Anthony & Sylvan built a gorgeous pool for us. We started during the Covid 19 pandemic and even with the delays around us, they were still able to install the pool in a timely manner. Jarrod made a beautiful design that really fit our back yard perfectly and Gary made sure all the timing of the crews and the construction went perfectly. Even after the pool was complete, Gary checked in with us repeatedly through the summer to see if we were satisfied, had any questions, etc. The follow up was so great! Then they sent a crew to winterize it for us and will come back in the spring to open again for us. Everyone was pleasant and professional, the construction crews were friendly and courteous as well as careful with our property. We are so happy with our choice and loving the pool! I included some pictures of the pool during the process. Also included a picture of the design that Jarrod created before we installed. That was so important for us, to see what it would look like in our yard before we made the decision. We really couldn’t be happier!

I spent over $120,000+ on a pool with A&S, and the concrete shell cracked and was leaking water, and this is how they fixed it (see picture). To add insult to injury, they have you pay for the water to refill your pool no matter how many times they have to drain it to fix their poor craftsmanship problems.This company was a nightmare from day one of the install to deal with. We had to redo the spa multiple times because no one measures before they poor concrete, and everything is subcontracted out with NO representation from A&S to oversee the project.I get there can always be problems in construction, but the amount of follow up you need to do as a customer to have them attempt to resolve anything is atrocious.Now Ill be wasting my time and money in a courtroom debating what is considered a reasonable repair when they could have just fixed the shell and re-plastered it.Give Integrity Pools a call if you dont want to have problems with your pool.

My pool itself finished looks great. However, during construction after the steele work was completed they took measurements and they realized that they were about a foot off, in the deep end, when they excavated. They had to redig part of the pool. Then when it was time for the electrical to run underground, from my home to the pool equipment, they hit 2 pipes. Which I had to pay someone to get repaired, because they said they are not responsible for what is underneath the ground. I specifically told them many times that there were pipes there. Lastly my fence was put in, and the day after I noticed 2 bars on a section were bent. The section also comes up from the ground. This is not a quality fence.. I have called several times and emailed them about this and no one gives me a response. I have even called the fencing department, and no one responds to my messages. Anthony and Sylvan do not tell you correct information on any anything especially when they subcontracte everything, down to the pool cover that came in June as opposed to coming in September, when they would close my pool. I have no where to store my pool cover at the momemt, because they told me they would bring it at closing. Not 3 months early, and they never explained that there would be 30 holes on my concrete that stickup about 1/4 in. Had I known that I would have chosen another type of cover. The customer service is awful. NO ONE will get back to you if there is something wrong. I have sent many, many emails/voicemails. MY FENCE NEEDS TO BE FIXED! And when Anthony and Sylvan say that something is not there fault, they will say to deal with the other contractors. ANTHONY & SYLVAN HIRE THE SUBCONTRACTORS. GARY was my project manager, and he took pictures my damaged fence. Jason was my project designer.

Tara Wojcik from Anthony & Sylvan has been such a good person to work with. She always returns my calls and takes good care of me for my pool issues. Just love working with her when I need help. They have maintained my pool and provided a great service to me.

The closing of the pool went very smooth and quick. The team, led by Vinny, arrived promptly as scheduled. Our questions were answered, demonstrating a great knowledge of the pool and the pool systems. We are confident that the pool was put to bed properly, and that the opening next spring will go without a hitch. Paperwork indicating the tasks completed was provided. Overall an excellent experience.

Great experiences dealing with this company over the past 7 years for openings, closings, repairs, and supplies. At the store Alex is always friendly and happy to help. Joe and Ken came out today to follow up on a previous service call. They made sure everything was taken care of and also took the time to go through some strategies for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our filtration system. We bought our home in 2014 which had an existing Anthony Sylvan Pool. I didnt know much about pools and whats involved maintaining, treating and cleaning them. So the whole idea of taking care of a pool had me a little worried to say the least! We opted for the VIP package to have the Anthony Sylvan crew come clean our pool weekly, test the chemicals and make sure everything is running properly. Vince is our main guy and always does a tremendous job! We always seem to have new questions and Vince is so patient always taking the time to explain (or re-explain in some cases) the process or certain things to keep an eye out for. These guys are the best, I highly recommend Anthony Sylvan if you want things done right the first time!

Pool ClosingAnthony & Sylvan Pools have provided opening and closing services for my pool for ten years, most recently on September 21, 2016. Vince, the technician who closed my pool this week is knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I am very satisfied with the services provided to me.

Don and Nathan were great. They know what theyre doing, they explained everything they did so I could learn the process of opening the pool and they didnt mind me taking videos/pics either (as long as they didnt end up on youtube, Nathan joked). Great experience, great guys.

Anthony Sylvan repair people came to give us an estimate for repairs to our filter. We were pleasantly surprised that they were all prepared to do the job if we wanted it done. No having to schedule another appointment. We were very happy with the men and the service. They also came out to give us an estimate within two days of the phone call. I think the repair serviceman was Don Greer.

Vince returned for about his fifth year opening our pool. Had a new partner Fred this year. Arrived right on time and got the job done with little hiccups. A&S have been opening and closing our pool since they built it and we have had very little problems. Always courteous and eager to help. I did notice a small drip and called the service dept right away--they were back within 1/2 hour to just tighten some screws--not a problem at all. Not convenient to travel from Mechanicsburg to Lititz so we get the chemical package and are usually set for the summer. Thanks guys!

I just moved into a new home, that has an inground saltwater pool. Something Ive never, had before. A&S Pools, (Lititz) has this Fantastic Service u can get, called an IN DOC, or an Indoctrination. Where, in my case, the Tech, Don Greer, came out to my home & literally, taught me how to take care of my pool. Also, what all the equipment does, & what I need to do, to keep it running smoothly throughout the season. Plus, Don added the chemicals needed, to keep my pool clean.I have to add, to have someone teach u anything can sometimes be quite nerve wracking. But, Not In This Case! Don Greer was extremely personable & easy going. He made me feel very at ease about asking questions. Even though in some cases, Id have to ask the same question up to 3 times. Just to make sure, I had it all written down correctly. Yet, he didnt mind. He would gladly answer each question, as many times as I needed.He was also, very empathetic of my disability. & He didnt make me feel ridiculous, for wanting to at least try, to take care of the pool myself. I cant imagine anyone else, except Don Greer, to help me with my pool again. He was even Great with my 2 little Dogs! All in all, Hes an extremely kind person, a fantastic teacher, & has limitless knowledge on my particular inground pool & the saltwater system. He was also, very understanding of my limitations & disability.It was Awesome! Before Don Greer got here, I had no clue how to take care of this inground pool or, what any of the equipment did! All I knew, is that there was a red service light on. Now, Im very confident, in being able to take care of the pool myself during the Summer. Because, I know if I have any questions, or bumps along the way, I can just call A&S Pools.I already hired them to Open & Close my pool. If Uve never had an inground pool before, I Highly recommend the IN DOC Service! Its a Svs. I would without a doubt, recommend to anyone, who has an inground pool, & just wants to re-familiarize themselves with taking care of it. Or for someone like me. Who, just bought a home with an inground pool &, has never owned one before..It really is an Amazing Service, that A&S Pools offer! Something that I truly needed & Definitely Benefitted From!
