One of the best salon experiences ever! Brittany and her staff were extremely professional and efficient. Ive never witnessed anyone sew hair that fast. She completed 2 sew ins while I was getting braided down. The braided were amazing too. Great foundation in less than an hour.The salon was sanitized and clean. Ill definitely be back

Since previous reviews, I’ve had a chance to have a second appointment with Brittany of Fierce Manes Salon & Spa. As with the first salon visit, Brittany was very personable and welcoming. This visit, was nothing short of great service in a comfortable atmosphere. Brittany is amazing with closure installs and my color service turned out great. Due to a series of previous unfortunate events between my visits; Brittany offered and provided me a discount on this second visit for prior inconveniences. That was an awesome gesture that was very appreciated.I can see many visits in my future to Fierce Manes Salons.

I am very unhappy with the result of my hairstyle. And maybe by this being my first time with the stylist, she didnt understand what I wanted. I had a picture to show her and it was nowhere what I asked for and the hairstyle(27 pieces - full head) with a deep conditioner and hair ends clipped was $115.00? Too pricey. I havent been to a salon in a while due to Covid-19 and I didnt go often because of how long you sit due to other appointments its normally on average in my experience 5 hours (and I never understood that) but I didnt know the prices changed that much and then you dont get what you ask for. Im simply looking for a stylist who will just be great at what they do. The stylist was super nice and it was early so it was quick. But I was so unhappy with my hair. Of course, I paid her but Im skeptical about going back.

Kori is amazing!! She did my knotless box braids, I’m in love. The staff and the place is clean. I literally watched a hairstylist sanitize after every customer. My 2nd time going and I was treated the same both times. Wonderful

Love my stylist Jacquita, shes a miracle worker! However, the owner should consider hiring a professional cleaning staff a few days a week. Every time I come, there is piss on the back of the toilet, no soap and I might have to dry my hands on my clothes. The stylists are busy being stylists therefore they shouldnt be responsible for major housekeeping. The nail tech area could use a little dusting as well. Presentation is everything, it sets the tone for your business. And fix that couch or throw it away! Im not going to stop coming, but it would be nice to see the FIERCENESS again.

The ladies were very polite & pleasant when I came in for my appointment. I was very dissatisfied with the one stylist knowledge about natural ‘no relaxer’ hair. I didn’t come in with a ridiculous style at all. But overall, I believe this shop preferably specializes in sew-ins & ‘relaxed’ hair’ which is ok. At the end of her trying to complete a simple style I wanted, it didn’t suffice. But the stylist was pleasant enough other offer me other styles she could do, which I thanked her.

Being new to Chicago and having natural hair, I was extremely skeptical of having someone do my hair seeing that the majority of stylist only dealt with weave. However, I took a chance when Lonzo was highly recommended to me during a stop at the Lansing, Il location. I was extremely happy with my results. He did a fabulous job and since Ive been a client of his. I trust no one else to take care of my hair except him.

She blew me away from my very first appointment. She did a full closure sew-in in 1 hour exactly, including the braiding of my own hair! My most recent visit I got a closure sew-in, cut into a bob, and two-toned colored. I was very nervous seeing as how this was my first time not only getting a bob but a color besides brown. Brittany was very patient and took time to ensure we picked the right color and cut for me. Listen let me tell you ! My mom had a stroke back in 2015 and haven’t really felt herself in a while, especially when it came to her hair. We just left Dlonzo and he made her feel like herself! The hair style looks just like the picture we showed him (and y’all know most of these stylist don’t really give you what’s in the pictures that you shoe them) but she left out of the salon a much happier person and I give thank to him for that 🙏🏽❤️

Nice clean relaxing atmosphere, wait time not bad. I wont give the salon a bad review but the stylist I had was not knowledgeable in the style I asked for, and the results are horrible. Ive slayed my own wigs better than the stylist did(frontal sew in). I have contacted the salon thru email to see what recommendations or options they will have for me moving forward.****UPDATE ****5 day update...Ive called the salon 2x left my name and number and my frontal still looks a MESS. ONLY HEARD BACK FROM THE OWNER WHEN THEY REPLIED TO MY GOOGLE REVIEW, AND THAT WAS AFTER I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AT THE SALON.
