I called in the spur of the moment, and they got me right in! I have very long hair and I am very particular about it... Kristin (not the owner) cut my hair. She did an extremely excellent job! I was a hair stylist for 12 year’s. Will be back!

Just had a full day at the spa! Mackenzie was amazing and very friendly - my mani/pedi is on point! Sherry did my facial and massage and knew exactly what she was doing. My face hasnt been this smooth in a long time and she worked my tension spots with perfect precision. Maggie finished up my day by making me look as beautiful as I felt! I have definitely found my new go-to salon and spa. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

I take my young daughter here, and usually make a last minute appointment, so we change stylists every time. Overall theyre OK... Some girls are better than others. The staff is always very friendly.

Their receptionist sounds like they hate their job, at least on the phone when I called to make an appointment. I told them I wanted to make an appointment for a guys haircut in the afternoon, and they asked if I wanted 11am. I said no, I want it in the afternoon. And then she said 12pm? I said no, I was thinking after 5 or 6pm. And then she passive aggressively said thats evening, not afternoon.. ok well my bad, but I also dont think 11am or 12pm would be considered afternoon either. Also, Ive never had someone ask how old the customer is when booking an appointment? Correct me if Im wrong.I dont see myself going back to Guys and Dolls at all now. Also, every time I have an appointment there I always have to wait 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.The services had been great but if I have to deal with this kind of customer service when I book an appointment on the phone, or if I have to wait that long everytime for my appointment, then Im good.

Nothing special. I had an appointment today. I waited 45 minutes before I got up and rescheduled. No one was apologetic about the wait at all. The owner was shuffling around in pedicure slippers seemingly unaware of her surroundings. Im likely going to cancel my new appointment and never go back. Terrible customer service.

I called the salon this morning around 10am to see if my stylist was there today, and it turns out she no longer works there..so the receptionist told me Adrienne could see me at 1p today. Okay, sweet. I show up at 12:57 and the receptionist tells me to sit in the waiting room and that Ive been checked in.. at 1:18 she walks up to me and tells me Adrienne is having some trouble and wont be here until around 2p. .....uh I dont just have a ton of free time to sit and wait for her. And if she wasnt there yet dont you think you could have told me that once I got there? Wont be going back.

First time there and I had Cate Saxton for a mens haircut, and she was extremely professional, kind, and kept a nice conversation going through the entire haircut. She even kept me updated to what she was doing to my hair, which you dont get very often from other stylists. If I stay in the area, Ill definitely try to get her again!

The staff was friendly and accommodating but I left feeling like I would have liked more layers in my cut. It was a little fast so I didnt go back.

Had a problem with the spray booth...I have to say the owner/manager called and was very sincere...and she gave me a great deal. Will be back ..I love how the owner/manager went out of her way to fix the problem! !

I love this salon for hair and tanning services, but do not EVER get your nails done here.My sister and I went in for basic polish manicures and ended up with the worst manicures weve ever gotten. The stylists were kind and good company, but my sisters stylist didnt even soak her nails, he filed them unevenly and didnt buff them afterwards, and gave her a messy and overall poor polish.My stylist was late from her previous appointment (which she did apologize for and comp half the service because of it) and while she did an okay job shaping my nails, the polish is full of air bubbles and half of my polish chipped off less than 24 hours later.Both stylists used a nearly-empty top coat that ruined our color as it was stringy, goopy, thick, and put air bubbles all over the color.We ended up with 75% off for the 2 manicures due to the poor quality, which the salon entirely understood and apologized for, but it was a pretty terrible manicure experience.

Guys and Dolls really out do themselves to help their customers reach their needs, its a place full of positive and lovely people!

Margaret did a great job on my hair cut

It took six weeks to get in for a massage and then they cancelled it two hours before my appointment. They gave me another appointment three weeks out, so its taken me NINE WEEKS to get a massage appointment with them. If I could get a refund on my Groupon I would.

I have been going to Guys & Dolls for a few years and have always had a positive experience. They have been very courteous on the phone and pleasant when greeted at arrival. Cate has always made my haircut a fun and lighthearted experience with an exceptional cut/style. In no way should anyone think this good service was conditional on me bribing them with doughnuts. They are just good, not the doughnuts; the staff. Although the doughnuts were good too, but that is a review for a different business.

The lady botched my boyfriends hair, it was very uneven and she missed some hair so there were random long pieces, the fade was way off and it was just simple haircut...I would recommend somewhere else for a mens haircut! $18 is WAY overpriced for a mens haircut!

I originally purchsed a Groupon voucher for another place the 2nd week of Aug when called she was booked until the end of September she said I believe its because there discounted so they take full price appt first. However I canceled this and got my money back from Groupon and purchased the 90min from here Laura was my masseuse and it was great well worth the extra money and got appt within a week that worked for me. Will go back again for sure.

So unorganized and unprofessional. Waited 35 minutes without anyone approacing us or let us know our stylist was running behind. Had Tamone let us know, possibly wouldve waited, however he sat and chatted and socialized while doing his pedicure and ignored us like we werent there. We ended up walking out with no one addressing the issue or trying to make it right. Wow.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment before my wedding for a facial and I show up and they didnt have anything in the system. They did nothing to try and make it right. The only thing she could do was call the girl on her day off? Is that really how you treat employees? Would not recommend to ANYONE!
