They installed a new furnace and did some other minor repairs. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

I called to schedule service as my furnance is not working. I was told they were booked for the week but could call back for any cancelations. I was never scheduled nor did I receive a call back, and that was 2 weeks ago. I was able to find another company that was very responsive and came out that same day.

They are them most professional outfit Ive dealt with in town. Friendly, fast, efficient, prompt and they seem knowledgeable. Im impressed!

I work in a local non-profit and our heater broke. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 10 AM. They were a no show. I called them and they said they had a truck issue. The receptionist told me they would get back to me. I call the following Monday as they still had not contacted me. They came to look for a bit and said they might have fixed it. The next day, it did not work. I called and they sent an expert who told the person who was at our building that we would need a $500 fix and that they would call me to schedule. They have yet to call and I have called 3 times. The first time they answered was early on a Friday. The receptionist said they were busy and that they would call back. It’s now Monday afternoon and I have called twice to no answer. I am patient and I want to support local business but at some point I need a heater to work. So if I don’t get a call back today (history says I won’t) then I will have to get someone from Santa Fe. If they show up, I assume they would probably do a good job, but I keep being thrown to the back of the line when they are no-shows.Update:The job has been completed and things are working better. It was just a rough month with no heat and lack of communication.
