Went in for a full set & pedi . i received my pedicure and asked for acrylic on my two big toes . it has been a week & the left toe acrylic came off . the application was wobbly and she didnt use a primer or file for acrylic . i paid $100 for a simple mid length full set & simple pedicure . i was in the salon for well over three hours . in giving three stars because it was clean & staff are friendly . but work is wonky

I’ve went to this place multiple time cause it’s close by . However everytime I go I ask for something and they try to persuade me to get something else . When I’m sitting in the chair getting my nails done they all huddle around me and laugh and make comments in another language and it’s super uncomfortable . They charge me $80 for the nails I got in the picture below . It wasn’t gel just paint and they wouldn’t add any design or I would’ve been over 100 . If I would’ve got the set that I wanted in the picture on top I wouldn’t of mind paying $80 . By the time they were finished I just paid and I asked if I could take a nail file so I could fix them myself . I usually go to a girl who does it at home an I pay her 100$ everytime and she does an amazinggg job any color any deign but I was in a rush so I went back to this place and was let down again . I also got my toes done an they changed me 50$ And they looked horrible an I got the 13 min massage and the lady watched TV the whole time she was doing it it didn’t feel good whatsoever . I also got my eyebrows down here a few times and everytime they make them super thin an get wax all over my face an once in my eye an don’t even clean it . Also don’t even try making an appointment cause thats a joke first come first serve an if they’re busy they’ll put you in a chair an make you wait over an hour I’ve watched so many people just get up an leave . They even put your feet in water and by the time they come the water will be ice cold 😂 I’ve spent a lot of money at this place well over a couple thousand dollars and you’d think they’d take care of me to keep me coming back but they don’t so I’ll never be going back again 😂

It was my first time going here and I really like my nails, I don’t really have a complaint it was all a good experience. Pretty clean and comfy chairs. The person doing my nails cared a lot about what he was doing I could tell, after about an hour and a half of getting my old set taken off and a new set put on, it was 55 dollars and I will be coming back. :)

I could not be happier with the gel set I got today! The man who did my nails did a fantastic job! The salon itself was very clean and the prices were reasonable for the high quality work. I look forward to going again!

They provide great customer service. Fast and friendly. Clean, new, updated salon. If you are looking for a great manicurist then look no further and ask for Peter. He’s the best in town. If you’re looking for some one to make your feet look like new and do an excellent job removing callus and making your feet soft and silky then please ask for Tony. If you want to get your money worth then these two guys are your go to guys here. I have traveled all the way to Vegas to find someone to do a great job on my hands and feet and I cannot think of anyone better than these two guys

I really enjoyed my experience here. It had been quite awhile since Id had my toes and nails done so got a pedicure and a full set. Both were relaxing and it was so nice just to pamper myself. The staff was nice and seemed eager to help and make you feel comfortable.I am going back to have Tracy do my nails again.

Extremely beautiful shop, nice massage chairs and ambience. Despite staying busy, Im sewn quickly without an appointment. Also very clean. I gave 4 stars because although there are many useful and the latest trendy products available such as scrubs, nail dips, gel polishes and designs, various mani/pedi options the add ons are pricey and I easily paid $70 for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The prices listed was $35 and $10, and my design never appears like the one I choose. Thats my only issue. Worth trying them out though.

It was nice very gentle and sweet people, sometimes she was aggressive but not a lot, I did ask for cow print but got cheetah though,, still no complaints really! my nails are gorgeous

Sometimes they had stunk attitudes..The work is okay...fel polish dont last..if you go for full set they help u quick..if you go for them to to fix a nail or two. They dont have time .If you go for the works..They are nice. More money better attitude

I set an appointment up here for my wife based on decent overall reviews. She was spoken to rudely, her credit card thrown back at her, dismissed over the phone when inquiring where the business was located as maps has it wrong, and had her fingers injured by the technician being careless and neglectful during filing. Absolutely do not recommend anyone subject yourselves to this place.

Language barriers is rough no descent English speaking. Did a good job on nailsI went back and had a different encounter, i knew what I requested and how much and it was relayed correctly. Service was outstanding

Went in and was told to make an appointment because they were pretty busy and I greed when I arrived to my appointment I was still waiting for almost an hour to get the services started as I made it for myself and my 2 daughters. After they messed up the nail art on my daughters nail and because I asked for either a refund or change of nail art now the owner said they were too bury to get started on my full set my pedicure was done so quickly she hurt the side of my toe and painted my nails as if I painted them at home. I wont be coming back for sure!!!

I never leave bad reviews but this one needs a warning for anyone looking to get nails done there!!I attempted to use their business. I had called about a week prior to make an appointment they said there was no need that I can ask for a walk in. When I arrived the lady was very rude and I was told that there is no walk in due to it being too full. I asked if I can be added to the wait slot and she said no we are too full. I was willing to wait a while sso that she wasn’t so full.So I asked if I could wait until they are not too full and she rudely told me to “no, leave.” I left disappointed and will not be returning.A note for the business: if you offer walk-ins then make sure you follow through no matter how busy it is. Make a waitlist instead of shooing your customers off.

The pedicure was ok, nothing special. The gel nails didn’t last longer than 6 days before they started chipping and peeling. When they took off my original gel they filed it off rather than soaking thr gel off. They filed too much and made my nails super thin and very short. They also kept electric filing the skin around my nails which was quite painful. It was also the most expensive services I’ve had. It was around $85 for gel manicure and a very basic pedicure, I asked for the second least expensive pedi. I was not impressed.

Okay...the second time. The guy didnt do my nails properly. He didnt cure the gel polish and it chipped by day 3.

I could never get my nails done I did get a pedicure she did a nice job I had to come back the next day was told to come the next I felt like they didnt want me back I left there not understanding why I didnt complain about anything

This is the second time I go to this place & the last. The first time I had a bad experience but I decided to give this place a second chance. The nail tech was rude, she did not understand what I was asking for even though I showed her a pic & frankly what I wanted was simple. She refused to help me find colors that were similar to the pic. She kept complaining about my nails and talking to me in a very rude manner. I hate this place

I feel bad for saying this but I’m not completely satisfied with my nails. I went for the dip powder like I did last time but this time it was not the owner lady who did them. Unfortunately, the nail tech did not seem experienced with dip powder so my nails, are lumpy, bubbly and uneven. Nail shape is almost different on all fingers. I feel bad for saying anything because she was kind and at least she tried. This place is always a hit or miss for me.

LADIES STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE!! They are loud and obnoxious. These people speak Vietnamese so loud and annoying making their clients uncomfortable! They make you feel like theyre talking about you(client)!! They need to realize that its rude to do that! SPEAK ENGLISH otherwise stop being so loud!
