I went to top nails for a pedicure and manicure and they charge me $61.00. My toenails was not shaped right and my fingernails were not shaped right either. I was the last customer and they rushed me out the door and didnt allow time for my nails dry. By the time I made it to my car a few of my nails was messed up. The next morning when I woke up my nails looked as if they were melted off my fingers. I came up the next morning less than 24 hours and spoke with the manager. He told me that he dont recommend people to get there real nails done because polish messes up and it dont look right. He had an attitude and said that that was nothing he could do to about it and if I wanted someone to fix it I was going to have to pay $61 again after paying $61 the day before. I told him I was not leaving out that shop until they fix my nails. At first he refused and after me fussing at him he decided to do it. I told him I didnt want to use the same color because that polish was no good he didnt want to change it and told me that I had to keep the same color. After hollering at him about not wanting that same color he decided to paint it a different color which I chose red. I went home showered put on clothes and this was the ending results. These are the results of Polish that you buy from the dollar store. I never seen anything like this out of 20 years of getting my nails done. When you getting your nails done and if youre not satisfied with something the customer is always right they are supposed to correct the mistakes which the manager did not want to do. I would never ever go back up to that nail spot again. They are crooks and they are watering down their products. Dont waste your time and money messing with this spot they do not stand behind they work and they will not make corrections when they mess up. Lesson learned!!!

Came here a few weeks ago. They opened at 9:30 and go there around 10am. The shop was extremely crowded but I got in the chair about 30 min later. I was surprised at how fast they got me in and out being that there were so many people. This place seems to be really popular for brows so some were there just for that. I don’t remember the guy who did my nails but he sits right behind Hanna. He could have done better with my polish change on my feet but the full set was perfect. I would come back again but try to on a weekday instead.

I got my nails done November 3, 2020 my first time getting my nails done at this shop. The only reason I went was because some of the reviews were good. I wouldnt go back nor reccomend to anyone. When the guy was doing my nails he use too much polish so it took forever for the polish to dry. When I told him I accidentally nudge it. He told me its okay instead of fixing it. If you look at these pics I posted. Youll notice that you can still see my actual nails. I didnt get the guys name but I remember he sits closer to the door by the windows.

The tech was very unfriendly and didnt advise there was a charge to use your card to pay... Very unfriendly.. Definitely will not return.

This is my first and last time visiting this establishment! Although my wait was NOT long. When I stated I wanted a mani & pedi, i was seated and water filled in foot tub. I waited about 10 mInutes before the guy started on my feet. When two Caucasian women entered and requested mani & pedi, you wouldve thought Kevin had a spring in his seat. He jumped up, seated them, and began running water for one of the women and began working immediately. Then another gentlemen began prepairing the foot tub for the other women. He even greeted her with,A how you doing? This did it for me. I was NOT greeted and had to sit 10 minutes before being serviced. My money does NOT spend with this kind of preferential treatment. This made me change my man, pedi No Chip, to plain mani & pedi.

The men need to be re trained. Doesn’t know how to use a filer without HURTING the client. Pathetic. They tell you one price and then you pay another. The place is small and disgusting. Please don’t waste your money in this bootleg establishment

The guy who did my nails were very mean to me he cut my toenails too low and he handled me very poorly did not do my nails like I asked and got offended when I wanted a pedicure

Top Spa Nail should be called Low No Spa Nail!Horrible customer service, since the management changed, the new managers have a terrible attitude. Their rude and service has gotten bad.The reason for one star (Lisa) eye lash technician, she sweet considerate. She treats every customer with kindness. The rest of the staff are rude and they rush rush, their greedy.I look forward to the day Lisa finds another mail shop to work at or better yet opens her own mail shop.

Prices are very high and they dont vern do a good job they misunderstand mostly everything.

This place is rlly nice the workers but one worker lady fell asleep in one of the chairs with her feet out nasty and also they didnt offer water . Another worker was just eating all in my face have respect. The prices was very high for the quick work they did.

TERRIBLE NAIL SALON! No sense of order. Came in at 6pm (they close at “7:30”) my pedicure wasn’t done until 7:13 and they told me I couldn’t get a COLOR CHANGE on my nails because it was “too late” but really because I didn’t want an over priced fill in while getting my pedicure, which is sloppy and unprofessional and uncomfortable being 8 months pregnant. Not only was it unfair, but it was rudely said and everything. On top of that, they don’t have good choices of polishes, the place is cramped and messy and the equipment is old.

The nail tech Hannah has a horrible snappy attitude. I try not to frequent the typical nail shop and book within Black Owned businesses. But I was in a pinch and in the area and made a poor decision against consciousness. At the end of my visit she told me my services were $50. I handed her $60 in cash because they chatge you for using your credit or debit card. She closes the drawer. I asked for my change then says, No, no it was $60. I told her to give me all of my money back, she did. I spoke to her calmly but she began raising her voice. I reminded her she needs to be respectful. And I informed her I wouldnt allow for her to take advantage of me. I have no issue paying for my services in comparison to my usual appointments the prices are cheap but it is made up in the horrible service, language barriers (conversations about you in front of you). Long story I paid what was due, $50 and will never be back.

Service was effective and efficient (in and out) the way I like it. Other than a few loud talkers, the environment was clean and welcoming. Billy does the BEST pink and white Ive ever seen, but they do need to get a better variety of designs and nail are.... Glitter isnt for everybody.

Just mediocre service. I went in a few weeks ago for a full set which costed 22, I then came back a few weeks later for a fill in and the very same guy who did the first set charged me 20 for the fill in instead of the normal 15 because he said my nails were long. They are the same length that they were when you did the first set a few weeks ago. Why the price difference due to length now. They charge 25 for a typical pedicure which is usually 20 anywhere else. And every time I go the eyebrow girl waxes my brows way too thin, even after telling her to keep them thick. I let my brows grow in for a month just to have them waxed thick like I wanted them and she still trimmed off too much then told me yea its good. News flash: brows are not one size fits all. Looking for another shop

Went here to try the acrylic dip powder process. After 6 days, the acrylic has already cracked on 2 nails and started to lift by my cuticle area on other nails. I wish I could post pics. Other people whose nails that I’ve seen and talked to about the process last for at least 3 weeks and do much more with their hands than I do.When I asked how long my nails would last, the older lady who did my nails said they would last me at least 3 weeks, maybe 4. When I returned today (6 days later) to have the 2 nails fixed, the young man by the front door told me that he would charge me $4 to fix each nail. He also stated that had it happened within 3 days, they wouldn’t charge me. Go figure!To pay $40 for a process that only lasts 6 days is highway robbery and to not take any ownership that the process was initially done poorly, is bad business. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment!

These people have BADD attitudes! I went here for my birthday and I regret it and I would never go back. My feet was rushed and the guy had a attitude the whole time. After my feet he was trying to do my nails and I told him I didn’t want him to if he was gone have a attitude and be rude. He didn’t respond but still came to the seat. Mind it was my birthday so I wanted a certain design and when I asked him he became aggravated. At this time I got annoyed and just wanted to get away from him. He charged me $55 for some white power nails that broke soo I made it out of town. Not only did I not like the nails but it wasn’t what I asked for but I didn’t have time for the manager to fix them because I had to pack for my flight. The manager didn’t really care he had a attitude himself. This is not a friendly nail salon and I don’t recommend it to anyone !!! These people take your money and the work isn’t worth it. I’ll never go back and it’s the closest one to my home I’d travel before ever going back !!

I faithfully come here to get my nails done. Had been coming before they moved out of the Walmart. However I will find another shop to go to due to the fact that the young man with all the tattoos got mad when I asked him for a discount. He popped a nail off that wasnt ready to come off and ripped my real nail causing it to bleed. All I asked for was $5 off which I dont think was unfair due to him causing me pain I had to endure the entire time of him doing my nails.

I walked in, I didn’t even get greeted or addressed. I was advised to go to Hanna. still no one is addressing me after i entered their shop. a CUSTOMER had to give me directions on how to even sign my name. it was so crowded and cramped at the door. I said, “hello i’m looking for service” out loud, they’re literally starting at me like i have 2 heads. i said “okay clearly you guys don’t need business from me i’m fine” and left. This is why I’m going to my own (black nail techs) from now on. They’re (foreigners) too cocky & have become waayyy too comfortable being disrespectful then talking about you in their language. opening whenever they feel like it. they act as if customer service doesn’t apply to them. Last time ever stepping near this place.

THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME GOING THERE, and I tried to give them a 2nd change because it right next to my job. Service was still horrible, and they need more training. They can NOT do nails that good at all .

Didnt clean it up and then I got a pedicure the man was so freaking rough like he was very angry. This was the worse experience ever. The scrub they used irritated my legs and he burned my legs with the hot water. My first and last time coming here. Very pissed customer.

Ive came here since i was like 13 years old. My nail tech i go to was name BILLY. I just found out yesterday he no longer works there. He does nails better then everybody there in my opinion if you ask me. Well after hearing that sad news. Since im there i decide to let someone else do my nails... WORST DECISION. AND WHAT A WASTE OF $40 dollars. They will leave your nails uneven if you get the full set. They cant even color right. I had to argue with the dude because he did horrible job.
