Wonderful job with seven I choose this kind of polish nail and she did a great job

They do a goid job on my nails but for goodness sake theyre always about 20 minutes late for work. I think that shows a lack of respect for your clients Not a good way to run a business!

Called and asked if they were taking pedicures they said yes.. Arrived 7 mins later they ignored me. When guy finally acknowledged me he shook his head no. I motioned that I was the one that just called he waved me off. They werent closing for another 49 mins. Why tell me to come?! It Looked really cramped through the window too. Ended up going somewhere else they did amazing. Blessing in disguise

I was waiting for about a hour and a half and it was 2 people before me and my granddaughters. When I initially came in the man greeted me and I told him the services that I wanted. After that, about 7 more patrons came in after me and my family. They have no system of seeing what order the patrons come in and who is next. They called me to get a pedicure and I overheard another lady saying that she was next and my grandchildren was still waiting. I summoned the man in charge that my grandchildren were next, but he blew me off and took two other patrons that came in after us. I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated and he didn’t even acknowledge my concerns . Very unprofessional.

Cee has been my nail tech for the past 3 plus years she has always been good but, due the volume of customers; the salon is not managed well at all

Totally unprofessional! Never greets customers! Last pedicure was poor quality and this time I waited 40 minutes only to be told I should come back tomorrow for a pedicure. Total disregard for patrons. I will not come back tomorrow or ever! This is the 3rd negative experience Ive had. My husband also had a negative experience. I will not be patronizing this place anymore and I shouldnt have given them as many chance as I did. I will spend my money elsewhere where I am valued and treated accordingly!

Me and my daughter waited for more then an hour and a half and people who came after us got there manicure I don’t recommend this place and I’m never going back again they’re very unprofessional.

It was Saturday morning so bring busy is expected, no one walks into a nail salon sees that its busy and expects a quick turn around. You do however expect the staff to talk to their waiting customers instead of obviously complaining both in English and in another language about how busy they are. When I arrived there were seven people ahead of me, the one who had been waiting the longest was already there for over an hour and the staff hadnt acknowledged her once. I counted nine staff members all with customers on my arrival, as customers slowly finished up with their attendees they would pay and then the staff member disappeared. After waiting to see if one would show back up I gave up. These nail techs make amazing nails, Ive gone there before. And yes, everyone deserves to have a break, most of the people in the lobby would have actually told them to take a few minutes after how their previous customers had wanted every single offered service. But I go back to the same thing. Omitting the basic out line of customer service by ignoring and complaining about your future customers directly in front of them is where I draw the line.

Never going back again i got red matte couple weeks ago for a wedding a they did horrible and i called and complained and they told me to come back they will redo it so i went back they redid it and the same day most of my nails chipped. I feel like they didn’t give it enough time to dry or the no chip polish is cheap or something but i don’t recommend it.

Never been before even though I live nearby. They did a decent job even though I did have an issue with my no chip polish that I paid an extra $15 for it started chipping the same day I got them done went back for another coat and sure enough they began to chip again. Im going to give them another try minus no chip polish because the service was great as well as the foot massage. They do need to work on opening on time.

Great shop

I have frequented this shop on occasion as I know someone who has been going there for a while. I visited this shop this past Saturday and I only get a basics manicure, now don’t get me wrong I have no problem in giving a tip but you will not ASK me for a tip. That is not appropriate period and that was my last visit to this shop.

Perfect timing on Sunday afternoon!! Its usually packed but I had my pick for services. They always do a great job.

Skipped over me twice on purpose. Old school nail designs. If you want anything new and trendy dont go here. Only one nail tech does ombre nails, thats it. Because it is located in downtown lansing they cater to an older crowd of women.

Ive been going to this salon for a several years. Recently Ive been experiencing issues with eyebrow waxing. I am not sure if Im allergic to the wax or the techs are not handling the wax at an appropriate temperature, either way Ive been burned twice! I will no longer allow them to come near me with the stuff again. Nail service is pretty good and they have started implementing a price differential between cash and credit payments.

The price is amazing but the attitudes are horrible. They have people sign in and they have never followed that sign in log sheet but will watch you sign it. Terrible customer service. I have never seen or heard of a place of business asking you for a tip. It should be up to the person to tip or not. Very distasteful. With all the money they make and poor attitudes they give out you have been tipped. I go because of the price and tip when I feel its well deserved. When they begin to speak in their language you know they are talking about you because all of them begin to stare you down. Very unprofessional at times!!!

A returning customer, I was ignored and not attended to. Other customers received inquiry about service, and directives to soak in the spa tub. I slowly browsed the color offerings for my pedicure, to pass the time while sitting in a regular chair, gazing longingly at the 3 available spa chairs. Still not seated in a spa chair, a young nail tech suddenly says to me, thats $12 more, Referring to my no chip nail color.Still no water to soak in or massage chair to comfort me from the jarring way that I was being spoken to, other ladies were invited to enjoy the increasing number of available spa chairs and soaking tubs. When I started to object, that same nail tech, turned to me, impatiently asking, what?? I said, never mind and left. Not good business. Not good customer service.

They dont know how to treat customers and dont honor hours stop taking customers hours before closing cause of short staff this my third time giving them a chance to get it right and Im a regular last time coming here Ill take my money some where else

Prices are reasonable but service and quality are horrible. They rushed through my pedicure and gel overlay. My nails look horrendous I wouldnt spend another dime.

This place is soo overrated because the service is not good and they messed up my nails, my nails were all different sizes and my if smudged and they didn’t fix it because they were closing. Also they asked for tips they didn’t deserve. But my eyebrows were good.

They will over charge you. Be aware. I paid $18 to get my acrylics on and this last time for them to fix and paint cost me $22. They also have long waits Id call ahead for an appointment.

Their prices are very good. I suggest coming right when they open because after that, they are nonstop swamped. A lounge forms when they open. Ive came twice at 950 (open at 10am) and there is always a line of 6-10 already there. The only bad thing is that they never open on time. First time i cane they got here at 10:20 and the second time 10:03... Ive been told that they never open on time. If it wasnt for that Id give them 5 stars.

The prices are very good but the costumer service is terrible, I went there and the lady smugged my Nail and she gave me a attitude and started speaking her language to the person next to her and I already Knew she was talking about me because they were starring me down. If it happens again Im going to say something and it wont be very nice because they do this every time I walk in there. I dont like the attitude and they have a sign in sheet and dont even look at it but they watch you sign in. Something needs to be fixed because I will no longer be attending there from now on.

I came with my niece for a medi pedi. We sat waiting. My niece was called and I sat waiting patiently for my turn. Then the manicurist took another patron in front of me although Id been there waiting. I walked up to the woman that was doing my niece nails and asked how long would I have to wait or could I sit in the empty spa chair to get started. She motioned for me to sit in the spa chair and still NO SERVICE. once my niece nails were done I walked out. This is the second time Ive had terrible service at this place.

I have been here many times over the last seven years. I have had a few good experiences with quality and short wait time. Many other times the wait is hours long and their customer service is very poor. Some of the girls do pedicures well and some are terrible. Also they never had a sign in sheet, we all had to speak up when we knew it was our turn other wise someone gets skipped. I have seen people get hostile. Ridiculous that they didnt have a sign in sheet ages back.Why oh why must the employees talk about the patrons and or laugh?????Its so very rude and very unsatisfactory for my rating of this place.Either they think we dont know or they dont care!!!For my first pedicure of 2017 I will not be going back to there. I am going to try Sonnys in Munster.

I went in to get a simple manicure. Long story short, as they were cleaning off my cuticles the person injured my finger. It kept bleeding and it seemed like an open wound. I told him I was concerned about it possibly getting infected if nail polish was put on it or other chemicals because it still looked open so I told him it would be better for me to come back once it was healed. In the end, he ended up yelling at me to leave. It was surprising how unprofessional and rude the service was. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come. Just not worth it

They have finally made it to where I dont want to go back. This nail shop has employees that have too many attitudes and some employees that have no clue what they are doing. Id gotten a fill in a day later a nail broke and now my nails are breaking in the middle which is extremely painful. Im officially done! Last but not least, they will ask you to tip them before you can even offer.

This place deserves no stars. Yes the prices are cheap but I had a horrible experience last week at this salon and I will never return. Last week I came in to get a pedi and a fill in. My pedicure went well then it was time for my fill in as the lady started filing Down my nails she was doing it so hard/rough that it started to hurt she kept doing it after I told her it hurts. I kept flinching and telling her to stop but she made no changes. By the 5th time she did it I told her she can stop and I will just tip the lady who did my feet. I felt as she was doing it on purpose bc that’s how hateful some Asians are especially if you don’t tip them. Previous times I went I was asked for a tip which is acceptable. No one should ask for a tip. I never tip there bc most of them don’t do a good job. With that being said. The lady that was doing my nails was hurting me and doing it intentionally why I don’t know. But I made it clear I was upset and I told the whole salon this is exactly why I never tip them bc they do stuff like this. I will never go back and I advise whoever reads this to not go. If you want to spend your money on yourself then go somewhere that deserves it. Not here.

They don’t charge pedicure tools ... they use the same tools for next costumer ..I told the lady ... the tools are dirty, it had a piece of nail in the plate where they put the tools .......she said ... yes I changed but they used the same tools of my friend .

I went with my mother in law and the service was horrible. After we paid for our nails, a lady came up to us forcing us to pay tip. She wouldnt walk away and we told her because the service was horrible and she just rolled her eyes and walked away.

Ive been coming since I was in 8th grade and the last two visit that I made was horrible. I recently came for a pedicure and the person was completely messing up my toes. It even polishing my whole toe nail having paint on over my skin, so I asked for someone else to correct it which was fine but in the mist of me paying the person that messed my toes up in the first place took my card to pay and the other lady took my mother in law card to pay AT THE SAME TIME, my mother in law get her card back and I received a notification saying my card was chargwd from chase but yet never received my card back so I asked the lady where my card was and she said he still had it and it still took him time to bring it so Im still waiting and get another notification that it was charged again. So I ask someone whats going on my card was charged twice, they was telling me it wasnt charge and Im showing her my account. Rudely they begin to laugh and talk in their language and I never felt so disrespected in my life. Every one I come across I recommend this place, Ive been coming for years, tip well and everything never would I have thought that their attitudes and customer service was this horrible. I felt he charged my card purposely. I just hope I receive my funds back and Im never returning to this salon, and wouldnt recommend it to any one. If only I could give them no stars.

Well I arrived early as suggested so my wait wasnt long. However, myself and other consumers were not greeted upon arrival. Instead we walked in stood in a line as we searched for a pen to sign in.Then finally three staff comes from the backbatea walking towards their work station. Ms. May starts calling individuals by numbers (whose #1, okay you go thete; #2). No one bothered to review the sign in log😠So Ms. May did a pretty good job with my manicure. Grayson did my pedi.I expected more quality Customer service considering reviews. They do not have spa services. I wanted a foot wrap. They dont offer that. Sure they took their time and I am satisfied with my polish colors. However, Im never coming here again. They didnt offer water or soda. No coffee or chips. Their seats are not comfortable and this spa chair sucks.For a much better experience go to nail spa located 2542 w. 95th street in evergreen park. Its worth the drive, wait, and money!
