When you find someone that you trust to do the work at a fair price, you stick with them. The last company I was with for over a decade lost my trust. Matt has been out to my 1996 house a couple of times now. He fixes the issues quickly, confidentiality and doesnt try to upcharge me which seems to be the latest business models of the corporate companies.

Matt is incredible, he has fixed both of our units and they work beautifully. We have had other A/C companies before and we will only go with Mega Air from now on. Matt is knowledgeable and works to fix everything for good instead of putting a bandaid on issues until you buy a new unit. Matt is honest and cost conscious for his clients. He has earned our trust and loyalty, we recommended him to anyone who has A/C issues.

I was totally amazed and impressed that Matt was on time, performed and repaired my a/c, and cleaned my electrostatic filters. In my mind he went far beyond the call of duty and I will definitely use him again!

I had one of those too good to be true experiences with Matt from Mega Air. He was prompt, really worked hard to diagnose my issue (outside in the heat) and came up with a creative idea as to why my a/c intermittently would not work. Other technicians may have thrown parts at the issue but Matt really solves the underlying issue. He even called me the next day to ensure the issue was fixed! One of my air conditioner units stopped working at night and Mega was able to come to my home the next day and even arrived early! He was able to replace the motor and make sure the compressor was still in working order. He worked very quickly and was very honest. I would definitely recommend Mega Air to a friend or coworker and use them again in the future.

Matt was very efficient, arrived on time, fixed the problem in minutes. He had to come back a month or so later because the fan motor finally died and he replaced it with the same efficiency. He had the needed parts on his truck and there were no delays. I highly recommend him.

I put in a call Saturday morning. Matt had gotten back to me in a few hours. We made the appointment, which was next day Easter Sunday. He showed up on time, even called ahead to see if he could come early! He was polite, well mannered., and went right to work. He asked a question about furnace work done in the winter. He knew what the problem was, climbed in the attic and fixed it with in minutes. He even waited while we shuffled through a few cooling cycles to ensure unit was working properly. Our second floor heating unit went out on a Sunday evening. I called our home warranty Monday morning, and Matt came to diagnose the issue that afternoon. He got the necessary part (for the 30+ year old unit) and installed it on Wednesday afternoon, and voila! The heater was up and running again (just in time for the cold spell)!Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and easy to reach. It can be hit or miss with vendors when going through a home warranty, but I was very happy with Matts service. I highly recommend Mega Air. 👍

We had a broken wheel and motor in our blower. I call and they came out the same day!! They removed the broken items and the very next day they showed up with new parts, installed and working perfect!! Great staff as well!
