Listen up ladies: Is the people nice..yes Is the place clean 8/10 however be prepared to wait at least an hour. Slow slow slow. The language barrier is difficult as I feel I got ripped off due to me trying to explain hangnails which did not get done as well as they needed cut shorter. The price is expensive ( overcharging us) for a deluxe pedicure. Reg. price is 28 shellac is $40. I will probably never get a pedicure here again the place in Meijers west Saginaw is were its at. No overcharging and customer service is excellent.

Service was good. Finished product wasnt as good but worked until my fill. (somewhere else). It wasnt smooth after a day and the acrylic could have been shaped better. She put on a new set and two were lifting at the base when I went for a fill.

I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times and each time, they ask me to “come back tomorrow”!! They talk about you in front of you, while they look at you and continue to speak in their language...it’s still so obvious!!! They have a few employees who clearly aren’t trained in pedicures. They are so unprofessional!! I was trying to save time by coming here...Beautiful Nails is always where I end up back at!...just don’t like the EL traffic. Thumb nails, 2 different shapes and 2 different sizes!

First time going there....it was Amazing 👏 Older gentlemen did my toes.....younger gentlemen did my nails.....also had an eyebrow wax. No waiting and they did a fabulous job :) 10/10 would recommend 👌

If Im ever in the mood to get my nails done this is where I go. If you go early in the morning the wait isnt too long. The pedis are relaxing and they always do a good job.

Nail fungus here. Wont go back. 3 nails with fungus. As a nail tech myself......Nasty salon!!!!! Go to Donnas Nails. Much better service.

I love going here just because the pleasant vibes and they have quality and class. Im treated as I should be even when I want something corrected. The products used arent cheapy and they take theyre time to give you the experience you deserve even when theyre packed. Thanks Anh Nails!

Large well kept salon with lots of colors to choose from! The massage chairs were nice and the fact that disposable liners are used in the foot bowl was a big hit with me! The staff was polite and atmosphere was relaxing. Thanks!

No concept of time management when you walk in. They tell you to sit but never with a wait time. Different price each time I go depending on employee but I always have the same service. Quality of work is good.

They were the only place that could get me in right away, which means they are fully staffed. And let me tell you super nice gentleman helped me out with my nails, I love when they have a personality. And another women was kind enough to help with my ingrown nail. Never felt pain and I really appreciate everything they did to help me feel comfortable and respected.

This place has no respect they are mean its not about the customer its just about makeing money they mess up your nails and want you to pay for ulgy nails and dont want to redo the mess up they will leave old polish on your nails and let it show through the new polish. Never going back 👎🏼

This has been the only shop I have gone to for the last 4 yrs. What annoys me is when you schedule an appointment you are still waiting 30 mins to an hour to be seen. Very clean place. I only have Amy or Queen do my nails and eye brows. Steven is awesome at pedicures.

My daughter gets her nails done here and always has a good experience.

After waiting for over a hour to b served a young man was assigned to do my toes. He was extremely rough and buffed the top of my feet till they were raw and bleeding. When I complained there were no apologizes. One young lady did offer to put bandaids on my wounds. Will not go back. If u go dont let the guy do it.

Went to get my eyebrows done (sept 22, 2017) got my nails done and they came out beautiful. My eyebrows on the other hand were a disaster. A piece of my eyebrow is gone! The lady said my eyebrow was like that when I came in--definitely not!

I called in the morning to ask them if they take appointments or just walk ins.. the lady which I’m assuming was ahn (because she usually has the phone) stated they take both it doesn’t matter so I asked if I can make an appointment for 5:30 which her reply was “yeah sure” never asked for my name or anything.. I get there at 5:28 she asks me what I want done I told her I need a full set but I have an appointment for 5:30 doesn’t ask me to pick my color or nothing so I sit down have to wait a WHOLE HOUR for me to finally get my nails done what’s the point of the appointment? There was no point. This happened before in the summer but I tried giving them another chance because they’re a pretty good salon but no I don’t think I’ll even be going back my nail shape is nice that’s about the only nice thing I can say.

This place is RIDICULOUS with wait time. They DONT take appointments Which is simply unprofessional in the year of 2018. So you can be sitting there in literally waiting for hours just to get a service done. I would suggest going to other salons that has more professionalism than wasting your time on this place. They have a ton of places that (do nails) just as well if not better and also places that do lashes just as good and actually take appointments. Will never come here again.

Management changed, workers not property trained, terrible nail shaping, not cleaning properly, nail paint skills is horrible!!! Paint chipper in a day. The old lady who worked on my nails is super unskilled!!! I doubt the two grandma and grandpa workers are licensed!

Do not recommend. I had an appointment an had to cancel. The next time I came in the owner Anh ignored me and would not service me. This happened one time after this. Never returned. Very unprofessional.

If i could give this place ZERO STARS i would. All my nails are now pointing to the sky and theres no structure to the nail. I didnt think you could screw up shaping a tip but this lady succeeded. She also used too harsh of a bit in the e-file causing gauging in my nails. I have very small sensitive nail beds (and i told her this before she started anything. It hurt. During the application of the acrylic she used a brush bigger than my thumb and far too big for my fingers. When i asked her if she had a smaller brush she said that one was fine. Now i have been to several nail salons and none of the techs at those salons used anything bigger than a size 8 acrylic brush and most used a size 6 acrylic brush. Then she used WAY more product than needed flooding my cuticles and getting acrylic all over my skin. Needless to say i stopped her from continuing. If Im lucky i can fix the damage until i can get this poor job replaced. I will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone with small nail beds or is a nail biter. They do not have the knowledge or experience with people who are nail biters, like me, to do our nails properly. Now my sisters nails turned out beautifully. Props to the lady who did them. But again my sister has much larger nail beds than me.

Ironically, this place is my initials! I went for a pedi, and I asked for an appointment. THIS PLACE IS WALK IN ONLY!!! Thats the only downfall to be honest, I did wait for like 30-45 minutes. So bring a book to keep you company. My services were great and relaxing. I only go for my toes, not nails.

First time visiting one if the technicians kids (approximately 5 yrs old) went outside and was walking around in the parking lotVery scary to witness a child come up missing. If you HAVE to bring your kids to work they need to be watched. SAD!!!

I like going to ANH Nails fir the most part. I just think that if a person only wants a fill, pedicure and eyebrows done they should not ask if they also want their upper lip waxed. That’s rude. Upper lip was not requested so no need to suggest it.

Was charged more for my fill than the original full set. nail fell off 2 days later. lazy design. I was really offended. wont be going back!!! $30 for a fill!!! tuh!

I just was getting eyebrows and upper lip and I waited for 45 mins the service is slow and I did not like the staff or thr atmosphere very dissatisfied!!!!

I did not have a good experience here... They burned my feet in the footbath. I was burned on the bottom of both feet with the hot rocks. My gel manicure was thick and uneven. My nails all slanted to the right and I had to file them straight myself.

I came to this salon after a horrible experience in Ionia. I am looking for a home salon after loving from Kalamazoo. This salon is kind of intimidating walking in. There isnt a TV or any background music to help with the awkward quietness. They dont instruct you where to find the shellac colors or really speak to you at all. The nail techs I will say seem to take their time with all customers matter how long their wait is. My nail tech did an ok job, she changed my c shape nailed to coffin shape. She did an ok job except some of the tips are a little uneven. I got my nails done Friday 10/20 and they look as though they could use a fill by the end of the week. She did give me the thickness that I like and made my nails all around even. I am giving a 3 based off the feel of the shop, the nail job and because I wanted a chrome nail on each hand and she was not able to get it to stick.

Overpriced and the staff only makes your nails square even if you ask for round. I paid $55 for a full set and manicure that is not that great.
