Very helpful people working there.A man and a woman running the place when I was there.They were both very friendly and helpful.I described what I was after in the man fixed me right up and put me in his computer system for future references.They had a real nice selection of things. Not everybody carries the pre filter that screws onto a garden hose for filling a spa but they had like 10 of them here.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I was new to the area last year and had never had a pool before. My pool was in bad shape, so I spent a lot of time and money at the store. I did water testing there, bought lots of chemicals and even bought a Maytronics robot cleaner. There was one person at the store that was extremely helpful and patient. Although, one person at the store was rude EVERY single time I went there. She was annoyed at every questions, would barley answer and seemed put out by questions. I understand we all have bad days, but she was like this every time I went. When I would see her there, I would just leave. I will not be back this year- going to another pool store close by and already had a much better experience.

Rude and unorganized! Hannah always has an attitude, and the other employees take their sweet time which leads to them messing water tests up. Also makes you spend tons of money on useless products that just make things worse! Rainbow Pools has my business now and is far better.

They are amazing source for your pool. Came into buy a part I didnt need. They took time to explain the solution, without costing me anything.

Our pool was the greatest thing to happen to us in 2020. We cannot thank the Pool People, and Jarrod Dodds in particular, enough.When we first started our journey of wanting to install a pool, we looked into the Pool People along with a couple other companies. The Pool People were the most informative and straightforward. Jarrod gave us so many resources for us to make the decision on what we wanted, along with reviews from past customers. I can see now why there were so many positive reviews. If we had a question, all I had to do was ask and we always got a prompt response. The knowledge, professionalism, and hard work put into this business showed through Jarrod and his team. If you’re wanting to install a new pool- look no further than The Pool People!

The worst customer service out there. I have used them several times and have continued to give them another chance and another...I give up. I have been trying for 2 years to get a service request even responded to and nothing. This past year the opening was not even completed and I got their over priced bill to pay anyway, of course while I am still awaiting response to my service request. Never again. My neighbor has had the same issues with them as I have. We found a new service company and are actually receiving good service now

This place has declined customer service constantly trying to upsale you products you don’t need! Telling customers to use clarifier with Alum at same time. Would much rather sit with feet kicked up at the desk.

This is the place to go if you want professional honest advice on your pool or spa.

$3:00 to test my water? Why? I bought my stuff there.

The Pool People installed an 18 x 43, 8 ft deep saltwater pool with vinyl liner for us in July 2015. The installation was fully completed in just 9 days. We were so impressed with Dan and his crew throughout the construction process. They were professional and extremely efficient. We have had no issues and our pool is fantastic. They arrived promptly to open our pool this season and we took advantage of the free pool school they offered at the store and found it very helpful to teach us how to maintain our pool. We would definitely recommend The Pool People!

The girls are so knowledgeable and whatever your problem or question is, they know the solution and are very happy to tell you and teach you so you can be less dependent on them.

What more can I say? Great company top to bottom. They installed our pool so fast we couldnt believe it. Especially considering we threw in a few wrinkles with the design. Jarrod Dodds and his crew (Mike, Gary, Dave, Jimmy, Ryan and of course Papa Dan) are top notch! Polite, hard working and customer focused. Far exceeded our expectations, highly recommend!

The Pool People installed our pool last summer. Wonderful experience! The entire staff was courteous and extremely helpful through the whole process. That service continued throughout the year as we had questions regarding our new system. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in installing a pool.

Got everything for your pool and your pool too

Went in and asked for a recommendation to have someone open our pool. The woman put me on the schedule two weeks ago and told me to expect a call 24 hours before they came out. No one has ever called, and every time I call them, I get their answering machine. I give up. There has to be someone else in this town who answers their phones and would be happy to take our money....

We did an extensive renovation to our home in 2014 including a new pool installed by the Pool People in our outdoor living area. In fact the project won the 2014 NBIA award for best outdoor living area. The Pool People were great to work with during the project and their service and support continues to be outstanding. We receive many compliments on our pool and I highly recommend the Pool People for a new pool or your service needs.

I went there to buy a hot tub but they wouldnt sell it to me cause I wasnt in there area I lived 6 miles too far!!! Said I had to go to Athens, Oh.So we went there I didnt see anything there I wanted.Would like to know how they can turn down a sell?
