Runner. The Toyota dealer estimated $1,400. Tellys estimate was $1,100 so I gave him the work. Two days later, I picked up the 4-Runner with its perfectly repaired A/C and was presented with an invoice for just $285. Huh? He explained that the major part, the compressor I believe, was actually good and didnt need to be replaced. I couldnt believe it. I mean. who does that? Well, Telly does! Over the years, Telly has taken care of my BMWs, Infinitys, and Supras with care, kindness and honesty. I gave Telly and Adelphia only 5 stars in this review because they dont allow you award the 10 stars he deserves.

This place is a very good independent mechanic that provides fair prices and is honest. I have use them twice for my Hummerh3. Very qualified mechanics who very quickly diagnosed a squeaking noise from hood and replaced water pump, tensioner and belt for a fair price. They did other work as well and used oem parts at prices just slightly above what they cost on amzn as opposed to dealer prices. What is hard to find in this industry is honesty. I just brought my hummer in because I was struggling to shift gears on a manual transmission. Rather then telling me I needed a new transmission, they made some minor changes, charged a small fee and the car shifts great now. Definitely this place is a great alternative to bringing my car to the dealer. The guy who runs the place, his name is Telly and he is great to work with.

After being told by my mechanic of 10 years I needed a $1200 break job i agreed but my mechanic couldnt do the job till the following day. Needing to leave for a road trip that night I was forced to look elsewhere. Thats when I pulled into Adelphi auto service. the owner was busy but assured me he could get my car in. He said he would look it over and call me with a price I told him as long as he could get close to the $1200 quote of my trusty mechanic dont even call me just do the job. Well It wasnt 30 minutes later I received the call to come get my car as it was all done. Needless to say I felt like I was about to be screwed. When I arrived back at Adelphi Telli informed me that the bolt on my caliper was loose the breaks were fine and to enjoy my trip. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Could it be I gave this man the greenlight to charge me $1200 and instead he tightened a couple bolts and sent me on my way NO CHARGE!! Honesty and square dealing is not something we find in todays workforce much less society but Adelphi automotive services is the real deal.
