Due to my playing with my cutoff valve my water pressure dropped to a trickle. I called for a plumbing inspection and it was set up for the next day. David arrived promptly the next morning. I showed him what I had done. It was an easy fix for the ruggedly handsome plumber with a great haircut. (as much as can be seen around a mask;) David completed the plumbing inspection, explaining his actions. I had planned to replace the innards of one toilet and asked about him doing it. He inspected the toilet and informed me he could do it but, due to the age and condition of the toilet (original to house 1979, tank not secure) the probability existed of creating additional problems. An option of a complete replacement of the toilet and all fixtures associated with it was provided. I chose the replacement since it would eliminate a lot of work for me. David arrived this morning, promptly and efficiently installed the new toilet. He had no issues in allowing me to observe the process. David (ruggedly handsome plumber with a great haircut) did an excellent and very clean installation. Will definitely call when I replace the next one.

I will give you a unbiased opinion of my rating and poor services by your company. I received copies of invoices for Services performed while under a whole house maintenance program with Priority Services of Las Vegas. I am posting this for a senior with Dementia who is unable to speak for herself.In late August 2019 I became aware that my long time friend was unable to live or make reasonably decisions and talk on her own.My first encounter with this priority service agreement was on while I was present on 9/18/18 Stan recommended to repace weak capacitor. No estimate on the invoice asked to decline because it was a $23 item that would have cost hundreds to merely snap in. She was diagnosed in July of that year.1/9/19 Reek or Rock replaced Thermostat Battery upstairs or downstairs. The upstaired T-Stat was showing any readings in 8/20?7/16/19 Sean C. Replace washing machine hoses $91. 7/31/19 Sean C again replace Wash Machine Box with valves $776. Time of a new washing machine yet??7/8/19 Sean C. whole house health and safety inspection or more things to find or go wrong (SEE DATES ABOVE). Water Heater Flush No Charge two other items cant make out $671 for that visit.8/19 Water Heater exploded at the base water gushing from bottom. The Water Heater a direct vent was under warranty 5 1/2 years.it should be noted this was one month after the flush. Rust in pipes of house was this a coincidence. 6-8 weeks or more to have a replacement delivered.Called Priority Services along with 2 other estimates for install. Shawn Neill wrote a estimate from his book $939. This was $200 more than other vendors. I stopped the monthly services for her after that date.I would never recommed Priority Services to any Senior who knows nothing about repair services for plumming, electrical or the cost of replace rather than repair.Note NV Energy Replaced T-Stats in the house with ecobee T-Stats which still are not working correctly who know what other things that will go wrong.Did not cover all the invoices dont have any idea if they are legitimate charges. i am not a licenced Plummer.

Called them at 6:30 AM, left a message about AC out. Had return call at 7:12 AM, techs arrived & repaired unit and had cold air by 11:45 AM. Techs very polite & knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary new unit like some another companies do. Highly recommend this company.

Your tech told my wife that the air filters we are using are not good because there is a gap. He said that the paper ones from Home Depot are best for us. Up until last year we always used the ones from Home Depot. Your tech convinced us to buy the ones we have now from you. They were expensive. If they’re no good then we feel that we got screwed by your tech. He probably didn’t know that we bought them from you. I wasn’t there when the tech showed up so I couldn’t discuss this issue with him directly. I want some action. Probably my money back

Others were so far off I couldnt even begin to tell you. Jasons estimate was very fair for the work they had to do and he got it done in a very professional manner. I Had a new AC unit installed by Priority Services last summer. They came highly recommended by two people. Of the three estimates I got, Priority Services was the most affordable. The tech Mike who came to give me an estimate and the guys who installed the unit were all friendly and professional. They had my new system installed and cooling in less than 24 hours from my initial call. Would definitely refer these guys.

Mike the company Manager and Eric the plumber were awesome. They were very prompt to answer my call and schedule a visit the following day.I had a leak in the ceiling of my living room, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently and in a timely manner. A roof truss got broken when our new unit was installed about 9 years ago and we when it was brought to my attention when I had some other work done I informed Priority about it and they came out and fixed it. At no charge! I have been using them for about,10 yrs and have never had a problem. Great Work guys.

Had just moved and had the worst issues with our master bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Called Priority and not only were they able to come out the same day, but the prices were fair and the guys that came could not have been sweeter and fixed the problem quicker than I expected! Original job has not been completed and it started last July. Martin is excellent but at this point we are considering legal action unless this is fixed in the next week. Still not fixed now my problem is getting the right shark (lawyer) to go after Priority

My a/c unit started to go bad and I made one quick call to Priority Services and they had someone to the house the next morning at their schedule time. Everyone I encountered was super nice, friendly and professional. They were very informative about my unit and what needed to be done to fix it. They went over my options of either repairing or replacing the unit. I chose to replace my unit and they were able to return within a few hours with a brand new unit and installed it. I recently had a plumbing issue with my jetted tub. Priority Services of Las Vegas were quick and personable. They were quick to respond and efficient with my repairs. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will keep them in mind if I ever have ac issues.

As well, I like having their maintenance plan where they will come out to my home for no charge and if something needs to be repaired, they give me a percentage off of the normal rate. We recently purchased a condo - first time buyers! One of the things we wanted to do when we moved in was make sure that all of our plumbing was up-to-date so that we didnt incur huge costs down the road unexpectedly.Mike, the service manager at Priority Services, helped us secure our home! He helped us replace our outdated water heater, and install brand new shut off valves on all of our sinks. He also helped us replace the drain majiggy in our bathtub - which was rusted and corroded.What really impressed us was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why - and how it would save us in the long-run. He was super friendly and very professional. Definitely someone you would trust to come into your home!The service was of great value! I highly recommend!

I would give 0 star If I could. He didn’t even diagnosed to see what’s wrong with my water softener. He was more interested in replacing it and selling his products. Paid him $40 for 5 minutes of his time. He spent most of his time writing a quote for a new water softener.

Im glad I called this company for my heater repair. When my air conditioning unit broke this summer, Priority Services fixed it promptly and for far less than other AC companies were asking. Shortly before my air conditioner broke, my ceiling was damaged from rainstorms. Mike from Priority Services recommended a company that came out to me that same day to take care of it. I can’t thank him enough for that. Anytime I’ve needed help with my AC, Mike and the other employees at Priority Services have been friendly, communicative, and helpful. They’ve patiently answered all my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with their services. If you’re in need of help, Priority Services should be the first company you call. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Weve used Priority for at least 5 years now. Excellent service, helpful staff and always a good result. Id highly recommend them. Their service contract agreement is great too - we have someone come out 2 x per year to check our AC and heating unit to ensure they are functioning properly. Great service!

Their NAME SAYS IT ALL...I was their PRIORITY!!!!!!! I was having a problem with my kitchen faucet water pressure. The tech came (within the appointment time frame), I explained the problem and he knew EXACTLY what was wrong. It wasnt possible to salvage the existing faucet so he installed a new one, a fancy one at that! He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Another major plus is that he was neat and fast! I cant thank Priority Services enough for the service I was provided - THANK YOU ! If I ever need plumbing or rooter service in the future, I will DEFINITELY call PRIORITY SERVICES.

Worst company ever. I was referred to this company thinking they were great! NOT!I needed a new capacitor.. they quoted me around $700. I was relieved I didnt have to replace the whole unit but thought the price was steep. The technician did say he would give me a price of around 300 if i would sign up for a service contract for 2yrs at 20 dollars a month. I agreed!! They came out 3times and everytime there was something wrong. Said i needed a new water heater.. not true! The last guy who came out for regular service on my contract, was arrogant and shut off my gas to the heater. He said i had cracked heat exchanger! I went for 3 weeks freezing buying 3 space heaters to help. This guy was trying to sell me a new unit said mine was unsafe and shut it off. I had an experienced hvac guy come yesterday... I DONT NEED A NEW HEATER. THE FLAME WAS JUST TURNED UP TOO HIGH!!! Now Im believing that this was done on purpose. I called the owner Mike.. NO empathy what soever, he tried to blame me saying you cant just adjust the flame..WHAT? My Heater works perfectly now.. no flame flying out..no cracked heat exchanger!! Im a single woman... buyers beware!!!!!!

Being a Manager for a company, I had a customer that needed immediate services from a plumber after hours. After calling the Plumbing company I normally used, and 3 more, none of them could find the time to help. I searched Google for plumbing companies and came across Priority Services of Las Vegas. I gave them a call and initially talked to Chris. I must say, having dealt with the plumbing industry for 30 years, Chris was, by far, the most courteous person I have dealt with and had excellent customer service skills (something that seems to be diminishing these days). He sent Sean out to take care of my customer. Sean was there within the hour of my call and did an excellent job fixing the problem. The service was impeccable and not only would I recommend them to any person that needed plumbing services, they will now become my 1st choice plumbing company for any plumbing issues that my company may need to deal with. My Aunt was having issues with her A.C. unit she called another Company to come look at it and almost immediately after arriving they recommended replacing the unit. Something was off about the Tech and so she decided to call another company. Bobby Garcia our Service Tech came out to the house and thoroughly looked over the unit. He gave us his honest opinion about it and after some consideration we decided to fix it. Not only did he check it he also fixed it. He found 2 issues with the unit and fixed them on the spot. Ever since, it has been running like a champ!! We definitely know who to call when we have issues and when it does come time to replace the unit we already have our company Priority Services.

The technician who came out was Rick Hatcher, came on strong like your best friend, very helpful and totally honest. Looked at the warranty for the air conditioner and told me to go with the company that installed it. The company that installed it fixed it with no guarantee. Like they put a very expensive bandaid on it, but was less than what Rick quoted. If the repair doesnt work I will call Rick in a heart beat.

I despise any commercial that is sexist towards men. The current radio commercial depicts the man as a totally idiot while the wife is so smart and knowledgeable. The same commercial depicts domestic abuse as the wife is heard hitting the husband for not being so smart as to use their service because hes shopping around for the best deal.

WONDERFUL service!!! Its so hard to find reputable companies in Las Vegas. When I called to schedule the appointment, the girl was so nice, well informed and worked with my schedule. James, the plumbing technician was prompt, very kind and professional. He even played fetch with my dog a couple times. He reviewed my plumbing issues and walked me through all the services he was going to do prior to starting. He recommended the PMA (platinum membership agreement) so I could save money right away. I had NO problem signing up. My gut told me right away this is a great company and would absolutely be getting PEACE OF MIND. Quick and accurate service was performed. A couple of weeks ago, our A/C did not come on in the morning. The breaker had tripped during the night. I re-set the breaker, and I called Priority Services. Despite their busy schedule, I had a service tech at the door in an hour. He checked out the unit, and found no problems. Everything is working fine.We have been with Priority Services for over 5 years. We rely on their services for A/C and plumbing inspection and maintenance. Having their maintenance agreement is a minimal cost for the peace of mind knowing they will be there when I call.

Bobby Garcia, was fantastic, he arrived early, asked me what did i need and I explained my problem with the heater, and he got to work immediately. He diagnosed the problem, informed that he had to get the parts and would come right back and installed vinter motor. He did everything professionally, and with extreme competence. Been with company 6 mts. Just had Air Con serviced and found some things needed doing. I called to make appointment to get work done was told between 8 and 11.thcome morning the work was to be done I called to get another part done . I was then told time would be 11to 3. At 4 pm I called to see why they had not come and the receptionist said there coming Friday. I said no called another company to get work done explained prob and parts and was quoted a lot less than Thease prices. I have to stay another 6 Mrs with this company but I will not let them do any work other than a service. And Im dodge about that

Woke up on a Monday and saw my water heater had crapped out on me. Called at 8am, had a plumber here by 9am. Installed and hauled away old one, and new one came with a warranty. Came home from work and saw that new water heater was leaking from pipe connection. Called Priority at 600pm. Had the same plumber show up at 620pm, fixed the water pipe connection, apologized profusely. Very happy with their service and products! They also scheduled the inspection and pulled the permit for me.

Brand new air conditioner they installed didnt work. But wait, you ask, isnt this a 5 star review? Yes it is. When you judge a company you should be most critical when they fail and how they deal with stress. Ive been working with another company, trying to fix my ac for over a month. Finally we went with Priority Services and they quickly diagnosed the problem and we installed a new ac unit. The whole time they took photos of the parts that were failing, informed me of how the unit was problematic, and then went about the replacement.When the new unit was installed, it kept freezing over before it could even cool the house. So they came out the next day, on a Saturday, to fix it. Spot welded, examined the blower, the regulator, and did everything they could to make the fix. Their professionalism was on point. In this whole process I got to meet 5 of their staff and all of them treated me with respect. To me the most important part was their transparency. They made very clear what they thought the issues were, took photos, shared them with me, explained what they were doing/ how they were fixing, and offered me several options. They asked if they could come back on Monday with a new part and when I told them I was working they said, well we certainly cant let you go that long without ac... Ill find a way to make it work today. He called his boss, who came down, and we had a fix in 2 hours.These are honest, hard working men (possibly women as well, I just didnt have any on my fix ;) ). Everyone is going to make a mistake- but their ability to remain steadfast, fix a problem, and go out of their way for their customers has me giving them 5 stars. My 2 year old son was sick on Friday, so when I realized the a/c was blowing hot air I thought we were in for an even rougher night than I was already expecting. I called at 5pm and left a message, your employee named Robert called me back within 5 minutes and was on his way right after we spoke. In all, from the time I realized the air wasn’t working to the time it was up and running again was just under an hour. I thought we’d be stuck for at least a day. Robert was great, professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out a couple things that I should have checked before it gets hot again next year, I will definitely have you guys come out next spring before it gets hot again.

Shaun and Eric showed up on time even earlier on the first day! We had already had 3 people look at our problem and finally decided to go with a professional because the problem was in the line in the wall. Priority tried a few things that didnt work but promised to be back the next day with not only one plan but two. Thankfully on the second day they got it to work with the cheaper option. Very nice guys. Thanks for fixing my husbands throne. :)

Stan came to my home the same morning I called for help. The issue started at 7 AM and he offered his services at 9 AM.A true professional through and through, he walked me through the testing process and diagnosed the issue immediately.Upon diagnosing the issue he then replaced the motor and explained any and all potential issues that MAY arise in the future with other areas of my unit.I would specifically ask for Stan if any such issues arise.Thank you !

I was first introduced to Priority Services through a home warranty company I used to do business with.  Priority was one of their contractors at the time and they came through with flying colors.  It was an excellent experience and my furnace was repaired the same day.  Soon after, I called them again for some service needed on my A/C.  They told me they were no longer contractors for that company & I told them that I didnt care.  I still wanted them to do the work.  I already knew the caliber of their work and Ive been using them ever since.  They have been taking care of all the annual preventative maintenance on my A/C, HVAC and water heater since about 2011.  I could not be happier with this company.  Each & every one of the technicians have been on time & they also call me before they arrive.  Every one of them are very professional, personable & thorough.  They answer all of my questions so even I, a senior female, can understand what needs to be done.  Stan came to my home today & went over my A/C with a fine tooth comb.  I feel a whole lot safer going into the heart of the summer in Las Vegas.  I would not consider calling anyone else to inspect or repair my A/C, HVAC or plumbing.  They catch things early before they can become major problems for me.  Even Heidi, in the office, has the patience of a saint.  Call them.  You will not be disappointed.  :-)

We recently had a foundation leak at our home and had Priority Services of Las Vegas do the repairs. The plumber, James Beel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. He repaired the damage in a timely matter with respect and care to our home at all times. Priority Services was dispatched through our home warranty program. We had some reservations since we have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies that our home warranty company has sent out in the past. We were very happy with the service provided by James and Priority Services and will definitely call them for any future plumbing services.

Terrible company.....AVOID! My elderly neighbor had her toilet changed out recently, this place charged her $900 dollars for the job. I couldnt believe it! Incredible, i dont know which is worse, shady services, or the dumb ass neighbor that actually paid that money. Could of driven to home depot and got one the Mexicans to do the job for less than $200.....
