Highly recommend Eric from Vegas Valley Air. Last week Las Vegas recorded a high temperature of 116 degrees! We run a residential property management company so high temps mean we need awesome AC vendors that can get units back up and running same day. Thanks Vegas Valley Air! During this record heat we had a tenant submit a work order for no AC at 2:29pm. By 7pm (same day) Eric from Vegas Valley Air was on site and had the unit up and running. Needless to say the tenant was very happy. In property management it takes a team effort...we are so thankful to our awesome vendors. Thank you Eric!!

Just had our gas fireplace repaired by Vegas Valley Air. Our technician, Eric, called when he was on his way and showed up within the appointment window. Very professional. Was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Then walked us through the proper operation. Did a carbon monoxide check before leaving. Very satisfied with the service. Cost was very reasonable.

Very helpful, prompt, and professional. We had Eric come out and he explained all that he did and showed us their yearly service plans that have them come out 2x per year to service the AC and Furnace. I went ahead and opted into one of the plans and am very happy with their work.

Great service! I called Vegas Valley Air to find out how much they charge for somone to come out and diagnose my gas fireplace. Two technicians were at my house in about 30 minutes and my fireplace was repaired and working 30 minutes later. Office staff and technicians were very professional. Came and looked at my fireplace. Stated it would need new glass, new gas assembly and original logs. Called and said 2 out of the 3 were available but would not fix without all 3 being available. Still charged me $119 fee though. So bottom line... couldnt fix the fireplace but still charged me.

Eric was very knowledgeable and very helpful. While he was fixing the issue, he was engaging and was in and out very efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone needing maintenance to a fireplace!

We have used Vegas Valley Air on both our home and rental unit with Eric servicing both units. BEST customer service and quality of work I have ever seen. He will talk you through everything he is doing and has no issues letting you watch. He explains why he is doing what he is doing and only replaces parts that need to be replaced! He will not scam you into buying things you dont need, just simply what is wrong and will recommend anything else he feels is the right thing to do and never pressure you into something you dont need. Anyone looking to get their air conditioner serviced MUST go through them! He also showed up at 8am on a Saturday morning!!!
