Heather Floyd at Goodall Pools is AMAZING to work with. She helped us get our Sundance Kingston 980 Series all set up for install and delivery with the concrete guy and the electrician. Always extremely friendly and very helpful! Very knowledgeable workers also! Prices are good, always cheaper than online stores and they have a rewards system so it makes it even more affordable. Highly recommended for any pool/spa needs!

I love Goodall. They were very low pressure when I was looking for my hot tub. We had looked at all the stores in the area and came back here due to how impressed we were with our experience in looking. When I come in for my supplies, Tyler is always super helpful and always very willing to answer any questions. I have friends who go here for pool supplies and they are also always really happy. From shopping, to delivery, to support we have not been disappointed and had wonderful service.

Excellent customer service!

Walked into the store to talk to someone about a hot tub, salesman was on the phone. After he finishes his call he ignores me, proceeds to chat with another salesman for the next 8 minutes before I walked out of the store. Just awful customer service!!! I wanted to shop and spend my money with a local company, but I guess I’ll order online.

The service was wonderful, the new manager Tyler is great. The service department to open my pool was horrible though. Now Im dealing with algae. But Tyler has been a great help with selling me my chemicals.

BUYER BEWARE: Bait-and-switch. Called ahead to purchase small pool vacuum for above ground pool. Was told smaller version was in stock. Upon arrival 15 minutes later the only one now available was the larger most expensive model. Was given a very lame excuse and faint-hearted apology. VERY obvious that the sales rep was trying to bait and switch me into purchasing the more expensive model instead of the smaller one which I needed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I was just there. Perfectly reasonable experience with totally pleasant sales person. Not sure what would make the other reviewers happy...

Went in to buy a hot tub. The lady talked for like 2 minutes then ignored us for the middle aged couple who were buying a pool. Okay? Maybe it was a higher commission for her or something. Or maybe she thought we didnt have money? Who knows, either way it was very rude and after about 20 minutes of mindlessly flipping through their catalog options we left and bought our spa elsewhere for much less and much better salesman.

Wonderful employees, very helpful, great prices.
