I’m new to Texas and this is better than where I’m from. They understood the assignment.

I use to go here when I was a teen and stopped because I moved and returned later in my 30s I still love this place. The staff is really nice. I wont be returning to the place that is closer to my home.

The nail tec provide bad services! He left acrylic power around the cuticles of my nails and wanted additional fee to clean them up. The man that did my feet was great!

Don’t know how to do nails when I asked to take them off he wouldn’t take off and charged me $10

Reasonable prices the gentleman that did my pedi was amazing I forgot to get his name but I did notice they didnt take everything out of new packs like Ive seen at other places

They have young boys who don’t know what the hell he they doing and then get a attitude when you ask some one else to fix it ....the way my nails were put on there is a gap between my real nails and the artificial nails which means water would be getting under my nails which bring a possibility of fungus growth I left and went to another nail shop to get my nails fixed correctly.... I will definitely be disputing to get my money back for this horrible service

Lancaster Alumni class of 2012 and i have been coming here since before then! I love this place! Hate that tweety wasnt there this time but my sister and I were well taken care of, and staff was VERY friendly with my fussy infant. Keep up the AWESOME Job Lucky Nails!

The work I had done is ridiculous! OK, well, it could be worse. Not even a week in and my gel polish has cracked. My hands doesnt look manicured, at all.The lady at the front and the younger guy has the best customer service in the place. The guy that sits in the 2ND seat...dont even bother. Apparently they cant adjust the heat level on the nail dryer. I told that chump it burned my fingers (like I tried to literally shake the burning polish off that was stuck to my nails) and his only concern was the polish not drying. When the younger guy finished my pedicure, he added a top coat and gave me his dryer. It worked like a charm. Nevertheless, Im so very disappointed and I shant return...EVER.

I go here every 2 to 3 weeks and I love it. The best price for gel nails then anywhere else, whether there are some that are broken or not. They charge $30. Cant beat that. Nice and neat work.

I have lived in the Lancaster, Texas and have frequent this nail salon for many years. occasionally, you will get a less experienced person AS WITH ANY SALON, but 99 percent of the time I am pleased. As customers we all have our favorites, but I have never experienced anyone being rude or witnessed racism . In fact, Asian people or very humble and accommodating by nature. Just thought I would counter the other negative remarks, I have no personal interest in this company one way or another, just thought the posted remarks were inaccurate.

Yesterday was my first time, and Phillip did a great job my nails were exactly like I wanted them and the price was good for what all I had done 👍🏽‘S up I will be returning. Satisfied customer 😀

Do not get your nails done here. The lady rushed through my nails. I didn’t try to shape them. They have cheap prices for a reason. Do not waste your time or money. I could’ve went next door and got some chicken.

They are the worst. The workers are always fussing with each other. The man rushes you so he can get to the next person. Pedicures are the worst. And all my daughters nails broke with in days of a fill in. Its one or two nice girls that work in there. There price should be cheap cause they dont do good work!!

I go to lucky nails monthly and everytime my eyebrows are done amazing and always look the exact way i want them to and same thing with my lashes. I get my nails done by andy and he does great designs and perfect almond shapes!!!

My last experience was the worst. Tweety messed me up days before my birthday and didnt want to fix it. She also burned my eyebrows rushing to help her regular customer.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady finished my full in less than 15 min. My nails were chunky not natural looking. She had the drill turned up too high and burned me. And over charged me. I wont be back.

Got a full set and pedicure, not much wait time and nails came out great

Went there this morning and got a full set and pedicure with the Gel Nail polish. Something very simple no design or anything and charged me $105.00. I have never paid that much money on just my nails and toes alone. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!

This place was horrible they were rude and unprofessional. On mon-fri manis are 16.00$ but I wanted my nail just a little longer then what he wanted. They charged me 19 more dollars for long nails. Then he painted them poorly cause I told him about the ripped off price. So I had to get him to repaint the nails cause he did a bad job. I wouldnt recommend a dog to go here. My first and my last time going here. Disappointment.

Horrible service. I asked for coffin shape and got alot of uneven and rounded nails. The painting was rushed and terrible. I got my eyebrows done too and they look no different than when I walked in. The staff literally walks around staring people down. They will never have my money ever again. I would not wish this salon on my worst enemy. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Tweety has been doing my nails for 25 yrs. I doubt many ppl can say that. We are moving out of Lancaster but I will continue to visit every few weeks.

Worst Nail shop ever, unprofessional, rude, pooooor custumer service, I will never go back there...they do not even deserve 1 star, the technichian cut my feet while scrapping, he didnt even get the ingrown toenails, I asked for another technician, they started talking their language, I asked them to speak so I could understand them, they told me I had to wait, I told them I wasnt waiting, I left and went to another nail shop, where I was completely satisfied, Please dont waste your time nor money with them, I cant understand how theyre still in business, TEN THUMBS DOWN!!!

I came in for a deluxe pedicure and might I say this whole experience has been the worst I ever had. From not greeting me at the door to waiting for service to soaking in cold water for over 20 minutes. So might I say if I get sick this place will be receiving the bill. Thanks for nothing much.

Terrible! Eyebrows were waxed, leaving a scab in the middle of my forehead. They were also shaped differently; Glue ran down my nail, series leaving an ugly hard odd shape.I will never return.

Got my nails done there, and there the worst she rushed and she didn’t do them right I got an allergic reaction to the acrylic, and she put it on my skin . Worse nail place ever !
