The staff is amazing, they make you feel like youre apart of their extended family. No matter what nail tech you choose, their work is always above and beyond. This is the only place Ive come to for over 10 years. I will continue to support their business and encourage others to do so.

This nail salon is my very favorite for years now - the girls, each one, is so good at what they do, the premises is clean, the prices are fair and I am never disappointed. A pedi is the one thing I do for myself as a treat and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Run, dont walk there!

So reading the reviews, I thought this would be a great place, but, yeah, not so much. Just walked in as per their sign “walk-ins welcome” and asked if I could get a manicure. Response: “no.” No alternatives offered, just no 😶

This is a Hidden Gem of nail salons in Lancaster area located in Regency Plaza off of Rohrerstown Road the staff is incredibly friendly whether youre a male or female client they dont talk excessively in foreign language to make you feel like your unimportant and they pay attention to what it is that you need after living in the area for many years we found this place and it is now our favorite place to go get manicures and pedicures they treat my wife very well I highly recommend it

Highly recommend! They stayed a bit after to make sure it was done right and didnt rush to be out the door. I had some blisters from some shoes and she was extremely careful around them, I was very grateful!! I had some bruises from dropping a chair on my leg and again she was very careful around that area. Not everyone would take the time to notice and ensure they didnt get any alcohol based products on the blisters or press too hard on the bruises.

I love this place. I got a gel manicure and it looked great. The price is great as well.

My favorite nail spot for 10 years. I love the hand massage at the end and they do great work. Super clean. Appointments are not always needed, but call ahead to see if there is an opening.

Worse place ever! Sign says they close at 7 arrived at 3:30 and was told they don’t have anytime for a pedicure this happened twice already... not giving them my business.

Kathys Nails is the BEST place for a manicure and a pedicure...a GREAT staff who are friendly and hard working...

I went a day before my appointment by mistake. She ask me what I wanted done and I told her I wanted my nails taken off and she said ok she started cutting them I jerked my hand back several times it hurt so bad so she put one finger in foil and the rest she cut off my nail look terrible. And the last time I got them done I asked her if they need to come off and she said no there fine .they hurt I cant even one a can of soda will not go back they are always in a hurry and she didnt seem to care that it hurt so much she could have put the remover on and foil or told me she just cant do it .

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady was in such a hurry she was ripping my skinso hard, i now have a black eye from how rough she was and a blood blister from her pinching my skin with her tweezing.I called to tell the manager just to advise her to let her team know there is no hurry and to take there time so they can avoid this situation again. She was not there when i was there in the AM. So when she called me back the next day she proceeded to tell me I probably hit my self later and didnt release. In her 10 years at her shop that this has never happened and it does not make sense to her and she wanted to know what i wanted. I was in complete shock and disbelief. I offered to show her pictures of my eye and even come in since i had my receipts and time stamped pictures.Sadly she sad no and she was sorry i felt how I felt and hung up.She was completely unprofessional and clearly did not have the slightest idea how to deal with a customer. Please be careful when going here. It could end with a lovely black eye.

Gel top coat $5 extra, gel nail polish $35, any shape nail other than square $5 extra, acrylic so thin you will be able to still bind your nail. Not the best place to get your nails done.
