I came here to get my gel nail polish (from another salon) removed rather emergently before a big event. Everyone was wonderful and so efficient. Ill be back!

Saw Julie today who was terrific for a pedicure!! Professional and good skills ! Finally found a great salon. It is really clean and they take the instruments out of a bag from autoclave. Many places do not do this. I will most certainly go back for my manicure next time!

Julie the owner was so sweet. You can tell she really wants her customers to be happy. She did an excellent job with the shaping of my nails. Usually at nail salons I am not 100% satisfied with either the shape or the atmosphere or the employees, but this place has me 1000% satisfied. Will definitely be returning!!!

It was my first time today using Lancaster Nails and I choose a pedicure. The entire experience was relaxing with a temperature screening and beautiful sinks to wash hands. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff stood out. I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The pedicure was timely yet thorough. I never once experienced any pain and my technician asked often if I felt any pain. The final results of my French tip gel pedicure was fabulous and my feet feel rejuvenated. I hope to go again!

They did a very good job just not able to communicate in English.

Advertised $20 fill. But wanted an extra $15 just for gel polish.

I won’t be going anywhere else ever again. Julie is amazing and truly just wants you to have a relaxing experience. She’s very gentle and gives the best pedicures ever. She pumices so well that my feet are soft for like ever. She’s extremely attentive which I also love. The shop is always clean and never packed, so it’s actually relaxing when you go. I love this place. I’d definitely recommend.

Julie is literally the most amazing manicurist I have EVER had. She pays attention to detail, lets you test your nails to ensure they are short/long enough AND does incredible designs. She is so sweet and carries a conversation the entire time as well which is so wonderful, there is no awkward silence to be had in her salon. I will never go anywhere else ever again. I have recommended her shop to anyone who asks where I got my nails done because SHE IS INCREDIBLE!!

Ive been to several nail salons in the Elizabethtown/Mount Joy/Lancaster area and none of them were as good as Lancaster nails. Julie was wonderful, she and her staff were sweet, relaxing and accommodating. They worked with my friend and I to make sure we got our appointment booked and that we were happy with our nails. My shape was finally right!! In the past Ive had tips that were crooked, etc, but here, they were Perfect! Thank you, Lancaster Nails!

Julie is the BEST, and her work is 2nd to NONE!!! I called Julie the first time explaining I had to have surgery, and after couldnt talk, so I needed someone who would/could finish my nails after surgery. Julie said come on over. Even when I explained my decreased immunity and the need to use my own supplies, Julie was very understanding and accepting. Ive never had better service. Im 2 weeks into my last nail dip, and not a single chip, crack, or break!!! Ill never go anywhere else EVER!!!

Lady that did my nails did not do the greatest. I needed them done and my normal place wasn’t open so I went here. My nails already started to peel and it hasn’t even been a week. I would not recommend coming here. The lady also couldn’t free hand when I asked her to paint a heart on my nails. She insisted i pick a gem decal and they look awful.

I had a mani-pedi done here, and Julie did a great job! She answered all of my questions about the differences between different products and styles. After having gone to a few other places in Lancaster, Im so glad to have found this place! My experience was top notch! The place was clean and sanitary, and the ambiance was nice. Also, it didnt smell like nail products, which was a huge plus.
