I have been coming here for YEARS! It is hard to find a place like this and once you do, youll never leave! It is beautifully clean, their services are phenomenal, the staff is very friendly and professional.They really care about their customers! I always make an appointment and I still need to wait. Why do they take appointments if they can’t be on time? I come on my lunch and can’t wait. I’d come anytime, just don’t take appointments if you can’t be on time. I will never go back.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at the salon, manicure and pedicure were “ meh” Wendy slathered so much polish on my nails that it ran over the edges onto my skin, it is way too thick at the cuticles, just poor workmanship from her. I used this salon when it was “Hot Nails” and always had a good experience. Not wasting my $ there again!

Hot Nails is fire. Staff - amazing (many employees, all very skilled, friendly, and under excellent management). Interior - amazing (bright, luxurious, spacious, modern, has fire places). Offerings - amazing (they have a menu for pedicures with lots of pampering add ons - I almost fell asleep during my foot massage and the lady next to me actually did! They also have all the latest colors). Nail art - amazing (see photos).First time I ever went was the eve of Christmas Eve, two years ago, and they got me right in and did amazing work even though they were closing in an hour or so. I was impressed and grateful for that.

After my experience today with the incredibly rude “gentleman” at the front desk, I will never return, and I will be sure my friends and family don’t go here either. I suggest you steer clear if you’d prefer not to be spoken to and treated in a nasty manner.

I have been here before and the pedicure was always good... my gel chipped a week in. So I thought I would try this place again for a pedi. I called and made a 1:30 reservation. When I walked in at 1:30, there was a waiting room full. I asked someone waiting there how long they had been there. She was a walk in and had been there over an hour. I decided to leave after 20 mins because they were so backed up... I knew Id have to wait a long time.

What can I say? I love Le’Vi Lash and Studio. Ive been a client of Vivian’s since July and I just love her to pieces! She’s so professional and personable. She remembers each and every client and details from your conversation making you feel she truly listens and isn’t just “all about the business.” Shes always welcoming no matter how busy she’s been, etc. The studio is always in tip top shape (including the nail portion which I’ll get to in a minute) but the cleanliness and look of the salon just gives you that vibe these ladies know what their doing and they do. Vivian is a meticulous, perfectionist last artist and is very good at what she does and I’m 100% sure she’s the same with who she hires in her salon as well. I am extremely particular when it comes to anything, especially my lashes and nails and she never, ever disappoints. With that said, I have also gotten pedicures done in the nail portion and also had a great experience as well. The technicians are all very professional and I was blown away at how both the lash and nail studios are very particular about sanitizing. They carefully and immediately clean each and every part of the station after usage so you can feel comfortable knowing they are very serious about keeping things sanitary. If your looking for a salon, definitely check them out. You really won’t regret it!

Probably the most consistent of all salons I have been. Didn’t find an “ outstanding” girl yet, but I have to say it never quite disappoints me. Love the happy hour wine, which I still don’t know exactly the days and hours for.

Ive been going to this place for a long time now and I love it! I never have to wait to get my nails done and they always do a really good job. The prices are good too. Everyone who works there is really nice. The place itself is HUGE and it is very nice. You can see that they clean their products after every use. Ill be back!

My gel manicure chipped in less than a week both times that I went to gel done. My pedicure chipped that night!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service!I made a reservation showed up on time and soon as I walked in i was “greeted” by the male worker whom was extremely rude and rushed me to hurry and pick a color literally not even within a minute of me being in the waiting area. Then while getting my old nails removed the lady who was removing them never soaked my nails at all. She proceeded to take my nails off with a nail tool that was very very painful and continue to do so even after me expressing to her the pain i was feeling & also proceeding without acknowledging my question “why are you not going soak them first”. The two owners did not try to correct the situation at all, I have spend hundreds of dollars at this salon before this happen I’ve even referred people that have also spend a ton of money their & for them the treat me in such a degrading disrespectful manner was so very disappointing and embarrassing, I do not recommend and I absolutely will never return.

Got a gel manicure and it only lasted a week. Staff will try to up charge you without telling you its an up charge.

UPDATE: Im changing my rating to be higher due to staff reaching out to correct the mistake. Unfortunately due to my schedule and covid being rampant, I did not want to go back in at this time, but im grateful for them reaching out willing to correct. So I changed from 3 star to 4. Service is definitely better here. I appreciate that.I am a bit disappointed. I got a lash lift + tint about a week ago, maybe less and my eyelashes are already back to normal. It was my first time at this location and I was excited. My tech was very pleasant and sweet, and I was very happy with the service at the time it was done but unfortunately, I think my previous experiences elsewhere has been that a lash lift can last UPTO 4 weeks! I think a week is not satisfactory enough and thats why I have to give a 3 star. Though the service and experience was great, the actual lift itself did not work well so I hate to leave a negative review, but I believe the product or whatever went wrong should change.

If you’re a perfectionist about your nails go elsewhere. Dip manicure with an accent nail on a natural nail. Old dip left on my nails and all over my hands! New dip color not brought up to the cuticle on several nails. Several spots left on my free edges without any coverage. Accent color had light coverage but only two coats applied and no consulting with me. I smudged my pinky but instead of fixing it, it was just sealed and top coated. New dip powder left all over my cuticles and skin with out being removed. I had to go home and file my side edges on more than one nail that weren’t broken free and filed. I didn’t tip I was so angry which I am a consistently Good tipper.

I usually love coming to Hot Nails. It’s always prompt service, greeted with friendly smiles. However, my last experience here may have convinced me to be my last. I walked in asking for a gel manicure and was told to sit down with a tech. I was rushed to pick a color, and my tech had a cold. She kept wiping her nose with the side of her hand, then grabbing my hands. She never once washed her hands and the water I stuck my hands in was cold. She kept hacking back mucus and continuously wiping her runny nose on her hand that was not covered with a glove. My manicure was not good at all either. I asked her to fix one of my nails, and I got an instant attitude. I personally think the tech could have taken measures to prevent the potential spreading of her cold and the sanitation could have been much better. Gloves are always welcomed, or a tissue!Update: I am now suffering from a cold.

My daughter and I have been to many nail salons but there is no one who compares to Hot Nails!! This place was recommended to us years ago and We have been coming here ever since!. The staff are friendly, they do great work, and the place is very clean. I never had a bad experience there! They all do a wonderful job and We recommend this nail salon to everyone we know! After just 1 visit the owners remember your name and greet you when you come in to the salon.

Was not impressed by the service that I received here. I came in to get a gel manicure, regular pedicure and my eyebrows done. After my pedicure, I asked for a full gel set. The technician was under the impression that I was only going to be getting my nails painted. Fine, no problem, all I needed to do was clarify that I wanted a gel full set instead of a simple manicure with my nails painted. When I told her about the gel set she kept reiterating the price, as if I did not understand her the first time that she said it cost $30. I thought at first that she was not hearing me consent to the price, but it became very clear that she heard me consent to the price. I am not sure if I caught her on a bad day, or maybe if she did not understand me when I said that it was okay, but it did not make me feel welcome. I went on to ask my technician how much it would be to get designs put on my nails. She stated that the designs were $5 per nail and I told her that that sounded good. She then proceeded to say that I shouldnt get designs on my nails and instead she would do glitter on my nails for free. At that point, I was absolutely fed up. So I let her go ahead and put the glitter on my nails. I figured it would be less money for her in the end even though I wasnt getting the design that I wanted. So, in spite of the Sleek look of this shop, they will never get my money again! I hated the way that the technician made me feel. I will never go back there again!

I just left the salon, the people were nice and the place was clean. Those are my pros.I worked really hard to grow my nails out so I was really excited to get them done, the lady asked if I wanted them cut down I said no. She filed them all the way down, I have nothing left....then she pulled out the tool to trim my cuticles. I informed her that I just trimmed them so she didnt need to. She told me she had to or she couldnt paint my nails (no Im not making this up) now I have no nails, no cuticles and my nails hurt. I am going to also post a picture under the picture section for anyone interested in what I paid for. All I was getting done was gel polish. All I wanted her to do was paint them. Not cut them down or cut my cuticles that were already cut. Im not sure if it was a language barrier issue or not, she was nice but I cant believe I now have to wait weeks for my nails to look normal again

I have been coming here for a few years now. This is one of the best nail salons I have been too. As soon as you walk in the salon you are greeted by name by the owner (after one visit Debbie knows your name. All the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. In fact the reason I travel 45 minutes is because of Vicki who I followed from a salon near my home. They do everything from nails to waxing. Walked in for the first time today. I asked for a full-set liquid gel and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was great! Wen did a good job, but the full-set... uneven, horribly painted and they looked like winter shovels. Amy -the tech - was paying attention to other things and conversations rather than my nails. When I told her I didn’t like them, her reply was... nothing. Great location, beautiful place, but the girl who did my nails does a poor job.

I gave Hot nails a try the other day and it is Deffinetloy my new go to nail salon. The environment was so clean and the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. Amy did my nails and she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I will be scheduling my next appointment with Amy at hot nails without a doubt. Also, they have a pedicure menu that Im so excited to try! Great customer service on top of a beautiful salon.

As the owner of Hot Nails Inc. I would like to address Ms. Sally Smiths experience at our salon. While we both can agree that we got you into your seats promptly, your statement about our 15-20 minute pedicure was false. You stated that we got started on you at 10:30. If it was a 15 minute pedicure, you would have been done by 10:45. However, you said that you were at the drying station at 5 of 11. Our $20 dollar price tag is one of the most affordable in the area. We also gave the youngest child two complimentary designs. Your grand total was $60, considering you DIDNT tip us. For $20 we believe that you are getting what you are paying for. For a lengthy pampering service, we would suggest a pricey spa instead. After your whole service was finished. You checked out at 11:12am, which we have evidence of on the receipt from your debit card. This check out was also done while a child was still drying her toes. This made your experience WELL over half an hour. We wish you luck on your search for an affordable pedicure service that pampers your every need.-Hot Nails

I used American Express to pay for lash service and tip. Apparently their policy is you can pay for the service on the card but not the tip. I profusely apologized saying that was all I had, and was treated like garbage. The male who is the owner was shockingly rude - visibly very annoyed that I had to tip using American Express. Was told there would be a $10 charge. Okay, fine, my mistake for not following their policy so Im okay with paying a fee. So all I could do was ask myself, if I have to pay a charge in order to use Amex, why are they so upset about it? The $10 charge should cover whatever fees they incur. But the owner rolled his eyes, very frustrated and was very visibly annoyed.I thought about this encounter throughout the day, it was bothering me. After all, I was so nice about it, I profusely apologized, and was still treated terribly. I decided to write a review on the Hot Nails Facebook page.After posting, I received a text from the owner. Unfortunately, instead of simply apologizing the they said, I apologize for any miscommunication but....then proceeded to remind me of the policy, (even sent me a screen shot!), and instead of trying to make things right and focus on trying to mend the situation and keep me as a customer, they continued to justify their actions. I wish this person had just focused on the fact that I was treated badly. That was the bad part of the whole situation, the rest (sending me a reminder screen shot, for instance) was pretty irrelevant. No one should roll their eyes and be so dismissive to a CUSTOMER of their establishment. Especially when the customer is standing there profusely apologizing.When I made this point to the owner, they then proceeded to tell me that I should no longer do business with them. I was so beyond upset and appalled by this. I consider myself an easy going, friendly person and to have someone flat out tell me not to do business with them anymore - wow, I was just flabbergasted.So, there you have it. Whatever you do -- the quality may be okay or even excellent, as in my case, but beware of inadvertently not having your tip in cash that day, and definitely do not write a review about it, as you will be fired as a customer!!!!Advice to salon: pretty simple. be nice to your customers.Especially, especially, when they are nice to you.***It’s amazing to me that this place is reviewed so highly. I have been going to HOT NAILs for approximately 18 years, every week. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I NEVER experienced rude behavior so I am shocked that there are a few negative comments about their experience. Debbie, Philip and the nail technicians are extremely professional, VERY clean and go out of their way to make sure their clients are pleased with their services. They even come around (during night appointments) to ask if clients would like a complimentary glass of wine. Their spa pedicures are so relaxing and they have many different choices depending on your needs. I personally love the hot stone pedicure! They are usually busy but they always make sure, if you are a walk in, that you know the wait time before sitting down. I recommend making an appointment so you can be sure to experience the best nail services in Montgomery county. I would HIGHLY recommend HOT NAILS.

So, I loved the girl that did my nails the first time I visited but but there is one male in the front that looks angry and very unhappy all the time that is so annoying to deal with as soon as you walk in . He has ZERO customer service, ZERO presence and he has a nail salon open. Of course I will NEVER come back and more now that I see that he is used to treat customers poorly. As soon as you walk in, if they don’t know you they won’t ask you anything so you have to guess what to do .He won’t acknowledge you, he won’t ask you nicely what you need, nothing at all!!When he finally decides to talk to me he tells me they are busy and won’t be available so I said I’ll wait. He kept saying it was going to take too long, I said I could wait all day .He suddenly yells at me in front of everyone and says GET OUT. You left a bad review, I don’t need your business .Which owner (manager ) Have you ever heard would do that at any establishment where your main priority is to satisfy your customers ?!You are correct! Nobody !IF I am paying YOU for a service I expect to be treated right and if you don’t know how to talk to people, close down. If you don’t do something right YOU APOLOGIZE ! “MR ANGRY”, you don’t tell them “GET OUT”. Change your attitude, don’t be cocky! Professional, very clean salon with wonderful friendly staff. Prices are fair but they do charge more than the listed price for a gel manicure if they have to remove your old gel polish even if they applied your old polish. This is the only thing that my friends and I wished they wouldve disclosed on the price list or verbally before our manicures were started as most nail salons do not charge extra for polish removal. We thought it was very nice and thoughtful that the owner had offered glasses of wine to all customers. We were there on a Friday evening after a very long and stressful day at work. Highly recommend you make an appointment otherwise you will wait a long time. They have a large clientele that makes advance appointments.

I was asked to go to the back to get my brows done,only to find the chair had someone in it. So instead of apologizing they I was asked to sit in a regular chair. Remember this chair doesnt lean back for a easy reach. So before the wax the esthetician clips some brow. Instead of having a warm or cold cloth to wipe off the clipped hair she blows all over my face with her mouth. One time I thought maybe a mistake, nooo she did it again. So I asked her to stop blowing her germs all over my face I have no idea if she is sick, and I dont want to get sick. At that point she puts on a face mask to put on the wax. Then my brows stop at the arch of my brows. Because she couldnt reach me in the wrong chair. Ill never go there again. Only reason I did in the first place was it was on my way home. So I praying I dont get sick and dealing with only having half brows.

I took my wife to this nails salon today for the first time. She loves to has her nails done, but when she was walking towards me I could see her face of dissatisfaction. The nails she was so excited about where not what she expected. She got home crying for the awful job she received. The nails are uneven and she was upset trying to make them look better. I feel sorry for her right now. Time and money wasted and moreover an unhappy wife.

The people in there are nice. I went in because my nail paint chipped. When it was done they applied the wrong color to my nail. Even though I told them it was the wrong color they said no it will dry the right color not too happy with the powder dip. I will stick with gel from now on.

The man upfront looks upset all the time and doesnt know how to act in the business he is in . If he is the owner he needs to learn how to be one . You told my wife to get out because you were angry that she told you in your face that you are rude, have no idea how to treat customers and need to put customers first. Horrible Experience- I walked in for a pedicure. I was told it would be a half an hour wait- after 35 minutes of waiting patiently the owner said it would be about another 1/2 hour- She should not accept walk ins on a busy saturday if she cant take them- I went across the street and was taken right away at another salon and I was very happy. I would not recommend this salon.

7/6/18 - I walked in to get my eye brows waxed at 3:45 PM, both owners said it would be a 30 min wait. No problem, I asked if I could leave and come back, both said yes. I went shopping at the Kohl’s next door and arrived back into the salon at 4:17 PM. Mr. (owner) said it would still be a wait as he was waiting for an open person. I simply asked how long and he laughed in my face as if something was funny! That right there is not customer service and I walked out, I’ll take my business somewhere else. LAST time I ever step foot in the place! PATHETIC!

I went there to get my nail done and they did a great job I got my ingrowns pulled and my toes hurt for 3 days and I just though it was because I had not had them pulled in a long time but then I looked and my toes were oozing because she did not us a clean tool
