I have lived at Radiance basically from the beginning. The staff could not be nicer. All of the staff members make me feel very welcome. All of the amenities are top notch and when this Covid thing is over it will be even better.

Property is beautiful and maintained well. I would just like to see some real set hours to maintain the pool and spa.

Daisy and her staff here are great! They are very considerate of the tenants and it is kept extremely clean. I would highly recommend this 55 and above apartment to all.

I chose Radiance at Grand Canyon because they were brand new, no one had lived in my apartment before, and the building was very clean. This place feels like Home because of the staff! The girls in the office make me feel welcome, cared for and appreciated. The maintenance guys are knowledgable, complete work orders in a timely manner and very professional. I have no reason to ever leave this place! Thank you Daisy, Angel, Emily, Miguel, Jason, and Javier!

You are an amazing problem solver too!Update: 11/5/20We received notice that our online rent payment was not received which completely upset my husband. When we talked to Daisy the community manager she said not to worry and was able to fix what we had done wrong with a smile! So if you have any doubts about the quality of service you will receive i can say for a fact that the management here maintains the highest level of excellence in service to residents. Thank you Ovation for attracting and maintaining this level of professionalism.We moved in about six weeks ago and the apartment is lovely. This is a brand new complex and we find everyone friendly. Then an issue came up with the brand new refrigerator that needed a repair. Miguel was contacted and we were just so impressed with his professionalism. While young he has excellent people skills and is a man who in our situation demonstrated great leadership and a can do attitude. He has given us the comfort of knowing that whatever issue may come up in the future Miguel has the skill and caring that is needed to make it right This is so important in a 55+ complex. Thank you Miguel and thank you Ovation for being able to recruit such an outstanding individual.

The living accommodations at Radiance at Grand Canyon are extremely luxurious and most convenient. I could not be happier staying here.

Daisy and her staff at the Radiance Grand Canyon make living here pleasurable, and comfirms that Ive made the right choice. From Day 1 the entire team has gone out of their way to ensure things are appropriate and working well. The common areas and grounds surrounding the area are always clean. If you are looking for a well managed community and a staff that is friendly and caring, Radiance Grand Canyon should be on the top of your list to visit when considering a new home.

Overall great apartment living. Major problems are not enough handicapped parking or ramps.
