Stopped by this shop because my usual place was too busy and I really needed to get my nails done; so my daughter suggested this place. Tam and his staff were pleasant enough. He did a very nice job on my nails. I had a pedicure as well. It felt a bit rushed and not as thorough as Ive been used to but they still look pretty good. I would return if pressed.

I found this quaint place driving to go to another nail salon I really didnt want to got to but thought I had no other choice. I am so happy I stopped in and patronized them. They were courteous, friendly and professional. My mani/pedi looks great and my eyebrows looks beautiful. I was even impressed with the type of clientele that frequent this salon. I will definitely make this my nail salon. Excellent service!

I picked a color and it was nothing like the Swatch and the lady and her husband started yelling at me and she started aggressively filling my nails. I would not recommend this place. I told them the colors didn’t match and they said call the nail company

I will not recommend. Poor customer service. Clean but sloppy work. Bad attitude. Prices competitive to other shops but the service is not good. The wife is very aggressive. There is definitely a language barrier. They have a daughter who does understand and interpret to them they oy care about the money. Wont be going anymore and toonlyld them so.

I had to have special treatment for my feet I go to the mail shop and they are healing and I will always go to this nail shop and I thank them so much, very cordial pleasant and quick They also have social distance blokers between each person, safety I give them 5 stars😍

I went to have a full-set done, as he was doing my nails, he kept using nail glue to glue the chipped parts of the fake nail that were cracked, I had my nails on for one day and one nail cracked already, Also, I felt rushed and he wasn’t really friendly, he seemed irritated maybe because it was the end of the day but definitely poor customer service. I don’t recommend coming here, not worth $40.

They do a great job with pedicures and eyebrows.

They’re attitudes are terrible, but they do GREAT nails. I have never had a problem with the nails. However, they can be rude sometimes, and they tend to rush.

I recently found this shop since moving to Lansing and have gone there a total of 4 times. I have had A great experience up until today. There was a middle aged woman that appeared to be working alone and I informed her that I wanted a pedicure. I sat and waited my turn and another young lady walked in and asked for a pedicure and eyebrows. Long story short the other young lady was sat down before me and when I proceeded to ask the lady worker about a color she was less than pleasant and very short with me. I feel that if you’re spending your money in an establishment you shouldn’t be made to feel like a bother. It’s less than a mile from my house but I would never go back there unless the gentleman that has been doing my feet is available.

They never have a good attitude here, I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm and I called to inform them I would be 10 minutes late and they said it was fine. When I walked in the store they informed me that they were “closed”. So after a couple minutes they decided to take me but I just refused the service and left. Today I decided to give them another chance and get a pedicure and the service was still terrible, they didn’t even say “hello”. They didn’t even really do a full pedicure but charged me full price. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Each time I have gone to this nail shop, the service has been excellent, the work on my nails has been excellent and the pedicures are amazing! I will be returning for fill-ins, pedicures and mancures and great service!T. Walker

The 1st time it was great but this time( different lady) it had my fingers hurting and the job was not done like a professional. I still have hang nails and they are filed crooked. Dont think I will return. ✌😎

They are so unprofessional everytime I come here Im getting turned around or its only 2 people working! Then I never even write a report but today was IT! I had cracked nails and the man told me to take my nails off by myself and continued service with the next guest!!!

I typically get my nails done by a close friend who’s a nail tech. But I always get my pedicures at this nail salon. I’ll stick with that from this point on!!!! My pedicure was perfect! I typically get the lady or the older man that wears the hat and ponytail. Today I decide to get a basic fill-in since I didn’t have any unique nail ideas for my usual nail tech. The fill was the worst nail experience I have ever had! He did not file my nails down, he tried to up sell gel powder nails when I had acrylic already on my nails, one of my nails was irregularly shaped. I also tried to explain the color that was used for my toes and how I wanted 2 nails that color and instead of listening to how I wanted the 2 nails to match my toes he went ahead with the color combination he wanted to use. I typically don’t write reviews and try to see the positive in a negative but not today! He even had the nerve to go back and forth with my friend who got her nails done b/c he cut the nail too short and she wanted a second opinion. Lesson learned to stick with my original nail tech! At least with her I can get more than a basic one solid color.

Really great service. Staff was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Its definitely a no frills kind of place. If you are looking for good basic service, this is the spot. Prices are great (treat yourself to the deluxe pedicure). Ill definitely be back!

Actually I dont go there Im male but my granddaughter goes there and my daughter goes there and they like to play they do good work there and the prices are reasonable

The new staff is excellent! Van did my pedicure and she is very skilled. So satisfied with the service. The shop is now a relaxing environment and there is no one there who consistantly tries to hit on you or make unwanted comments. Thanks VanUpdate: DO NOT LET TAM TARN DO YOUR NAILS, FEET, ETC. He rushes and has the nastiest attitude. I will never visit this shop again. I have to go to another shop to do the job he was suppose to do and my toe started bleeding.

The environment was nice and friendly I was certainly pleased with my manicure. I have been here severally and would like to refer more of my friends to this place.No regrets at all!!!

Today was my first time getting service done here and I must say as soon as I walked in the shop I was serviced. Everyone was so nice especially Van and I didn’t get the guy name but he was nice as well. Van serviced me and I must say she did a great job. From my eyebrows to my no chip mani/pedi. Definitely will be my new nail tech!! THANKS VAN !!

First time customer. Very friendly service, affordable prices, large variety of colors. Walked in for a no chip mani and pedi walked out very satisfied with Tom’s work. Definitely coming back!

Would give no stars if possible. I received a gel full set with a French nail tip and a silver line. It cost me about 40-45 bucks with tip. My nails were breaking (without doing strenuous work about a week later. I am a single mom and I thought that Id treat myself for once. Instead I became depressed because I feel as though I got ripped off. :( Very dissatisfied. Avoid this place of you can!

They do a Great job. However, disrespectful. The guy will close the shop 2 hrs early because, and I quote, I got things to do. Thats it and he wouldnt let me in and locked the door. However, i went back again and called. The girl told me theyll be open until 7. When i got there at 4:30pm, the same guy was locking up and leaving because again, he had things to do???? Never went back

Diamond is always courteous & pleasant. Took my mother in for her birthday & service was fabulous. Get in early or make an appointment. Brian always makes me laugh!

3 of us went. There was 2 people working.... The guy couldnt stop talking about how hung over he was.... And our nails proved it. The woman was just not focused as if she would rather b anywhere but there. Waste of $$

Horrible service!!!! My pedicure lasted 10 minutes! The lady rushed through my pedicure and was very rough. Then it came time to pay... the pedicure was $16, so I gave her a $20 bill and she brought me $4 change back. I put the $4.00 in my purse because I was dissatisfied with the service. So she says to me “no tip”, and I said to her “absolutely not”! I explained to her that she rushed my pedicure and was very rough. I’m She rolled her eyes and walked off talking trash in her language with her other coworkers. I will NEVER come back to this place!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the most ghetto place Ive ever visited. The asian dude that works here swears hes a thug. His mouth is disgusting & if hes not flirting with you your presence isnt acknowledged. Please dont waste your time.

Ok guys, i am being totally HONEST.... First time in this shop earlier today( 1/27/16) My terrible way OVERDUE overlay was TOTALLY transformed right before my eyes. BRIAN my friend, U R the Kats Meow!!!! This guys ROCKS! I recommend this shop a thousand times over. Brian was informative, honest, quick & friendly all at the same time. If U R fragile to honesty when it comes to the health of your hands & nails please dont sit at his station. I appreciate his honesty. I will be going back in a week for a full-set per his recommendation ( and mines) Thank U again for Great Customer Service Brian ;-)

Only two people work in the salon. The owner is very inappropriate unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable by inappropriate comments. I will not return there!!!

The Service was terrible. I waited for 3 hours. I only went because I received it as a gift( gift certificate) . I asked for a no chip manicure. I do not know what he give me.:black polish as the base & the color I wanted on top. ( AWFUL) . I got it done on a Friday. It was coming off that Sat. Will never go again.

The most unprofessional staff. The nail girl was nice but needed her nails done BAD. The owner hit on me and told my stepdaughter that she should be lucky that she has a hot mom to help her get prettier.

I love the people here. But I got my toe nails done yesterday by Dimond, and she was very rude, didnt go through with the full pedicure(massage wise). Complained about the design I wanted(French). And messed them up, and didnt fix them. If youre gonna be in the name business, then be nice and dont complain. Wouldnt recommend Dimond at all. But Brian and Jamie are super cool!

Dimond was very nice did a good job on my pedi. The guy that did my nails was very rude and didnt want to do what I asked for. Will probably return for another pedi.
