Ive had my swamp cooler for 4 1/2 years and it has worked exceptionally well. I replaced the filters and circulating pump on 8/17/16. The unit worked for 2 days, then threw warm air. I called Paradise Air Conditioning on 8/19/16. Adam was out the next morning on time. He accessed the unit and found clogs in a hose. He fixed it and the unit worked. However, 3 days later it was throwing hot air again, not getting water to the filters. I called and they sent Alex out to fix the unit. He could not find a problem, ran some water into the unit, replaced the cover, and it is now cooling.Paradise Air Conditioning did not charge me for the service call because of the units unexplained problem and recent work by Adam. Im pleased that I found this honest and competent company. I will certainly recommend them and use them when necessary. Great job.

Paradise Air installed a brand new Goodman A/C unit on my house and I love it. All of their technicians were extremely courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. They had to completely remove the old unit that was over 30 years old and then customize the new unit for a perfect fit. I recently had a new roof installed and they took extra pre-caution not to damage a single shingle while removing the old unit and installing the new unit. After installing the new unit everything looks and runs GREAT..... It sure is nice to have icy cold air, THANKS PARADISE AIR. I will refer everyone I know to Paradise Air.

Ricky came to work on my gas water heater. He identified the problem in minutes and had it fixed moments later.I was impressed with not only Rickys skills, but he was nice as can be, professional and didnt mind at all my questions.Top notch. I asked Ricky for extra cards to share with friends I was so happy with the service.

I called and set an appointment with a super friendly lady on the phone for noon to two a couple days laterI get a call at 245 saying someone can be en route. No, that’s ok, but I’ll give you another chance.Two days later, appointment from 9 to 11. No call no show again.Super unprofessional to not even call. 4 wasted hours and I see nothing for it, couldn’t even source another quote because I am not going to have 2 contractors here at the same time.

Assuming theres a problem instead of observing and asking questions makes this company be a non open door policy and closed communication firm....😀 btw if your sick they will still make you come in...death bed or not!
