Friends were impressed at the quick turn around and the time the pool was built in. Every one at Alan Jackson was great and professional. I want to give a shout out to MARC and JOHN. From the beginning you know what you are getting into and they dont nickel and dime you after you start a project. Also the quality of equipment and work that was done was top notch. Alan Jackson built my pool about 20 years ago and its still looks good and functions great. If I have a problem or need something repaired they are there for me. Everyone that has done work for me has been great, an awesome workforce to say the least. From the planning process to completing construction, total time was just under 6 weeks! This was the second pool Alan Jackson has built for us. Quality very good, easy to deal with. They communicated with us concerning times and always showed up. We started the pool the first of the year they were not as busy since it was winter. The pool was completed within 60 days.

The Alan Jackson Pools team was absolutely fantastic. From day one, the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, timely, and thorough. I had heard so many horror stories from multiple people about pool companies putting in pools and to be honest, its nothing like what I experienced. I met with Marc, one of their sales people and he was professional, open minded, and not pushy about making the sale. He wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with my investment. The rate was seriously competitive. I visited half a dozen pool companies in the area, and they were charging 20% even 50% more for the same service. Dave Petrosian was my guy when it came to ensuring that the construction in my yard was going exactly to plan. Any concerns I had, he made himself available at a moments notice. He really worked hard to make sure the pool remained looking fantastic. Finally at the end Dave did the final explanations of how the pool system worked, he passed the baton for the last time and made sure I felt comfortable servicing my own pool. The Alan Jackson Pools team really worked collaboratively with each other as well as with myself.

We hired Alan Jackson Pool for our home service. The pool cleaner was good in the beginning but then kept slacking off on the times he was supposed to be here at my home. He never showed up when he was supposed to and kept saying he would be late and when he did come by, he was here for like 5 min.. and that’s no lie!! My pool was turning green than orange. He wasn’t checking the pools filter and the filter was dirty and backed up! He was putting the wrong chemicals in and haven’t been able to swim in our pool for the last 2 weeks until today. We hired another pool service and hopefully this weekend we can go swimming. What kind of people does Alan Jackson pool service hire.. obviously not a good qualified cleaner 🙁

I am very grateful for the advice John gave me about my Pool levels. I use to get my pool stuff and advice from a well known pool store chain. I felt they always had an agenda they were pushing. From the meeting, planning, and building phase, Marc was always there to answer our questions. David and his crew were clean and always professional. The most important thing for me was that they were always ON TIME. Even his calculation of the ending date was pretty much on schedule. You wont go wrong in choosing Alan Jackson Pools!

I first contacted Allan Jackson Pools on December 26th 2018 to schedule a consultation, shortly after I met with Marc Allan Jackson’s pool designer. Marc spent a few hours with us going over all of the particulars and what we were looking for in a pool and we could not have been happier. Marc spent a few hours with us and designed our pool on the spot. After meeting with a few other pool companies here in the Antelope Valley we realized Allan Jackson Pools was going to be the best choice for what we were looking for in a pool. I just wanted to share a quick note and let anyone know who may be looking for a pool builder to call Marc. Allan Jackson Pools always showed up on time and were very professional. They even compled the pool build by over 2 weeks from what they had originally scheduled, they worked with us on adding additions and were very accommodating and their crews are professional and courteous. We were debating between Alan Jackson Pools and Aquaphina Pools. We decided to go for Alan Jackson Pools for the good reviews. I not going to lie the pool and concrete patio are amazing, more than we can ask. But the thing I did not like about Alan Jackson pools was that they were messy when they pour the patio concrete some cement spill over the wall of my house on the A/C units. Also when they put the original gate back it look old and it was not put up right. It got some holes. They painted with a color that did not match. The latch you cant even put a lock. They did not used the original latch parts and they were there. My house is brand new when they started to build the pool. They broke a pipe and that cause for dirt to go in the lines. My gardner came and fix it but not all are working He needs to dig more to see where is the problem coming but ofcourse is not free. When they finish the pool they did the 7 day start up but honestly It was not done right. I was going to use Alan Jackson pool service to clean my pool since they built my pool why not give them a shot, but after seeing that they were not reliable I decided not to use them anymore and hired another pool cleaning company. The start up was not done right. I took samples of the pool water to Leslies Pool supply and they told me it was very low on chemicals and needed Conditioner. My wireless panel keep losing the internet I sent a picture of what my phone says to the guy that did the start up but no respond just because I did not use their service. Bottom line after paying lots of money. I feel that after the pool was done I was not giving a proper tour of how the pool works. It was just a quick tour. Marc the sales Guy is excellent. Not the other people that does the actual work.

Whatever you do DO NOT use them for pool cleaning service they are the absolute worst, they won’t show up for 2 weeks and won’t even bother to call or respond to your calls or text asking why. Terrible customer service and they give you attitude whenever you call to ask why they haven’t showedUp.

Watch out be aware they try to sale you stuff that you dont need Question and check your self. Alan will charge you for things that you dont need just be careful

They lack attention to detail, a sense of humor, and their output, in my experience, is very generic.
