Staff is very nice and do exceptional quality work.

Just started going here since the holidays and have now 3 refills done with gel. They tend to last close to 3 weeks and probably could go longer than that but I cant function with my nails too long so I end up in at about 2.5 weeks. Price is right. Ive never had to wait more than 5 min. and the work is quality. The heated neck wrap and neck and shoulders massage after is just an extra bonus Highly recommend.

BEST FACIALS EVER!! Ive been going to Michelle for facials for years. She is the best. Ive also gone to other, way more expensive salons in Jenkintown, Doylestown, Blue Bell, Cherry Hill, and in resorts while on vacations, and in my opinion, none were ever as good, and all were far more expensive. After a facial by Michelle, I look and feel years younger.

Great nail salon

What a group of sweethearts! I was looking to be presentable for a wedding; my own nails are so thin and constantly break and peel. What a beautiful job for my dip powder nails and the extra pampering is so thoughtful (my girl always finds my permanent knots with a sweet neck, upper back throw-in treatment and rubs lotion onto my hands and lower arms). Great work and very reasonably priced; money is not used for decor, but for extra attention to their clients, keeping the pricing down. Very happy to have found Elite.

Michelle is the best!! I’ve been getting my nails done here for at least a year, maybe two. My nails look beautiful every time! Everyone is friendly. The shoulder massage is great. Best salon in this area!

I went for a refill gel mani appointment, I asked for this design on my nails. They said yes it was ok and they helped pick the colors. Truth is they know nothing about Nail art and they were basically winging it! I found this out later from my nail tech. Me being a new at getting nails done was not informed of their pricing since they do not have anything posted at salon. When I get to the counter they lady asked the other nail tech what to charge me in Korean. Since they felt they made tremendous effort on one accent nail design I was charged $45 and they DEMANDED a tip! I was charged $15 for the removal of the old gel polish, $30 for the mani because of the silly polka dots, which regular price is $25. Plus a five dollar tip I was stupid enough to give. I wish I was informed of these hikes in prices prior to getting them done and I wouldve appreciated their honesty in not knowing nail art. I felt really ripped off and I will not be going again.

Lovely Place and clean!

I was here today for the first time for a pedicure. Professional and friendly staff and great pedicure! Esp loved the shoulder massage while the nails were drying! This is definitely my new nail place.

Quick, professional with reasonable prices. Love the little back massage they do at the end. The massage they do for my feet and legs during the pedicure is amazing and is definitely the reason I keep going back!

My nails are long and real. I LOVE the care they give them which is why I have been a customer for over 5 years. I have honestly flew back from NV and WA to have them fixed when I broken them.

Got my nails done here on Saturday. By Monday I broke one nail and yesterday I broke another. I spent $50 on nails that are breaking off before they are a week old. VERY unhappy. My nail beds are short, so I understand it is not the easiest, however, I got them short, so I would not jam them on anything.I broke my first nail folding laundry..............

TERRIBLE! My mom and I seem to have a hard time finding a nail salon where the employees can manage to do your nails with out hurting you, making you wait, or taking new customers at the same time they are doing your nails. This is very frustrating since my mom and I always book two weeks in advance, and tip generously. We expect to get what we pay for, but it never turns out that way. Elite was good in the beginning, but then by the third time we made an appointment they took in a group of girls at our appointment time (so they could make more money) they got to me in fifteen minutes, my mom was left waiting for 45 minutes! Not to mention, they rushed through our appointments, did an awful job because they where rushing, and by the end of my appointment I ended up with a huge deep gash on my finger and my cuticles where bleeding. This is simply bad business, unacceptable, And so rude. I will NEVER go back to elite and I would absolutely never recommend it to anyone ever.👎

How dare u guys start my nails and in the middle of it u start doing someone else 20 mins waiting U finish one until its done. Thank u for your hospitality but even that cost.

The absolute slowest service Ive ever received!!! I asked for a set of acrylic nails she started my nails at two and couldnt have moved slower if she tried! She barely talked to me and at 2:45 she just finished gluing nails to my fingers.

They charge to take of gel off. Overpriced for average work. I would not recommend.

Got Pedicure and Manicure very OVERPRICED Esspecially the manicure The Manicure was Ok but Certainly not worth 80.00 for full set!! 45.00 for a refill!!! The Pedicure was actually Good but turned off by Prices of Manicure!
