I Love This Place They Always Got Some Beautiful Designs!!!

The lady that did my nails did my nails in a hurry when they weren’t even busy. She made my cuticles bleed several times when filing and the shape of my nails came out terrible. When i asked if she could fix them she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and started yelling in her native language.. i felt a bit embarrassed and ended up having to pay for a terrible job at full price.. Horrible service.

I love this nail salon

Very unprofessional and rude. That was my first time and my last time at this salon. The male is very rough. Realizing that they didn’t do a good job, I went in the salon to talk to them. Their response was “that’s ok”.I would not recommend this salon to anyone else. And they are very lucky that the lowest rate was “1 star”.

I went in to get my eyebrows done earlier today I wouldn’t suggest going there my eyebrows are very uneven and they don’t look appealing at all I will be calling in the morning and demanding they fix it they charged me $10 for something that looks horrible

The lady was a little rough but the nails came out kinda nice. I didn’t notice until I got home that one of my nails were crooked

They are rude to loyal customers. We were left outside in 97 degree weather and after waiting 40 minutes in the heat I asked for a time and got yelled at.

Got my nails done and they start acrylicAt 1/8 the of your nail, so it can grow out faster for a fill in. The maleOwner can be rude at many times. And they gave me 10 minute drying time forMy toes because they were closing at 7pm, came in at 606pm. They don’t polish the whole nails such as sides . You have to be on top of them. I don’t tip becaUse they are not that food at what they do . Rhinestone literally fellOff the next day!

Apparently you cannot ask a question without being treated poorly. This was after I was a customer for many years. I really liked how the guy did my eyebrows and he used scissors to trim them also but I was not sure whether he did that part every time so one day I asked if he could use the scissors too. He got really nasty with me. Lets just say he did not receive a tip that day. He really pissed me off and I never returned again. Learn how to treat and talk to your customers. They are who makes your business. As far as getting nails done there. Wouldnt recommend it. Not impressive from my experience. I recommend U.S. Nails for that.

Eyebrows on point, but nails are slightly off. Still a good experience!!

Unprofessional staff, argued with them for nearly half an hour to no avail. Terrible quality service and staff. Visibly poor skills and lack luster results on my GF nails. DO NOT GO HERE.

I love there they do my eyebrows good broth them. I miss get done I be working lot and I need some rest too. But they do very good I use to go there. I be busy i will go there again. one day I will go there. I love that place

The quality is so poor that my French manicure did not last more than 3 hours. (Yes, just through one meal.) I returned first thing the next morning to ask them to fix it and was told they wouldn’t last long and that I should have gotten a gel mani if I wanted longer lasting nails. All the lady did was add another top coat even though it was visibly cracked and peeling already. Terrible service, terrible quality.

I took my daughter to get her nails done there she had a great experience there was a bit of a language barrier but the service and quality was great. I would recommend this place for nails. She had the $30 full acrylic set done. They also offer gel sets,manicure, pedicures and bikini wax.

My first time going, its where my sister goes so she took me there. For it being my first time I love it nails on point eyebrows done right she took her time with both things I needed done. I will deffenitly go again.

I went in for a pedicure. I noticed the two TVs were on with a war movie in foreign language loudly playing on both sets. I asked the owner if he could please change it because it was offensive. He refused and said sorry you dont like my movie. The tv was right straight in front of my pedicure chair. Not ever going back.

Been going there for years ! the owner is soo rude he doesnt care for the customers coming in for service, Lady is nice. Cheap products nails come out 3 days later. Eyebrow are pretty good. sometimes when they guy is rushing he doesnt do eyebrows right. SO RUDE NEVER SMILING ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE

I only get my eyebrows done here. Theyre fast and do a great job. I typically dont have to wait and if I do, its not too long.

I love this place i only get my eyebrows and pedi here, they do a great job with eyebrows. However the staff is minimal and the guy who does the eyebrows usually does have an attitude bc he dont have enough staff.

Waited way too long, had an appt, was sitting in the chair and had to leave bc it had been almost 30mins and noone could help me. It was my first time going there. New to working in the area and will not go again. I will try somewhere else

As soon as you walk in, half the staff is napping or watching tv to the point where you have to ask for service... Majority of the time they have an attitude when you tell them something is wrong with their work... Prices are kinda cheap compared to other places but the quality is average at best.... Overall staff is really unprofessional and rude... Solid 1.5

It seems like they rush everyone, my nails arent the best but theyre not terrible . a few flaws are noticeable but im sure i can fix it myself . very rude staff but its tolerable .

Guy glued the acrylic on crooked, i say something to him and he went head over heels that is was not crooked. Staff does not listen to your requests, just does as they please

This has been my salon of choice for the past nine years. Not outrageously priced, great polish selection, and awesome techs.

Came here on 5/4/2019 to get a full set i am a new customer . the OWNER had the worst attitude and messed my nails up and got smart the whole time I REFUSE TO PAY !!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I like to get ready in this place, 5 years ago I get ready in this room. They have very nice nail colors, both gel and regular, they fix the eyebrows very well. It is a clean and comfortable place.
