Ann is my favorite and I love the pedicure with the spa rub and hot towel treatments. I try to go on a Friday so that I can hopefully take some of the relaxation vibe into the weekend! We even celebrated by enjoying a four-generational with manicures and pedicures which was a very fun day of beauty! Thanks USNails for being our new best shop! And if you haven’t enjoyed the powder dip for your fingernails then you are missing out because it lasts forever!

The worst pedicure in my life. If you are going to do a pedicure the heel and toe should be polished well. The lady name mai did a simulation what she specialized in was giving massage and just painting nails. When I complained she told me that this was fine and that I didnt need anything else. She didnt even file my feet for 30 seconds.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter to get pedicures and a gel fill in. Our appointment was at 10 am. At 10:15 they sat us in the pedicure chairs. A tech filled the water basin and allowed me to sit 40 min before anyone started to work on my pedicure. They finished my daughters pedicure but then took 3 other individuals before we finally spoke up about her manicure. At 11:00 they sat her in a chair for a manicure and then ignored her. I could understand MAYBE if we were walk ins but I had scheduled these appointments days in advance. Absolute worst customer service.

I drive 25 minutes to us nails. I’ve never had a bad experience there with anyone! My go to is Tina and Kelly! Prices are great, make appointment or you may have to wait a little bit.A few times I’ve tried closer places to home and I always kick myself for not just going to us nails. I’ll never do that again. You won’t be disappointed!

My mom went into this salon and explained what happened to her and I feel the need to post this. My mom wanted a French pedicure. The women doing her toes told her that she didn’t have time for it and that she had to leave. She then told my mom that she had ugly short toenails MULTIPLE times. The woman getting her pedicure next to my mom was kind enough to help my mom explain to the nail tech what she wanted since my mom does have a heavier accent. Even then the nail tech refused to do what my mom wanted and call her nails ugly until my mom said she didn’t want it anymore. My mom says that after she got her pedicure she got her manicure done by the manager. The manager was kind and apologetic, and that is why I’m leaving two stars. Regardless, that doesn’t change what had already happened. It was a very bad experience for my mom that left her very hurt. Thank you to the woman next to her for helping her explain. Neither of us will be going back to this establishment. You can’t treat others that way.

I came in to us nails in Lancaster pa at 1pm today 7/26/2021 and had the worst experience. The customer service is COMPLETE GARBAGE. My nails look TERRIBLE. There’s bubbles in the polish the shape is awful and honestly looks like I need them completely redone. I recently sprained my finger and I explained this to the woman 3 times as she continues to squeeze and throw my hand! the woman’s name said Cindy on her jacket and someone else did my pedicure which was also extremely rough she was hitting my ankles with her bracelets and noticed but kept doing it. Both women lacked in quality customer service. Needless to say I won’t be back but everyone needs to aware that coming here you’re getting terrible service and being over charged for it so not worth it.

Horrible experience! I sat down and the nail Tech started my nails I guess her appointment arrived late and she told me to get up didn’t explain anything to me and took her appointment. After about 20mins wait another tech took me and she did absolutely horrible. My shape is so off and uneven. My French manicure looks horrible and uneven. The gel polish is not even at all and there’s bubbles on my nails. Also she missed a lot of spots on my nails were there is no polish. I felt rushed and I was not happy at all! At that point I left and went to a different salon to soak off my nails and re do them. This salon is a hot mess!!!

I went in literally 10 minutes before they closed and Lee took me and let me just say that, that girl is TALENTED!! I LOVED my nails she did exactly what I asked for 10x better ♥️ I will be returning hopefully she’s there tomorrow morning because I need her to slay my nails again!!!

Love the work these ladies do! Ammy is absolutely wonderful and pleasant. All the ladies are. They are all so good and take their time! The only problem is because of how busy and popular they are, making an appointment sometimes feels like just a regular walk in. It’s almost like they just want to take everyone (which I understand) but by doing that it makes people wait that had an appointment. I get wanting to make everyone happy but the right thing to do is take people with appointments first. I heard one of the tech’s on the phone telling a customer she could come in at 7 PM. They were so backed up and it was 6:30. There was no way that lady would have been taken at 7 PM & to do that knowing she would wait as well as the technicians having to stay late after working 11-12 hours just doesn’t sit right with me. Anyways, the quality is great. Just need to work on organization.

Nail technician cut my toenails too short. It now hurts when I walk with closed toe shoes. Also rubbed my other foot too hard with the pumice block resulting in red, scraped skin on the side of my other foot. I noticed a lot of new technicians since the pandemic; maybe the good ones did not come back to work

I had a pedicure and manicure at US Nails on Tuesday evening, and you can see the layers of nail polish on my toes. This was a poor quality service, and I could have done a better job at home. Im not sure who did the pedicure since she wasnt wearing a jacket and nametag like everyone else was. I didnt want polish on my finger nails and she kept insisting that she put polish on. I finally told her I needed to leave and she stopped pushing it.

The employees are very helpful and so kind. They do a beautiful job and are very timely.

Ammy did an amazing job on my nails-first time I had acrylics done in a decade or more…was so sweet and kind (even with my scattered brain before coffee lol)! Will be back on a regular basis!!! Also-BEST pedicure ever!!!!! The massage and stones when I had it done in April, amazing! I highly recommend!!

I have tried this spot multiple times with the same bad experience. When asked if they had a certain OPI color I was told to search for it myself. At the completion of the pedicure, they didn’t put my toes under the light and i was told I didn’t need it because it was “fast dry” nail polish. I asked my nails to be done the same pink color as my toes…she painted them blue and was insistent that was what I wanted despite my requests to have them changed. After leaving, I realized the polish on my toes had come of and it was not at all fast dry. Has had this same sort of experience happen on several occasions. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a wonderful place that takes their time on you and does a great job. Tammy is amazing. This was my first visit and I will definitely come back.

Linda always does a great pedi. We walked in with no appointment, when they were busy, and we still waited less than 5 minutes. I drive from Willow Street to US Nails, because they always take good care of me. Highly recommended !!

TERRIBLE!!!!Did not do what i wanted. Forced me to get gel when i wanted normal polish. Overcharged me and my friend just because we were minors. Nails were supposed to be 43 but they charged me 53 and my friend 59.

Cindy did a great job today! She shapes nails beautifully!!! She pays close attention to detail. I am very happy today after leaving U.S. Nails! She is excellent!!! I really appreciate her kindness and welcoming personality.

I had an appointment for 5 and didnt get seated till 5:45 and still wasnt waited on till later. I was there a total of 3 hours for just a regular mani/pedi and they did my nails uncomfortably while getting a pedicure holding my arms up because they were running behind. The nail polish smeared everywhere and had to do it again because of the oils they slopped all over me. I left with wax all over my clothes and my feet harder than when I walked in. I was so disappointed.

Tina was amazing! Its been a long time since Ive been happy with my full set, and she made me more than happy. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had an appointment I thou with station 7 kieu and when i came in she was working on someone else I went up to her and i said I thou we made an appointment yesterday she said no but I specifically came to her station for her.Well I was disappointed but what was so wrong and rude is she started talking about me while I was standing there.You dont treat your customers like that .Ive been go in there on and off for 5 years. So upsetting!!!

Love love love Ammy! She pays attention to what I want as well as offers some good advice.Ammy does a great job with my acrylic nails. I like them short to start because my nails grow fast, then till 2 weeks have passed, they are just starting to get too long for my active use. I also like a natural look so I usually get the “American” (#99) with an occasional fancy color for fun.

I need short nails for work, and I dont like them thick. Kim gave me exactly what I asked for. Theyre beautiful and look natural. She was sweet and I look forward to going back.

I have been coming here since I was a teenager. Always very nice technicians and they all do an amazing job. The check in process can be a little crazy if its busy but weeknights are generally not busy at all.

4.5 out of 5. The price is right here and the person who took care of me did a nice job..its been like 2 weeks since I went and my nails are still looking fresh. I would recommend this spot💅🏾

I Love US Nails, they are very accommodating when you call for an appointment. I had Trinh, this is the 3rd time I had her and she is such a wonderful person. She is very personable, she is very caring and I love that about Trinh. We talk about our families and my nails are always beautiful when I leave.

The girls always go above and beyond, best leg and foot massage I ever received with a pedicure !The polish selection could be displayed better and organized better, it would be nice to have the new colors available at a glance to look at when you walk in. The presentation could be better. I would recommend this nail salon to anybody who wants great value, great service, and a super friendly staff!

Amazing place to get your nails and wax done.The nail techs here are all so sweet and awesome. Its so very understandable when any nail technicians have to stop and leave because it may be the end of the day for them and return to their families or they have other customers who have come in beforehand. In addition, finding my own color has not been a problem since I understand that the technicians cannot be running around finding specific colors because they have incoming customers that have either scheduled a time or are walk ins. Overall, I believe the nail technicians do their best for my satisfaction and are friendly. I respect their time and efforts in doing my nails as well as respecting their work/personal lives. I totally recommend this location as well as their services!

Wonderful place! Sides doing such fabulous work they are friendly kind and welcoming! I have been a customer since they opened many years ago and watched them grow. They deserve every success they have achieved. They recently remodeled and it looks wonderful. New pedi chairs are luxurious! It’s a real treat to go to this salon!

Made an appointment for a fill and pedicure- did not specify who should do it. Mai did my pedi- won’t have her do it again. Not friendly and very rough when trimming and cleaning up my toes.I’m diabetic and need to be careful.She was more concerned with what everyone else was doing and not paying attention to me.Didn’t seem to hear or care when I said she was hurting me.

I have been going to this place faithfully twice a month for the last year or so. The last couple months every time I make an appointment I am sitting there waiting 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I made an appointment for today and show up to be told that the girl who was scheduled to do my nails had to go home. I asked why they wouldn’t call me to let me know so I didn’t waste my time and she said that they were too busy to call. Will not return again.

Pedicures with my mom and nieces went well. They have a large number of pedi chairs to offer, which is great for groups who desire to sit in consecutive seats. We called and made an appointment for the following day and they were able to accommodate us into their schedule with such short notice. Great experience all around...skilled service and affordable prices on Gel polish especially. Friendly, welcoming staff as well.

I was so very happy with the job that Kelly did on my nails!!! I have been to many places over the years. I happened on US NAILS on my way home to Exeter. It is one hour from home, but I was so happy that I scheduled additional appointments!!!!!

I have been going here for years. I usually love them. This time, worse gel manicure ever. Helena ran thru my entire gel manicure in 20 min. Left hang nails, nail polish all over my skin and completely forgot the top coat on one hand. Needless to say, it all stayed sticky and came off 2 fingers by the end of the night! Happy new year!

Had a great experience here! Staff were very friendly. I went about an hour to closing and I was the only person in there and I was worried that she was going to rush because it was getting to be after closing time, but she took her time and did a very nice job! Very pleased :)

Wonderful personal service. Kelly does a superb job on my nails! I wont go anywhere else. They also give great pedicures and provide lip, eyebrow and leg wax! Very reasonable prices. Kelly hand paints my nails. They also are one of the few places I found that does airbrushing.

Honestly this place used to be my favorite nail place. I would recommend tons of customers here. This is the third time Ive had a bad experience with service and with the effect of my nails, the first time I thought was a fluke the second time I thought was a mistake and this is the third time and I brought a large groups are probably wont return there

My mother and I went on a Sunday for a girls day and she had told me how much she loved the work they did. When we arrived mid day, we came in for a walk in appointment. My mother was sat down immediately whereas I was not acknowledged or given any estimate as to how long I would have to wait. I waited a little over a half an hour to be seen and they kept making me move where I was sitting. The lady who did my nails was rushing very much, and did a decent job on the shape, however my acrylics came out sloppy, and poorly shaved. They look rather bubbly and chunky and not clean whatsoever. I was very disappointed in the work and service

I used to enjoy going to this salon but over the past few months Im no longer impressed with their service and staff. My last, and final, visit I had an appointment but the woman, Mai, kept leaving me and working on her usual customers as they just walked in, no appointment. Shed leave me sitting, no word that she was going to wait on someone else then another staff person would hurriedly work on me because I kept asking where she was. Three people waited on me that visit, but not until I sat for awhile and asked where shed gone. When Mai finally returned she did a rush job to return to other clients. Ill never return.

Very friendly, busy salon. I initially had a great experience with Jenny and really like her; however, when she wasnt available I got a tech who ruined my nails (doing gel nails she filed my nails down so low it hurt)!! So, if you go there find someone good and make appts. with that person.

I had my worst nail experience here. I only went here because I was given a gift certificate. I got a pedicure and full set. The lady clipped some skin during my pedicure, my big toe started bleeding. She put septic on it and continued, and also as she was massaging my legs, I can tell she whispered to the lady next to her about my legs. Not professional at all! Not only after that, the man who did my nails (the owner, older) glued nearly all my skin around my nails to my nails. He probably knew he was messing up and gave me to another nail tech. She was fine with me up until the end, when I asked her to put another matte coat because you can see the shining nails coming out the bottom. She didnt even want to look or talk to me afterwards, and whispered something to the other ladies as they all stare my way. Didnt leave a tip, and NEVER going back!

Soooooooo let me start off by saying my nails look absolutely incredible. The tech took so much time on them (over and hour) and cosmetically they are perfect. However she was very aggressive with the nail file and drill. She kept drilling over my cuticles and she cut my skin/nail bed with the nippers multiple times. I do have a small cut and did experience some pain during the service. Such a shame because if it wasnt for the reckless nail care I would absolutely rate a 5/5.

The most rudest ignorant nail technicians I ever met. Have you wait rather if you have appointment or not. Even for the smallest tasks like eyebrows, said it would be 5 mins go back & wait. I waited for over 20 mins & no one came back or even acknowledge I was there. I left and they just watch & said nothing!! Definitely I would not recommend going there or go back

DONT GO HERE!!I recorded the workers (Tina, Trinh, and some others I didnt get there names) on google translate talking about me and my daughter coming in for pedis. They kept laughing at me They totally ruined the bonding experience with me and my daughter. I will never go back

Rose (rushed) did my nails and filed an excessive amount then clipped the same area a few more times then needed. She painted my nails well but would make mistakes and not clean them up. I would not come again. She also made me pay before she started my nails, that seemed odd and sketchy.

The person who did my nails hurt me. I was in pain for 3 weeks
