AC went out. I called another place and they couldnt get out the same day. So I called Ice Heating and cooling. They said they would send someone as soon as possible. Less than 3 hours after my initial call, my AC was blowing cold air.Zach was professional, friendly, efficient and gracious. I hope they have more employees like him because he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything he was doing, in a clear and concise manner. Also he possessed a charming demeanor, wonderfully attitude and impeccable personal hygiene (which is amazing considering hed already been working for over 12 hours, when he arrived. )If Zach is available, ask for him by name!

We needed someone to come check out our AC unit and make sure everything was running properly. Vance was awesome! He pointed out things we needed done and things that we could do to make sure the unit continues to work well. Overall great experience.

Our experience was great, wonderful customer service! Our AC stopped working, and they sent a technician out ASAP. The technician Vance was very professional and helpful, and shared useful information on our AC and maintenance, and had it fixed and running again within an hour. Had SUCH a great experience with Ice today!! Chris and Junior came over to inspect my AC that decided to die at the worse time(!) with family in from out of town, our house creeped up 1 degree per minute and we were in full panic mode!They came in within less then an hour from our call, and provided an honest complete inspection of our entire system. The unit was up and running within 45 minutes, and we even got an amazing duct and vent clean to get rid of that yucky build up we had.Thanks so much guys, Ice heating and cooling is the way to go!!

AC went out Sunday afternoon. I called this morning (Monday also Labor Day) at 8:30/9am and their tech Moe was in and out by 1130am. Unreal response time and helped me understand the issue with my unit without a problem. Really appreciated them doing me a solid on a holiday.

Junior was extremely professional and got the job done for a fraction of the cost quoted by the previous company. He even went out of his way to replace our air filters. Theres simply no comparison.

I recently moved into a new place mid March. Right away i could tell the unit was struggling. Three different companies came out and all wanted to replace the unit ( no way i could afford that). ICE came out to my house and they were able to get my system up and running again, blowing the temp I have the thermostat set to!!! Like it should!! They have earned my trust and I will be a client for life.

ICE is an awesome company to work with. They were very clear about each step of replacing my old air conditioner. I never felt pressured while picking a replacement.The purchasing process was smooth and informative.Everything was done the same day. They had to remove some molding around my A/C access. However, they put me in contact with a company that came out and quickly repaired the molding.My energy costs have gone down significantly year over year. I have a 1750 sqft. single story 3bed/2bath built in 1995 with an extremely high (14 ft.) ceiling at the center beam. We usually keep the A/C between 68-71 all summer long. :)

ICE was the most professional company out of the 3 that we received a diagnoses and quote from. The price was the best and so was the quality of the product and options that they provide. Highly recommend.

My experience is one of a kind but similar to many. I had two grown men appear at my home after five minutes whom claimed they were 30 minutes away. They then were unprepared, they approached my home while i was in my garage preparing for a bike ride. They said they were here to fix the heating unit but needed access to the unit and panel, i then said we told them that the heating unit was on the top backside of the roof youll need a latter. They then claimed that they needed to see the panel i then repeated myself again and again and again. I was not about to allow two grown men in my home with virus going on aka COVID19. They then talked with each other and said well need to get a bigger latter, so i said you showed up to a job that the work is on the roof and all you wanted to see was the panel, and your latter doesnt fit or is not long enough. Strangely enough we went through our home warranty and they couldnt find a company that does rooftop heating and cooling. So we called them earlier, but the home warranty called and said they found someone who does work on rooftop when 90% of the homes in Las Vegas older than 10 years have rooftop heating cooling units. I found this to be very strange. We called and canceled them but they showed up as the referred warranty but their latter wasnt long enough, then they said that they would have to go find a latter when in fact they called their supervisor Kristine and told her a lie claiming that i a 50plus year old man was threatening to them somehow. I believe its because they were not there to do work but something else, maybe create more business because they kept asking where is the heat not blowing in which room and i said that would be on the blower on the rooftop unit not in the home weve had the ducts cleaned two years ago... smh... The fact that they lied to us then told their manager or supervisor Kristine and Chyenne that i was somehow threatening to them seemed suspect.Weve had that cooling unit side check one year ago, and only one man shows up and never asked to see the panel but the actual unit. They wanted access to the home two grown men from ICE HEATING AND COOLING. They didnt come to work but took one look at my Dark Moorish Skin tone and used that as their excuse not to service or do their job they were hired for.

This company is great. I am happy I contacted them. I heard a loud rumble that came from my roof and it turned out that it was because of some faulty equipment.We met Junior and he was such a great person to work with! He was so sincere and very thorough in explaining what was the problem. I instantly felt I was in good hands.The next day Junior and Morris came by and fixed everything. ICE is the best HVAC company in Vegas. They are honest and upfront, and theyre also just very nice people in general. Junior and Kevin were great when they came out to my rental property to fix the heating and saved me thousands of dollars by competently servicing my system instead of just trying to sell me on replacing my older but still-functional heat pump. They did let me know that it will need to be replaced eventually, but they still managed to get it working better than ever with a little cleaning and a couple of relatively inexpensive replacement parts and wiring. Their service contract is also totally worth it!

No pressure to buy extras.When he left, wow what a difference. Our AC is running far quieter than it ever has since we owned this house, as well as cooling down faster. Awesome customer service (Yvonne is a star!) and the technician they sent was outstanding! He was prompt, knowledgeable, the tune up was thorough and he answered the questions I had about how the system is supposed to run. This is one very happy customer. ICE Heating & Cooling has definitely gained a new lifetime customer with us. We had the worst AC experience before discovering ICE Heating & Cooling. The first AC company that was sent out to our home was rude, days late for an appointment and not thorough at all! After determining that we needed a new compressor we were told it would be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days to get the part. 5 BUSINESS days passed and we had still heard nothing from that company even with multiple attempts of contacting them. (Also the receptionist was possibly the rudest person I have ever come across) On our 7th day of no AC in the middle of summer WITH a baby in the house we decided to at least get a second opinion and were referred to ICE by a family member. Their receptionist was so helpful and kind and they had a technician to our house within an hour of contacting them. We decided it was time to replace our 32 year old unit and the owner, Junior, was here that very same evening to go over prices and units with us. While we still hadnt heard anything from the first AC company, Junior and his wonderful technician Moe were here the very next moring to install a brand new unit. I was completely blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of this company, but mostly appreciated the fact that they clearly sympathized with us not having AC for so long that they immediately catered to us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that asks.

Junior came out to my house today when I wasn’t getting any heat. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the issues, pricing, and maintenance for both my furnace and went over options I had. He was very respectful of my house and was very nice. I would 100% use them again in the future for both my maintenance and any additional issues I would have.

The guy who came out was super helpful and nice. I needed to intstall a new thermostat and and check my heater as well. They installed it super fast and gave me a great deal. Will definitely use them again.

This is the only place to go for ac or heating problems in Las Vegas . Everyone else is unreasonable and price gouge this is a safe place and they are willing to talk to you if you are . I would recommend this place to any and everybody.

Summary: Prompt (early even), friendly, clean, efficient, available 24/7. Fast- whole unit replaced from assessment to completion in less than 24 hours. Quiet- my two year old was able to take a three hour nap while they were hard st work!In an attempt to complete some home improvements I accidentally drilled through our freon line. In a panic, I started calling anywhere I could find to come and address the issue. Being the beginning of August most places didnt answer the phone or werent able to come out for a few days. Ice Heating and Cooling was about the 8th phone call I made and moving forward they will be the ONLY people I call for my heating and cooling needs!Chris promptly answered the phone and was sympathetic to my situation, which immediately put me at ease. He said he could be out in 45 minutes, but showed up in 30! He did a full assessment of the damage. And when doing so laid down drop clothes and protectors to make sure our belongings were protected.Being a new homeowner I knew nothing about heating and cooling and he explained everything in detail using pictures and simple analogies for me to easily understand. Additionally, he never ball parked costs for us, he calculated them to the dime to make sure we could make an educated decision.Based on the cost to fix the damage, the age of the unit and our needs we decided to replace the entire system. He helped us find the options that made the most sense for us and was conscious of our price point. He never tried to push us on an up sell and was helpful in explaining the differences in options. When spending this amount of money we wanted to be thoughtful and he was patient and respectful of our needs.The very next morning him and his crew were here promptly in the morning. They were clean, efficient and respectful of our space as we were home while they were completely the project. And what blew me away, they were so quiet during the entire day that my mother and two year old were able to take a three hour nap in the afternoon while they were working!They completed the entire project from my first phone call to the replacement of the entire unit (AC, copper piping, furnace and thermostat) in less than 24 hours!I would recommend Ice Heating and Cooling to anyone that needs any level of service and will never call another company again.

I bought an older house in May of 2017 and I had nothing but problems with the A/C unit from the start. I used multiple companies, but no one ever seemed to fix the problem and every company seemed to charge me more than the last. I was stressed with it breaking every other week, running out of money and it was about 100 degrees inside the house. Finally I found ICE and things got so much better. Not only were they affordable, but they took the time to explain what was wrong (and actually knew what they were talking about) and they actually fixed the problem. Late last year I decided to go ahead and replace the unit all together and I of course went with ICE. They offered me a great price, helped me finance it AND had it replaced in 24 hours. I will NEVER use another AC company but them.

We called ice this summer when our a/c stopped working. Junior and his team came to our house the next day. He gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and fixed it right away. We also signed up for their service where they come check out the heater in the winter and the a/c in the summer. He came to clean the heater and installed some parts that the builder left out to cut costs. I like that he gives a good explanation and let’s you know all your options.

I called these guys because of their reviews. I can’t imagine that the reviews are real. This was last week. Its been super hot. I call them up and they put me off until much later in the day. Then they showed up about an hour late, and then they tried to tell me that I need a new air conditioner. I found out from another company that I had a bad capacitor. It cost me $125 for the capacitor. It only took the technician 10 minutes to repair my problem. I wouldn’t recommend these guys. No way.

Found this company on Yelp while looking for a second opinion on another company’s service quote. They came out for free same day (a holiday) and not only provided a realistic quote of what actually needed to be done, but they also took the time to take pictures and videos of things the other company did poorly or wrong. They fixed it all. They even came out in the middle of the night for me over the summer when we needed them, they are truly 24 hours. We signed up for their membership and just had our complimentary winter maintenance tune up - the rep spent over an hour here cleaning things up and fixing some stuff while testing our unit. He had a lot of info for us and we felt very taken care of. Everyone we’ve dealt with is super respectful and we feel they are honest. We’re very happy we found this company and definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

I was without Cool Air for the Second day and the first company I called didn’t show up but Thank God for Junior he was prompt, polite and quick. The work crew showed up on time and went straight to work. They did a full inspection of my units and gave me no BS on the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately the repair work needed was out of my price range even with the discounts they offered. I will try to get them to come back out when I have the money saved up.

Most trustworthy and reliable AC Comoany in the Las Vegas Valley. I looked for years and tried many other AC companies and I was continually disappointed. That is never the case with ICE. I highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. They are nothing but thieves. They tell you that they replace certain parts but come to find out the parts were never replaced and I was charged for them. I will not be using this company ever again. The owner is rude and the receptionist is rude.
