She followed up and let me know when the technician was on the way. Randy and Ivan showed up on time and were very professional. They fixed my AC unit and were very courteous. All the years of having service people come to our various homes we were truly amazed at this companies professionalism. We called on a Saturday and were told someone would stop out to check out our air conditioning concerns that day. Not long after talking to the office we received a call from Ivan. He said he would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. Well i have heard that before, but he was there as promised . He found the reason our air was not working was a bad control board. He did not have one on his truck and being that it was later on Saturday he would not be able to get one until Monday. To make this long story short a couple hours after he left we got a call from Ryan telling us had a control board on his truck and would like to bring it out Sunday morning if that was ok. We set a time around 8am and guess what he called and told how long it would take to get to our house. A couple of hours later all the work was completed. Ivan and Ryan were excellent at not only their job but also keeping us informed every step of the way. We would use them again in a heartbeat, and i have already told friends about them. Thanks guys.

On a very hot Sunday morning our AC dumps. We call Randy as we have a maintenance program with his company On the Spot Air. By 11pm same night, our new AC unit is purring like a kitten. Having the maintenance program saved us money, but more importantly, the service and attitude of Randy and his crew was both honest and straightforward. We recently moved across country, to Henderson NV. We needed our HVAC systems checked out, and called Trane (manufactured the A/C & Coil). Trane referred us to On the Spot Air.Randy, our HAVAC Technician, was (is) very knowledgeable, an assiduous professional, punctual, cooperative, personable, and efficient!He had no problems with taking the time to explain what he was doing, but was at ease answering a million questions, and offering sound advice! He also explained/suggested how things should and should not be - without any pressure to sell you things; He only made suggestions of what we may need, probably need including healthy options, and what would be a waste of our money.We have dealt with several HAVAC companies in the past (in the North East), and as good as some of them were they did not come close to Randy at On the Spot Air!My 2 initial calls to On The Spot Air (as we were looking for a company to service our needs since we are new to the area - from across the country) were handled as well as anyone could possibly desire. My spouse and I have utilized On The Spot Air for the last two years with a yearly service agreement, and we have been extremely satisfied. Doesnt matter who the representative might be, they are always courteous and helpful, yet not pushy in any manner.Last Tuesday our AC went out, and having a home service warranty we alerted a representative to come out as quickly as possible. They told us we would be placed high on the response to find out it would be Friday between 1-3 PM. So late Friday we were advised by 2 morons from AR air that it could be up to 2 weeks until repaired, and only tried to sell us a new system. We checked into hotel for 3 days until determining what our next move was.Long story shortened, we called On The Spot Sunday at noon and were lucky to get Randy on the phone who had been to our home in the past servicing our units. After explaining to him our problem, he asked if we could meet him within the next 2 hours at our home which we did from the hotel. We purchased a new Trane Air Conditioning system that afternoon, and Randy and his partner Kyle both showed up Monday morning (July 15th), worked all day outside and in the attic putting in our new system. These 2 individuals were so professional and hard workers with a goal to put in our system which was completed that afternoon.If it were possible to give Randy, Kyle, and On The Spot Air a Ten (10) Star rating, they would definitely get it from this very satisfied customer. Randy, Kyle and Ivan are very professional, courteous and knowledgable. They installed our new Trane unit in less than 5 hours. Great customer service. Emily always calls and lets you know they are on the way, They are on time and explain everything to you. I highly recommend them.
