Came to drain my pool and didnt even stay to let me know what drain he was putting it in. I had to call him back to tell him that I wanted it done professionally and not to just be shoved down any drain because had he asked he wouldve know that that drain was clogged. it shot the water everywhere until I turned it off. When he came back instead of getting down to fixing it he tried to give me the excuse that he didnt have enough house lengths to get to the right drain. I had to let him know that I wasnt going to pay which then prompted him to finally call his boss. When I talked to the boss he was the rudest piece of crap that I had ever met. Instead of reassuring me that he was going to work with me he told me to leave his employee alone in the back and not talk to him because I had pissed him off Are you f@#king kidding me? never again will I use these bunch of rude idiots! Also, after all of that, they asked me to pay full price for a chemical wash and diagnostic that they didnt do. Needless to say I didnt pay them a dime more than the 75 f#@king dollars that they asked for to drain my pool which after the way I was treated I think that I shouldnt have had to pay. Im a contractor myself and if I ever treated someone this way I would expect no less than to never get work in the area again but for some reason they are still in business. I hope their business crashes and burns to be totally honest. These people have no business being in the service industry.

The only reason I gave them one star is because the don’t have a lower option! I purchased all new equipment and had it installed so you can imagine the $$$ I spent! I also had the pool drained and calcium removed...To make a long story short ...they left my pool empty to long and I let firmed blisters all over the plaster when they filled it back up! Now I have horrible blotches where all the plaster is coming off...Also they never came and removed the old equipment! I called on several occasions speaking to the store employees, of course the owner was “never in”!!! The equipment sat for months until I ended up having it removed myself! You go into the store and of course again the owner is not in!!!! Got my $$$ and that was the end of their customer service!!!

I spoke to a young gentleman at the counter of this store that was not knowledgeable at all. He looked about 16 years old. I didnt receive much customer service. Im sorry to say this but I went to Leslies pool supplies in Lancaster and was helped with amazing customer service and really smart staff and will never come back here! Also tried calling the store and was placed on hold over 3 times and waiting over 5 mins each time! Please work on your customer service and know what you are talking about!

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE FOR SERVICE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT TIME OR YOUR POOL!THEY ONLY SERVICE THE DAY YOU PAY THEM! GOOD LUCK THEY WILL NEVER COME BACK AND COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY LIE ABOUT SHOWING UP, AND NEVER SHOW UP.THE OWNER IS THE POOL SERVICE MAN, AND DOESNT DO HIS JOB AT ALL.DO NOT HIRE FOR POOL OR SPA REPAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CALL WAGNER POOLS OR MINGHELLI POOLS FOR SERVICE THEY ARE GREAT!!!!
