The staff there is great they had over 15 Customers that day. I was there to purchase some equipment they answered every question they were very patient knowing they had the store full of customers. Every customer that was there that day understood They waited patiently for their turn

Can not trust these people. 11 days ago I ordered service for pool cover measurement, charge me 160$, plus 25$ for trip. Since that I did not hear from Leslies. Try to call, have to wait 10 min until answer the call, than a sale person asks me to wait, I was waiting for 40 min, then hangup, try to call again, was lucky, they answer. But, it seems this service is a big joke, they hold my money for 11 days, and now try to tell me about measure pool cover by Google map service, need to be approved by district manager for trip. Now I have to waist more my time, drive to this store and cancel order! My advise, stay away from this cheating place!

We have rental homes . That have swimming pools in them they are supposed to be be strictly for use by the tenants only but they become Public pools every neighborhood kid in the whole Valley is there What happens is The equipment Gets damage The pool water get hammered and Carlos there at Leslies makes my pumps work every time somehow So I really appreciate him and he really helps out even though theyre busy.

Prices are sky high.. customer service is lacking walked around for 15 minutes waiting for the one cashier to acknowledge i needed help because he spent the whole time talking to someone else like if youre gonna have one cashier make sure they can multitask ... then he walked outsude witht he person like 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

5 people in a row, in for water testing, were all told to drain 3/4 of their pools that our cyurnic acid was way to high. I was then told to start using 1 gallon of chlorine in my above ground pool. That Chlir Brite, Perfect Weekly and Clear Aid were crap. Still waiting for 2 PAID FOR ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED

I have dumped hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals into my pool and it still looks like a swamp. Their products are garbage and their employees give a bunch of wrong information. Do not shop here unless you want to waste money.

Horrible service last 2 visits, will not go back to this store, had to walk out after the bad service today.

This place is a joke. I had my water checked and was told that I only needed to add acid to the water. I did as I was told, came back a week later and was now told that I need to drain half of the pool, and buy 600.00 dollars worth of there product. I hired a pool guy and the problem was solved the same day !!

Prices are a little high. Most things you can find in other places.
