Ive dealt with this company for years. They are very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. What I really like about this company is their honesty. There have been other companies I have done business with and they tell you and show you pictures of items that really dont exist or really have any problems at all, just so they can make more money off you. Ive never had have Sun City do this to me. I trust them completely, and if I have a problem they are always there to help resolve it. Their team of guys are the greatest. Thank you Sun City.

Finally a honest AC Company. I called the Company and spoke to Alexis. One of the best customer rep I came across in a long time. She wanted to know the problem and sent me a technician with in the hour. Mine you it was 115 degrees with no AC. All the other Companies couldnt comply with quick efficient service. The technician arrived and within a timely manner solved the problem. A fee of $89. What a deal. I give this Companyten (10) stars for prompt, courteous, professional service . I was surprised to see my turbine exhaust vent broken and laying I our back yard this morning. One call and the tech arrived, checked it out, and replaced it in near-record time. In Vegas when the AC goes out it’s so important to fix it right away! I called a few places and they were multiple days out, but here they understood how important it was and were able to come same day, and added me to the beginning of the schedule! Customer service was amazing and I’m so happy I found them. I’ll definitely be coming back if we have any more AC problems!

The lady who answered the phone was SOOO sweet, friendly, and helpful! She was able to get someone out to my house to fix my AC within a couple hours and now it is working perfectly. I will definitely use them in the future!

After 3 weeks of having no ac and dealing with my home owners warranty to no avail I called Sun Country heating and ac. All I can say is Wow. Alexis had Mike come out the same day I called and I decided to purchase my ac from them. The tech Cameron even came back to offer me a cooling unit to use until install. Two days later Brian and his crew were at my home first thing to install my unit. From the first call to the install this company was professional and efficient and friendly. I called at 6AM bc my AC went out the night before. I cannot remember who I spoke to but she was so pleasant and lovely. She scheduled me ASAP and had someone out to me by 8:30AM. My tech, Michael, quickly realized I needed a new motor and fixed it within the hour. I am a first time homeowner and I had been so stressed just earlier that morning. Thank God for them.

They are somewhat disorganized, but very nice, they mean well. The management seems knowledgeable. Prices are industry standard. Installers are polite and cooperative.

I woke up last night hot, my AC had stopped cooling. I called 6 different places to see who could get out here today. Sun city had the best customer service by far. Their price was reasonable and my AC was fixed that same day. They will be my go to service team from now on. Cant thank you enough.

We are very happy with Sun Country. Ray, the owner, was very knowledgeable about his products, deals, and the time line needed and was able to fit into our schedule. He came out on a Friday, gave us an great estimate, and was able to line up top of the line parts, and labor in one day and showed up on time Tuesday morning. His crew were professional, skilled and friendly. They had a couple of temporary issues and Ray sent more of his team to the rescue. They finished the whole installation of an entire new heating and cooling system in one day as promised, and their estimate was not one penney more than stated. The work areas were left cleaner than they found them. They earned their 5 stars.

We chose them for a second opinion, after our yearly check up, and saved ourselves $2800 on “maintenance” that didn’t bneed to be done. Cameron explained they were all things I could wait on since if they broke it wouldn’t cause further damage and since we have two units it wouldn’t be an emergency situation.

Sun City is awesome! Our air conditioning went out last night and we knew we would be miserable this afternoon so I called expecting to get an answering machine this morning at 5:30. To my surprise Ray, the owner of Sun City, answered my call and I agreed to send someone out by 10 AM Sunday morning. To my surprise Ray himself came to service our air conditioning at 8:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue quickly and and cost effectively. He also recommended some easy monthly maintenance to keep our HVAC system at peak performance. I don’t usually review my experiences with contractors, but the exceptional service I received from Ray and his sun city heating and cooling business deserves documenting. The initial visit from Ray was friendly, straight forward, and covered all the bases. I needed two complete systems using the new 410r r22 Freon replacement. In about an hour I knew the equipment options available and an exact price for each. It was amazing. I chose the systems I wanted and made the order right at my kitchen table. That might seem a bit rash, but my previous experience talking to my neighbors who had already had the same work done gave me a good idea of the costs. Don’t think I could have made a better deal. Now comes the real cool part of my experience. About a week later his crew pulled up to my house. Talk about an organized crew. Almost without any hesitation they went into action. After some very polite introductions, they went at it. Almost like machines. 61/2 hours later they were starting up the two new systems. Truly amazing. In my years of construction I’ve been a member of and in charges of many crews. I know I can’t remember them all, but I’m hard pressed to remember one that was any better than Rays bunch. For many years they have been my go to for my air conditioner in my heater. They are definitely part of the family.

Best service and very fast. I called Alexis at 8 am who handled the phone call and payment was very understanding and dispatched tech, Brian Kimble, to fix my starter for my A/C in the afternoon. Brian said if that didnt work then he would have to switch out the motor. It quit in late evening. I called the next morning and he came back with the motor and fixed it. The price and time were well spent. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Top notch - from Cheryl at the office that answered our call for service when our unit went out today (first 85+ degree day of the year) to Brian the lead tech that arrived at our house less than an hour after our call. He and his assistant Devon were very pleasant and professional and knew their business. Had our A/C unit up and running in less than 15 minutes. We’re enjoying the cool air already! I used Sun City for maintenance on my two home air conditioning systems. Their dispatcher was fantastic and they were able to schedule me for the following day and arrived promptly on time. Cameron and Carlos did a great job. They identified a few small repairs and quoted them, but were not a hard sell at all. They were very aware of the current health concerns and did a total “clean call”. I paid a very fair price for maintenance on two systems. I will use Sun City again for any of my HVAC needs and I will be getting a replacement quote for my units soon as well since they are at that age to start to plan for replacement (17 years).

Contacted the warranty company and they requested Chilly Willys and Ideal Services to come out as a priority. This was Sunday morning and on Tuesday never received a call from either one. Sun City was recommended to me by a friend and they were so concerned that I didnt have air conditioning for 3 days already that someone from Sun City had come out within 3 hours. They diagnosed, temporarily fixed until a new unit could be put in. Awesome, awesome employees - very customer oriented. Will only use them from now on!!!Thank you Sun City Heating & Cooling!

We are SO HAPPY that we contracted with Sun Country (Sun City) HVAC to install our completely new Trane HVAC system. Their sales consultant, Mike X. was very helpful and their install technicians were like a surgical team-highly organized, professional and cleaned before leaving. We replaced our 21year old Carrier home builder installed system because it could not maintain a comfortable temperature in the summer heat any longer, the condenser and furnace blower made noise and the compressor was ready to fail. After getting quotes from several competitors it was crystal clear who I was going to choose, the company who answered their phone calls, came out to visit the site and actually enter the attic to review the system, and suggested ideas to make it work even better than before. We had a poorly designed plenum box that had so many connections it was impossible to provide proper air flow. Sun Country designed and installed a new plenum box, redirected some flex ducts and made the air flow 10x better than before. We even selected the Trane CleanEffects electronic air cleaner and my house smells fresh every day with no lingering food odors or musty/dusty smell. I can honestly say they were the best price for the quality of equipment, labor and customer service I received. Great job team Sun Country (Sun City)!
