I purchased a unit from ACLV getting close to two years ago . Today it stopped cooling and called ACLV and said a tech would be there in a couple of hours and he arrived on time. The tech was very informative and explained everything. Great service and I’m glad I purchased my unit from them. Now let’s see how much they are going to charge me lol.

My water heater flooded my garage in the middle of the night. I couldnt even take a cold shower in 117 degree weather. It was a disaster and I had a full weekend in front of me. The next morning I immediately started calling companies to fix my issue. ACLV was the only co. That actually answered the phone. Gabby was awesome. Professional, friendly, and followed through with information I requested. Juan, service tech, was at my house in less than an hour. He had everything needed on truck and in a couple of hours all was back to normal. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with ACLV. If you are looking for Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest help, then ACLV is the company to call.

I couldnt be happier with the service provided by ACLV. We needed to replace a water softener. ACLV came out to provide a no-cost estimate which they honored exactly at the time of install. We received calls and text alerts with reminders of our scheduled service times and the service technicians arrived as scheduled. Both introduced themselves, reconfirmed the work to be completed and got started. When completed they reviewed everything they had done. They clearly did not take the lets just get it done approach. There was obvious care taken to ensure the space was used adequately and that it appeared very professional. I has also thrilled to see that the area was as clean as when they arrived. All packaging material that the new unit came in as well as the old unit were hauled away, which I was not expecting. Kudos to Juan and Trent and the ACLV team.

We had a plumbing inspection by Priority Services and their service representative David diagnosed and repaired a number of unrelated problems the same morning. He had all of the parts and specialized tools necessary fix plumbing leaks, replace defective valves, replace a defective pressure valve, and flush our water heater. I was given useful information regarding self-maintenance of other parts of our plumbing system. He was on-time, courteous, friendly, skilled, took the time to see that everything was done right and that the work sites were clean before leaving. I recommend ACLV/Priority Services for this work.

My water heater stopped working on Monday evening. The next day I tried to light the pilot without success. A plumbing company I used before had no availability the day I called or the rest of the week. Through HomeAdvisor Chantelle at ACLV reached out to me (we connected on Wednesday) and put me on the appointment schedule for the next day. Juan and Trey arrived on time, and after several tries got my pilot light back on, but we agreed I needed a new heater. Thanks to Juan and Trey I have a great new water heater. They answered all my questions, were courteous and professional. It was great to watch their teamwork in every step, from removing my heavy old waterlogged heater, to installing my slimmer, more efficient heater. Once again, thanks to ACLV Priority Services!

I want to make sure I name all employee involved. I got a referral from Kim and Lucy. I live in a condo and needed a check up on my furnace. They had a great service call for 49$ so I called and see a appointment for a Friday in the window of 12-3 . Kim gave me a courtesy call to let me know Holden and Adrien where on there way . My coils needed to be cleaned bad and my duct as well. We negotiated a good price and they got to work. Everything went great both gentlemen are great explaining the work and very professional. Holden is a great guy extremely personal and knowledgeable he is definitely a great employee hope they hang on to him. I would definitely recommend this company. I got a great price in a new unit and plan on getting it done this year. Yes great service honest people and another big thank you to Kim she is awesome!!!!

Jaime at ACLV just did the summer check on my a/c unit. Very professional and very helpful. Last guy that checked in winter told me I needed to replace blower motor, clean coils, and clean vents. Jaime said everything was in good condition and showed me pictures to prove it. Kind of makes me think the last guy was after my money.

Since our new system was an upgrade, it was necessary to install the proper vent for this new system. We are delighted the work is done now.Thank you!

Their communication was great. They confirmed appointment and kept me informed of timing to arrive. Showed up on time and fixed my AC in less than 20min (fan capacitor issue, in my experience, this seems to be the most common). Greg informed me that the compressor wasnt long for this world but didnt push any sales on me. Just gave me suggested options for when when it ultimately fails. He took pictures of the part that needed replacement as with the meter readings. No song and dance or upsells just fixed the imediate problem. Overall the service was fast and efficient and Id recommend them again.

The company is absolutely amazing especially the team captain, the lady who mans the telephone and keeps the customers advised ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. We have never dealt with a company who kept us continually advised as to when their service person would be arriving and even arranged for a service person to call late at night on an emergency basis when out heating system went out during a cold spell, The lady deserves a promotion and a substantial raise.Next, lets discuss Justis. He is the best. He is the best in the furnace repair business. Despite the late hour he arrived carrying the ladderand was able to give us a temporary repair so that we had heat for the next few days until a more permanent repair could be arranged., After a few days he arrived again and made a permanent repair. He wasresponsive, reliable, good natured,YOU HAVE THE BEST TEAM!

I purchased an AC from these guys seven years ago, everything was fine until recently it was blowing warm air. I called and they showed up with in two hours, which was very surprising. It was just a minor part which they warrantied and now it works great. I reccomend the repairman Justis as he is on time and makes the repairs very quickly.

115 degrees today and no AC. Roman quickly discovered the problem, fixed it, and had everything up and running in no time. What a relief!

I had Tech Sam and his partner show up to clean the ducts, and from the intro to their departure, both men were not only pros on the job, but informative and knowledgeable when questions were asked. They got the job done in a surprisingly short time, but as soon as I turned the system back on, I could tell difference they made with heating my home. Great job.

This review is long overdue but I just found out why my heater stopped working suddenly. The technician was very deceiving! To start he ordered the wrong part and told us they were out of stock, we had him on camera saying this. He lied because we would have to go the whole weekend without a/c because of his error. He replaced the fan and a few other things supposedly and the next season our heater wasn’t working. We couldn’t figure out why when it was just working perfectly. We invited him back to fix our heat and he said it’s best to replace the whole thing. We told him we couldn’t right now and then our a/c stopped working when he left. We called another company the next day, turns out he flipped the a/c switch do it wouldn’t work and he switched the fuse from out heat to the a/c so we suffered a long winter without knowing this. He charged us $1000 to basically steal parts from our heater and use them to fix the A/C. Scam artist! Do not use this company!

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!! Cant say enough good things about Chris White and his colleagues who were involved in my recent replacement of my 20 yr old unit that Ive been keeping bandaided together since I bought my home in 2009. Chris was outstanding at thoroughly answering every one of my questions every step of the way. Because ACLV is a licensed contractor with Nevada Energy they were able to offer me a rebate deal that made a superior unit affordable for me! And there were some issues with a manufacturer warranty that had changed, but Chris found a way to get me a better warranty unit also! And all of this was done in 36 hours from quote to installation!!! Highly recommend ACLV even though I had been using a different company for 2x a year checks. Im CONVERTED! Thank you ACLV!!! I have years of experience as a project manager on thousands of repipe installations so I am not easily impressed. Most plumbing companies cant even spell customer service. But these guys are heating and air conditioning ninjas! I left a message for the owner of the company that no matter how much he was paying his crew it was not enough!!

I called due to this bad sweaty sock smell coming from the vents. They sent a very young expert technician to come investigate. All this expert did was look in our attic to tell us it looked good and then try and sell us a 1300$ specialized filter. Spent 50$ to invite someone in my home to sell me something...The technician did not check the trunk line or the trap, where mold and mildew are known to grow. And the kicker? I described the smell as a sweaty boot socks and the expert was actually looking for a sweaty boot sock. Waste of my time and my money.I will not use this company ever again. Absolutely a waste.

Service person was knowledgeable and professional. He carried out the scheduled inspection and did not try to pressure us into performing unnecessary repairs, as is so often the case. Very satisfied with our first encounter with this company.

Was happy to hear ACLV was who the management called as Ive used the same company in the past on the rental properties I use to manage.I was given a call to schedule my appointment right away. Offered several times to choose from. Was followed with an appointment reminder text, which I appreciate so much! As well as the text to say he was way.When Raul, arrived he was not only on time but early. His appearance was professional, neat and clean, put booties on before entering the house (such a nice touch, we have new carpet!). He got right to work and within a short time he had it up and running! He then took the time to show me what was the problem and where the emergency button was in case we have no heat again. He then made sure he answered everything I asked. Was knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He left no mess for me to deal with either! Again totally appreciated that too!Will use again and recommend to anyone!Thank you ACLV and Raul especially today, a couple days later we needed to turn the heater on!!

I have had issues with my A/C so my landlord set up for these guys to come check it out. After a diagnosis was made they had said they would be coming at some point the next day....NO APPOINTMENT was made. They said they called me at 8 or so in the morning however I didn’t receive a call. NO voicemail left even if it went straight to voicemail. NO text message was sent, NO email nothing! Apparently 1 phone call when someone doesn’t answer is their version of trying to HELP! I have two young kids 2 and 4 and they have been overly hot and unable to sleep due to this! What kind of company gives up after one phone call? So thanks to this my family now gets to sit in a house for 2 more days when the temp is still about 100 degrees outside!!! Terrible customer service. No appointment set up as well as one call from a tech and no message left letting me know anything. I am not happy and thank you for now letting my kids suffer in this heat, shows how much you guys truly care about families in your “community” I will never be using this company in my future and wouldn’t be using them if it were my decision and not my landlords. Update!!!! They fixed their issue and I am so thankful

Just had a new AC system installed. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about pros/cons of different options. Didnt pressure me to go with most expensive one. Very fair price, especially when the NV Energy rebate was figured in. Installers showed up on time, and finished the job in predicted time frame. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Some drywall repairs were expected, and were taken care of a few days later. Great work. However, before the drywall guys arrived, I noticed 3 issues that the AC installer had left unfinished. I called ACLV, and they sent a more experienced guy out right away. He took care of the 3 issues, and apologized for not having to come check the work of the installer on the day of the installation. Everything looks great, and the system is working well. I recommend ACLV.

These scammers took forever to fix our AC last year. We have them on camera calling their supervisor telling them they need an extra day because they ordered the wrong part. No explanation to us and no apology or anything for the inconvenience.The next winter our heater breaks. They tell us the entire unit needs to be replaced for $14,000! We get a second opinion and that company tells us ACLV took a fuse from our heater and rewired it to fix the AC which wouldve only cost $300. ACLV charged us $1,000 and scammed us into thinking our heater was broken when they were the ones who broke it.

Thank you Mike,Kevin and Company..your company quickly diagnosed a bad fan motor, That another company did not and had been to my home twice in the same month to do the annual summer inspection .A small financial dent, compared to having to buy a Brand new rooftop package that I can not afford yet. I really feel the work performed today will help extend the life of my unit for at least three more years...Then I will be able to replace my entire unit. I recently needed to have my entire AC system replaced. After talking to several AC companies, I came across ACLV they were knowledgeable and responsive. They listened and answered to all my questions and concerns and gave me different pricing options on a variety of systems. After I decided on a specific unit. I scheduled to replace the entire system the following day. They were very honest upfront about the cost (no hidden fees) very smooth transaction. Great communication both ways and follow up on their part.The technicians are true professionals. They were on time, prompt, had superior technical skills, and did the extras (like wearing boots over their shoes and putting down floor coverings). What set them apart, however, was their professional skills in explaining what they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and going above and beyond by doing the small extra things that made a difference. They worked so hard and did an amazing job! ACLV are true professionals in every sense of the word. Very well done-Highly Recommended!

What a fantastic HVAC company. Over the years, living in Las Vegas, I have used many different companies when I needed A/C problems resolved. They are always expensive and usually prove to be less than competent. I finally decided to replace my furnace which was 32 years old and figured I might as well replace the A/C system at the same time. I called 4 companies to get estimates. They all were offering the same equipment but the second best was $1300.00 more than ACLV. They scheduled the install to occur starting at 9 a.m. Two guys, Mike and Sam arrived promptly at 9 and dropped off the equipment. Mike left and Sam began preliminary chores. Shortly after, Gerald arrived and he and Sam began the process of removing the old equipment and installing the new. They finished at 2 p.m. and youd never know they were here except for the new equipment. A truly fantastic company powered by friendly, efficient people including David who gave me the initial estimate. I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done right at a great price.

I just had ACLV install a new air conditioner/furnace and am very happy. I had 5 companies give me quotes. ACLV was the most thorough of the sales people ensuring it would be done right, not just done. The price was very competitive without having to dicker around. The install went smoothly. These things take a long time to do (8 hours with 2-3 people), but they did a great job, and I am very confident of the work they performed. Its definitely worth giving them a shot at your business!

I needed the HVAC system replaced in my condo. After researching companies that could provide this service I decided on service. Why did I decide on ACLV? I liked that they were small(er) and more independent. I have never been a fan of franchises. The salesperson proposed several solutions, all with different costs and benefits. I never felt pressured. I chose the middle cost/benefit option. I appreciated the call after the service asking me what could we do the make the experience better? As a academic I always consider this the best way to make incremental improvement. There were a couple issues I shared but nothing serious. As I included a humidifier system I needed more information on the system than was provided - but the system works great. The filter needed for the system was also difficult to remove/replace without damage (it was a tight space). A solution was proposed and works. The only reason I didnt check value is because I didnt solicit competitive bids. I do feel I could have saved the cost but the service outweighed this issue. I would definitely use ACLV again - no question.

It was a pleasure working with ACLV. ACLV removed our 16 years old 4 tons AC (Condenser & Furnace) and installed a 4 tons 15 Seer Trane system and Honeywell T10 Thermostat with wireless room sensor. Mike, the general manager has given his full attention and supports since the beginning. Whatever I asked for and questions I had, Mike promptly provided them. Reyes, the installation manager and his install team did an excellent job, especially kept our house clean. Danny repaired and pained the closet attic area beautifully. I am an engineer and a hard individual to please. I must say that the management and staffs at ACLV that I have encountered are professional and have provided me a 100% Customer Satisfaction. Staring on Thursday 6/21/2018 my A/C started short cycling and turning the cooling part of the system off. It does this during the hours of 1pm and 5pm. ACLV has been out multiple times to correct this issue. So far, the issue is still happening. Nothing has been repaired. The last technician stated it was a heat of the day problem and that something is overheating and causing the system to shut down. Here we are on Saturday and it does it again. Mike stated he wasnt going to send anyone out again until Monday. Apparently he cant repair the system and needs the manufacturer to explain to him how to do his job. After multiple conversations Mike tells my landlord he will send someone Saturday afternoon. Mike did not send anyone. When asked about it he says he called and no one answered. That is a lie. I have phone logs to prove it is a lie. Then Mike tells my landlord that I am lying. That there is nothing wrong with my A/C. Mike furthers this lie with another, he told my landlord I have have an issue with my landlord, and Im trying to get even with my landlord by running up a bill. Nice try, Mike, but Ive been his tenant for 5 years. We have an excellent relationship. Nice try at trying to cover up your incompetency.

Excellent from start to finish. We needed a whole new HVAC unit for our ground floor and ACLV was just one of the companies that we called. From that initial phone call to the sales rep coming to the house to them ultimately getting our business and installing the unit, the experience was as perfect as anyone could ask for. Spending thousands of dollars on a new system is a little scary and not much fun. ACLV was very professional and not pushy. They made it clear that they wanted our business and were willing to earn our trust. We are super happy with the result. They are now probably the first company that I will call when I need service on either of my systems (ground floor and second floor).

Absolutely love these guys. My air went out 2 days ago, thought it was me, found out something busted last night in the unit. my landlord made a call and within a few hours 2 guys were at my house, (2 very nice young men) and they completely changed outside and inside unit .The guy I spoke to on phone was very nice and understanding (I was in hospital and due home in couple hours whole family was home) and he said dont worry we got it! And they did!! Great job guys! (And I asked the price and without saying, the ballpark was least expensive then tje other quotes, a big plus) THANKS guys

ACLV recently upgraded our older HVAC system with a new high efficiency replacement. Their pricing was very competitive, the equipment installation was done quickly, and there were no surprises. ACLV is the best!! AC went out Sunday night Monday morning a different company came and gave me an estimate to replace the unit for $10,000 to $15,000. Called Mike at ACLV he was here within an hour, gave me a $5,100 price (all inclusive). Tuesday morning his two guys showed up on time an did excellent work to remove the old and install the new .Took 6 hours and I couldnt be happier with the results.

My 4 Ton A/C unit stopped cooling on a Friday. Another company was called to check out the problem. It was a 15 year old 10 SEER unit and repair costs made it uneconomical to repair. I had to wait until Monday to call other companies for estimates. I called four companies for estimates to replace the unit. ACLV sent Mike out the next day to check out the unit and give me an estimate. ACLV carried several brands, including Goodman and their price was significantly lower than the other three estimates. I had spent the weekend researching brands and preferred Goodman due to the ratings. ACLV put me on the schedule for the next day to install a 4 ton 14 SEER Goodman split system heat pump with a ASPT Air Handler. They pulled out the old unit and air handler and installed the new unit and air handler. It was a very professional and clean installation. The new air handler was smaller than the existing 50 year old air handler so they put in new duct work to connect the air handler to the house ducts. They also installed a new 3/4 plywood base, plumbing, and wiring for the air handler. ACLV also raised the outside heat pump base four inches and installed a new breaker box on the outside wall. Just a follow up: My other AC unit quit cooling two weeks later. I called ACLV expecting to need another new AC unit. Their repairman arrived the next day to check out the problem. I was embarrassed as the problem turned out to be clogged filters. I had replaced the filters less than three months earlier. However I had some outside construction taking place that raised a lot of dust plus I got two new dogs. It could have been that I had just bought a new AC from them and was ready to buy the next one from them if needed, but ACLV only charged me $25 for the service call. I have two other old AC units and when they fail, I will be calling ACLV to replacement them.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Pricing is competitive and equipment offered is first rate. Will recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement.

I had my Ac unit installed on the first Saturday in May. They came early, quickly installed my unit and return grille. Very courteous and made sure everything worked and that I was happy. I could not beat the price at $6,900 for a Goodman 3.5 ton 16 SEER unit, a new thermostat, and a 40 x 20 return grille filter holder.

Go Figure, we made it all the way to September until our A/C Finally took a dump. Thought we could squeak out another year before we had to replace this thing. Had a tech Will come out, told us it was the compressor and had a great options on new systems. We went with a high seer Trane, it was a little more money but after understanding how it works we are hopeful that It will be well worth the money. Installers were great, used drop cloths the whole 9 yards. Unit was super impressive, its bigger than I would have expected but it is sleek. The unit on the inside actually looks like it has a computer in it with all these fancy LED lights. I hope they actually do something! Thanks guys, will recommend.

I just want to personally thank all the representatives of ACLV Heating and Cooling for doing a great job on replacing my air conditioning unit at a rental house where I had a handicapped lady living. They made every effort to get the job done in a short amount of time and gave me a great rate for the new unit installed. Its great to do business with a company that actually does what they say they can do and doesnt try to up-sell you into buying something you dont need.Their sales manager Mike Miller came to the house for a visual inspection and assured us that they could replace the failed unit with a 5 ton Goodman air conditioner at a very reasonable price and he even threw in a new thermostat to make the unit easier to manage. He scheduled the installation for 8:00 AM the next morning.The next morning Reyes, the technician, arrived right at 8:00 AM as promised and by 10:00 AM we had a new air conditioner and everything was working as it should. It was a pleasure to watch him do his job in such a professional manner.ACLV Heating and Cooling is fully licensed and sends out professionally trained and certified workmen to do their installations.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done at a very reasonable price.

Last weekend I had a big problem at the condo unit I own. My disabled tenant was without heat. I called Goettel Air and they told me the unit was beyond repair. They quoted me a ridiculously insane price for a new two ton unit. I goggled several other companies for quotes. ACLV advertised $4,200 for a new unit complete with installation. I called the telephone number on Sunday Feb 25, just hoping to leave a message. The owner, Gerry actually answered my phone call. When I explained that this was an emergency he had an office manager call me a short while later. The installer Reyes, came out on Monday to do the measurements. He installed the new unit on Tuesday morning despite the fact that it was raining. My tenant was happy to have heat. I am so impressed with ACLV. Everyone in the office, Pam and Denise were friendly and courteous. The company is fortunate to have a wonderful employee like Reyes. He’s worked for the company for 8 years. What a nice man and a hard worker. I am so grateful that ACLV acted quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone in Las Vegas.

While looking around on the Nevada Power web site, I noticed that they are offering rebates for updating/replacing old AC units. ACLV was one of the contracted companies listed. It just so happened a few days later, one of my AC units quit working. I called ACLV, they responded right away, offered financing for the new units (decided to replace both, better discount) and scheduled an install date within a few days. There were a couple of hiccups but ACLV did a good job of keeping me informed. The new units seem to be working, but not totally sure as the weather decided to turn super cold. I am looking forward to lower power bills and better cooling power as they modified the cold air returns within the house. Based on my experience so far, I believe if I do have an issue, they will respond promptly and fix it. My only complaint is, Mark, the sales rep told me that he personally inspects each unit he sells after install to make sure it was done correctly. As of this posting, this has not occured.

I called ACLV on October 4th at approximately 9:30 am to see how much it would cost to have my Goodman 5 ton heat pump checked out. The blower fan was running, but the compressor didnt kick on. After they told me the price for an AC check and what the hourly rate was, I asked if they could send a technician out and they said they would have someone out before noon. Low and behold Houston showed up about 45 minutes after I called ACLV. He was a very polite young man and didnt seem to mind me asking questions so I did. He installed my new Honeywell WiFi thermostat since I wasnt totally sure about the wiring. The unit is running fine now. ACLV is much cheaper than other RIP-OFF companies Ive called. Ill definitely call them the next time I need AC work done. I hope Houston is still working for them. Thanks again to ACLV!

Great staff, quick replies back. Price was unbeatable. I even live an hour outside of Las Vegas and they still beat the price and service of local ac companies. Thanks aclv.... its a year later my ac started acting up, it neither would freeze or just not cool at all, repair response was fast, but took two months to get the problem fixed, some what fixed. My house gets cool again like when it was new but now I have to deal with a loud whistling sound every time the unit starts up or shuts down. Sounds like there is a person standing in my air handler doing a whistling song. Left several messages and sent a video of this problem but no solution yet. So now I have to take a star away.As of 10/18/2019 they did some adjustments on the new valve that was installed and so far so good no whistling. We will see when summer comes back around how well it does.

From the initial appraisal, the guys at ACLV were very honest and forthright. They helped us find the perfect units that would help bring down our NV Energy bill and compliment our new solar system we installed. Not only was the ac unit prices within our budget, but they worked with us to make some ducting and intake changes to better suit our home, and still keep the price within our budget.The work crew were on time, very courteous and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were always available to answer any questions we had. They completed the entire installation within 3 days, Because it was the middle of August, the small unit was completed by the end of the first day so we had at least one room with AC, and the only thing they missed was to paint a new exhaust vent they had installed on the roof. It only took one phone call and they were out the following day to paint the exhaust vent.We were extremely pleased with ACLV and would highly recommend them to anybody in the area.
