First experience here today! Kim treated me like a queen and made me feel better about getting my nails done! She was very quick (I needed a fill and 2 new tips) and the shop is very reasonably priced ($45 for the fill, I don’t think she charged for the tips). Much smoother acrylic application than ivy nails where I paid 3 times the price. Her applications were just flawless and she was so amicable and friendly! I was so pleased I set my next appointment before I left.

I got a full set here and it was a great experience! Made an appointment and had to wait about 20 minutes after I arrived but I’m okay with that. The nails were perfect and my nail tech made sure that every little heart design was absolutely perfect, which I appreciated. ❤️ One is lifting after 10 days but I blame myself mostly for that. Awesome service, thank you!

Very clean! Had a fun atmosphere too! The artist really took his time and did a beautiful job. Definitely will be coming back! A nice woman did the French tips part and was also very talented, did quality work.

Was surprised with a gift of a girls day, my grown daughter and I both had our nails done and eyelash extensions. Unfortunately the gentleman doing our lashes spoke almost no English and as this was our 1st time getting them we really could have used some communication and instruction. Nails are excellent tho! One pic was the inspiration other is what she walked out with. The girl messed up and reversed the matte and shiny top coats but still looks good

I’ve been here 3 times since moving to Lansing. Each time, I had someone different do my nails and they were all neat, clean, and exactly what I wanted. Here are my new favorites!

I recently had a bad experience here. The staff was super rushed and I asked my tech to please fix my nail because the left was lumpy and the right was see-through. He wiped off the nail polish instead of using a pad and remover and then left me with the same issue. The value was not there and everyone in the shop looked agitated

My new nail tech did a great job. Staff very friendly and the atmosphere was so calm and quiet. Kim was very busy so I recommend making an appointment. Shop very clean as well. I noticed that they are following the Covid guidelines very well. Definitely a satisfied customer 💅💜

It hasn’t even been a week I paid 80 and they didn’t even give me the length I wanted. I have had to glue two back on and the third one just broke off. It was unclean I asked for them to use new file and they got mad. Never going back

Chairs werent wiped down. Not sanitized. Foot tools were dirty looking and black at creases. My friend and I called hours before closing and they stated they could squeeze us in. We were rushed out before my friends toe nails were even remotely dry. My friend sitting next to me, waited over 15-20 minutes just to get started on then it was by a girl in training 🤦 I assume her first day. I didnt get any type of massage on my legs or feet after I stated I was getting the basic not the deluxe. ( She asked) The literal only 1 rough spot on my foot was overlooked. There was pieces on big toenails still hanging I had to peel off. I had nail splashes left on my toes that I had to have the girl in training fix with polish remover, because my lady was already onto a whole new customers manicure before she ever told me goodbye or that I was finished. She didnt finish it with a top coat so I did when I got home. If I wanted to pay $33 for someone to just (badly) paint my nails they damn better be someone famous or Id settle for even nice to look at... I would give half a star if I could. We will never return. Thumbs downnn. 👎

I had a great experience here! My nails look so good and feel healthy. The woman who did them was so sweet, I wish I remembered her name. I definitely will be back in two weeks to spruce them up. I’m also bringing my friend with me next time too.

Its a friendly environment, and they always strive to make you feel welcome, whether you are a new or returning customer.My nails always look amazing and hold up very well with everything I do. I get tons of compliments on both my fingernails and my toes. My legs love the hot stone massage with the spa pedicure.I highly recommend this shop.

This place is a hit or miss really...some nail techs do a very good job....others not so good. The first time i went here i had an awesome experience getting my nails re done. I got my old nails took off and got a layover on my real nails. The woman took her time and did not break any of my nails when removing them i was very impressed! I would only recommend getting your eyebrows done buy the guy im not sure what his name is but the woman did a really bad job on my eyebrows. I dont recommend getting a pedi here. But im interested to try their other services. Overall the staff is patient and friendly I do like this place alot. I just need to learn which nail tech is right for me.

Kim and Sam both do amazing jobs!! You can show them a picture and they always work their magic! If you talk about something newer like ombre, chrome, dip, etc they actually know what you are talking about. They always make sure there are enough layers to prevent cracking vs trying to save their product because they care about you leaving happy! I have never left disappointed!!

My lovely wifes favorite salon in the greater Lansing area. Shes been to just about all of them over the years. Weve both had pedicures here and the staff does a fantastic and professional job. Moreover, the staff here is super friendly. They really take their time during the process being sure the customer is comfortable and enjoys the experience, massaging your legs during the pedi and arms after the nails. Its a clean with a pleasing decor nail salon. I would highly recommend Mary. Mary is a perfectionist and it shows as you view my photos. My wifes toes look like candy afterwards and.. well you know it makes me happy!

Made appt 2 days in advance w/Kim only to arrive and have everyone else do my pedi and full set except for Kim. Although she did have time to take care of others who arrived after me. I had a 630pm appt so I wasted my day when I could of did a walk-in at any nail shop. Poor customer service!!!

Had an appointment and was rushed because they told 10 other people they had availability when they were fully booked. No shaping was done to the ends of my nails after shortening leaving them blunt and 3x as thick as my normal nails. I’m unable to pick anything up because the ends are so square. Don’t go!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! they used WAVE glue on my lashes and stuck them to the underneath skin of my eye! I was in sooo much pain when i went to get them professionally removed she said that all my real lashes had come out to. I called and complained and was hung up on terrible service!

BEWARE!!! the owner(KIM) put her hands on me and I got FUNGUS(which I’ve NEVER gotten and I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years) on my nails all from my last encounter with her because she refused to give me a new full set for her own personal convenience. I’ve been going here for months and ignored so many red flags from this place because I’m new to the Lansing area1. The owner (KIM) is aggressive and very rude, she definitely discriminates between who she provides professional customer service to2. She’s never properly soaked off my acrylic nails since I’ve been going to her back in December 20203. I’ve always booked an appointment beforehand and somehow she would work between myself and another client.4.She booked someone at the same time as me5. She has a ton of decals but gets frustrated anytime you try to use them. My last encounter resulted in her telling me she doesn’t understand and it’s too difficult and stopped in the middle of doing my nails and charged me $40 for an incomplete service which I had to have someone else complete her job.***AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST—RUDE, UNSANITARY, and UNPROFESSIONAL***

Kim is the bomb! Hand painted detailed designs on acrylics. Everything is very clean. Picture is after a week of hard abuse shows that good products are used. shown here is custom dip powder with flowers and butterfly wings inland.

Paid extra for nail art and the lady rushed though it and it looks like garbage. The top coat stained doing just every day things. Of the years Ive been getting my nails done, this has never happened. Yet not even 24 hours after getting them done, they were stained. Probably wont go back

Just go elsewhere. Ive been here twice. The owner or manager is rude af to her employees and the customers; it was the belittling three 17 yr old girls when they came in for nails for me. Both of my experiences have been negative. There are better places. The service is subpar... At best.

Quality is very good here. I would definitely go again. But have to say I felt like I was in an assembly line. There wasnt very good communication as to the services provided.

What I asked for was not achieved in any way, when I pointed out the mistakes I was chastised and talked down on. I provided a picture of nails that I wanted and even offered my advice in achieving the look and was ignored and received awful nails that I was charged 65 dollars for.

Kim (the owner) always over books herself so even if you make an appointment you will still be there for 3-4 hours because she does 3 customers nails at once which makes the wait time very long. Also when she over books she rushes same with her employees so your nails are not 100% even if you spend $100+ there. Seems like they’re all about the money and not about the quality and about their customers.

Very clean salon. The very nice lady who did my nails was great. She was so polite :) i got acrylic black nails and she recommended a gel polish on top if i wanted them to last longer, so i left the salon with gel on top. I highly highly reccomend the salon and i will be going back

I went like 3 times and it was becoming my favorite place, until the owner who I think is the pretty skinny one who is very intelligent treated me very badly one day just because I took my hand out of the lamp to dry my nails, for me teach her that something was missing from my nail and she really treated me very badly, I always saw her very attentive until that day she treated me in a very bad way I but never returned to that place

Terrible !!! I called for a manicure and a pedicure. I walked in and they asked what I wanted done to my nails. I said I wanted a manicure with a powder dip. And I showed the picture that I wanted. Instantly the guy started sanding my nails and putting tips on I asked if he was going to push my cuticles back. And he said if would be extra money... that made no sense to me. They didn’t soak my nails, they didn’t clean underneath my nails, they didn’t push my cuticles back. And every time I asked why they weren’t doing something. They would get mad at me and then eventually they just switch people and I asked that my nails be short. The guy ignored me and just made them the size he wanted. I didn’t like the width of the tips he was putting on. They were extremely wide. And asked if he could make them smaller and he sat there and argued with me until I gave up. Eventuall I ended up having to cut my own nails, my nails never ended up looking great and I still ended up having to pay $50 for them… Just for powder... no manicure. Super disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I wasnt going to say anything but its going on day four since my services and Im still in actual, noticable pain. They literally cut a chunk of my toe during the cuticle part of my pedicure service. I cant include a picture but there is literally a scab and swelling. Then, my nails are subpar at best. Not placed correctly and the hell application is extremely sloppy. For pay over $80, definitely not happy.

LOVE IT HERE!I was nervous about coming here, but my friend gave it a glowing recommendation, so I just had to go. I got gel nails done for my upcoming hoco dance, and I couldnt be happier. The staff was quick, nice, and very helpful, as this was my first time getting gel nails. The facility was very sanitary and peaceful. I went in at 1:30 PM on a Saturday and had an appointment for 2:15 PM, but they were able to take me immediately. They had a good amount of staff on hand a were able to accommodate everyone walking in.

Kim was great. I stopped getting my nails done years ago, even pedicures and did them myself because of poor service. But after reading reviews I decided to try this salon out. I had the opportunity to have Kim to my moms manicure and my pedicure and her attention to detail and her skill level for design is amazing. Im definitely going to set reoccurring appointments!

Very nice place, but my friend and I got a Shellac manicure done and not even a week after they started coming up on the sides and chipping off! It should last longer than that. Im gonna go someone else next time and hope I get better luck

Went 3 times and each time made an appointment to get there and have to wait no less then 30 minutes each time. Not acceptable the excuse was always walkins why take them if you already have appointments scheduled?!?! They seem to make their own prices up as they go so the last appointment I asked how much was told $40 went to pay it was $45 so I didnt tip. Everytime on average 3 people did my nails so who do I even tip. Cuticles never got pushed back and when I asked she pretended with her tool but didnt actually push them back which resulted in nails needing to be filled weekly. Very rude and bossy no one they said please or thank you.

I spent nearly 60 dollars on my nails due to “inflation”! For them to not even be up against my cuticles, when my nails were done it looked like I needed a fill already! Now, not even a week later my nails are falling off! POOR QUALITY AND COMPLETELY OVER PRICED. will not be going here again

I took my daughter to get her nails done for her homecoming dance. She selected her color “599” sunset fog based on the color sample, but this was not the color that was painted on her nails! The nail tech told us that since their nail polish sits in the sun that the polish fades overtime. We were not compensated nor any apologies given.

The plain gel manicure that I got was good. The service and way I was spoken to was aggressive, specifically from the owner. After showing her a very simple design (an animal pattern) I saw online she literally told me she would try but doesn’t know if I would like it, but she had numerous designs far more elaborate displayed in the shop. Maybe she assumed I was a complainer? Every alternative I gave she had an issue with. I shortly realised she just didn’t want to take time to try especially when new clients came in. I left upset with a nice yet plain Jane manicure.

I didn’t complain when I seen the finished look.- When I got the fill:My nails are longer so they visibly look better than the first set but my nails are all different lengths, and my middle fingers (the nails) are skinny. The nails on my middle fingers look like they would fit my ring finger as opposed to the middle finger. Also the previous color wasn’t taken all the way off so my tips have blue specks of polish on them.Would I recommend this shop? It depends. If you know exactly how you like your nails and can coach a tech, I’m sure this place will be great. Also if you’re in a rush or don’t want to make an appointment- I would recommend this salon.

Dont know her name but she did an amazing job. You can tell she puts effort into her work and actually takes pride in what she does. Oh and she was very friendly.

Micah not only provided a great pedicure, but she took care to ensure I was extra comfortable because I recently had back surgery. She was concerned, careful, gentle, and very friendly.All the staff made me feel welcome. The salon is clean and well designed. Ill definitely be back for pedicures with Micah, and Im considering the permanent makeup services.

I had good service the first few times I went, then they turned terrible! First they cut my fingers in a few places with the efile which made me bleed. The file she used was dirty, and after making me bleed the file was then used on another person. So SO unsanitary. I had an appointment for days and I had to wait 30 minutes. Then I was belittled and spoken to very rudely. And it took almost 2 hours of fixing mistakes before I was done. Then Kim instantly accused me of not wanting to pay, yelling at me (when I only questioned the price) and when I yelled back a woman came over and started asking if Kim wanted her to call the police 😒 I had been crying throughout my appointment in frustration because she kept misunderstanding me, then when I return the yelling, I have someone threatening to call the police. Not sure why she assumed I wasnt going to pay, I give her a MINIMUM $10 tip no matter how little she does. Never going back to this place! Save the potential infection and hassle and go elsewhere!!!!

New favorite nail place in lansing. The girls and guys here take their time and give you high quality nails. I have made appointments and got right in. I have also walked in and didnt have to wait too long. I love Kelly she is my go to nail girl.

My girlfriend is not the kind of person to complain but after spending above $30 on getting her nails done I find her filing and repainting them. She said her nails were lumpy and really thick and the design looked like a kindergartener did it. It would seem some technicians they hire should be better observed or let go.

This place has really gone downhill after all the good nail technicians left. I went here on Sunday to have my acrylics removed and I am upset with how my nails turned out. The woman drilled my nails down way too much and so they turned out paper thin and my thumb nail is so thin that it chipped and bled. My nails hurt so bad. I will never go here again for any type of nail service. Not to mention she was working on my nails and another womans nails going back and forth between us. It was clear they were understaffed and took walk-ins even though they shouldnt have due to people coming in with appointments. Also, once I was finished I stood up and the woman didnt tell me my total until I stood there for several seconds. Very bad customer service. Warning, do not have your nails done here!

The lady that greeted me was kind of rude & their waiting area is tiny, but my nails look great! I believe the guy that did my nails was Tony, he was wonderful & easy to understand! I finally found a place that I will be a regular at😊

I highly don’t recommend this salon. My friend and I went Saturday to get our nails done. We both got shellac and our nails were chipped that following Monday! Shellac should never chip that soon! Also my nails are breaking each day one by one, which also shouldn’t be happening when I’m barely using my hands. Don’t go here. They aren’t a good salon and they were rude!

I am a Realtor and constantly grabbing things from my bag, door keys, opening locks etc. So, I’m picky about my nails being done well. First, I must to say everyone is so sooo nice, and it’s a fun atmosphere too. Plus they accommodate my busy schedule. This will be my 3rd visit, and Dan did my powder nails last time...I’ve was given lots of complements, he shaped them thin, evenly, smooth, and natural just the way I like, plus no lifting of my nails. He’s the man and my new nail tech. Micah is amazing, and Kim is the design queen. I look forward to getting my nails done here, it’s also a lively and pleasant experience.😍.

A little on the expensive side. Which is why they loose a star. However if you want complicated designs their people do have a talent for it. So it depends on what you are looking for. If you just want a set of nails or a basic manicure its definitely a bit more than you would play elsewhere for the same thing. However if you are set on having someone recreate nail art you saw online then the extra cost may be worth it.

I am picky with my nails, but how can you be picky when there are nothing but poor choices in the Lansing area. I have been EVERYWHERE around here for over 10 years and this place is clean, fresh & modern! My new favorite place! There are so many new nails fashion trends and these ladies are up to date! Glad to have a clean and newer Nail salon that takes in consideration the health of your nails too! Mika is fantastic!

I dont hate this place but kim was not in and out of town. I believe if Im paying u. I should get the service right and not be in a hurry and please do that. I left with lumpy nails [ polish ]. Should I go back so they can fix them?

This was understandable but I dont appreciate the lady then proceeded to tell me what I was going to do. She said go pick a color and we will do them for now then you can come back next week for new set. Well Im not paying for #1 something I dont want and #2 in not paying for 2 sets of nails in 1 week because the staff is not skilled in what I requested. Was disappointed.
