Took my niece in an hour before closing and she got the best service. The technician took his time and she was thrilled with the out come! Highly recommend

This is the only place that I will get my nails done at. They are so nice and very friendly. They do such a awesome job. I highly recommend them.

I always go to the nail tech V. She always does a great job. They never break and hardly grow out to quickly. Very happy with her services.

I cant ever get the same person to do my nails. They were great for a long time, but now Im thinking about finding another salon.

They were pretty rude to me and another customer. My tech got mad when I said I wasnt sure about a base color. The nail art looks like it was done by an amateur. Also, the place wasnt clean. Definitely wont be back. Very disappointed.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! I went and they were so even and these people messed them up. It’s not the first time it happens. I have also seen myself people walk out upset because their eyebrows were messed up. Do not come here if you don’t want your eyebrows messed up!!!

Its okay. I only went there because my favorite spot was wayyyy to busy. I asked repeatedly for powder nails, he gave me gel and he mixed a color up that I didnt want or ask for and he honestly behaved like he didnt know what he was doing... the nails came out okay.. but my decorative nail was messed up and the sticker was peeling out of the polish?? I wont go back there unless for emergency nail appointments.

I like happy nails but most of the tech are stingy on the use of nail polish. Most of them give brush scrubs with dried to little nail polish on the brush. This cause the nail to look unprofessional and lumpy in the polish work. Its thin in coating n almost transparency in their work. For the prices people has to pay the quality should be better...

I have gone here quite a few times now, thought I finally found my nail salon. However, this most recent time left me extremely disappointed, especially since I went for my birthday right before I left on a trip so I couldnt squeeze more time in for them to fix my Brand NEW set!I am in need for a fill, but I am at a loss because these are horrible, lifting from the tip of my nail since day one, bubbles in the acrylic, and the gentleman that worked on my nails sanded the white tip before adding acrylic which caused scratches on the tips! In my 17 years of getting my nails done I have never had a nail tech do that!I dont like soaking them off or having them remove them to fix their mistake because it makes my real nail even softer. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I came there at 2:55 with less customers at the time and sat down for a pedicure within 2 minutes. Sat at the pedicure foot sink for 10 minutes with no water and employees told me to wait another 10 minutes and I informed them that I didn’t have much time to spare waiting.. the employees then told me to come back later and I got no services. No water, no one asked did I need anything. NOTHING. This place is a disgrace and I’ll never return

Tools are not sanitized, the drill was filthy they used on my fingers! The files are dirty, they should be using a new file on each person.

I went to this nail salon today. Waited two hours just to get in. Came out with my fingers cut up. I now have scabs all underneath my nails. It was overpriced for the work they did on my nails. Never going back again. Don’t recommend.

The nail tech was not happy with me for not wanting to spend $55.00 on my pedi. I only wanted a basic. I told her that several time. I wanted reg polish so I could remove it my self. She was talking ugly to her coworker. I may not be able to understand the language but I can understand the tone. She cut to of my toes with the clippers. No apology just a dirty look that I jerk my foot away. I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Customer Service was terrible, overall did a good job, but were very critical.

They took my prescription contact out my eye when putting my lashes on...i dont know how in the world did they do that and still charged me full price...

This place was horrible. They overcharged me 58.00 for simple pedicure. Nothing extra. They did a terrible job on my toes and the whole time she kept trying to push higher things on me. When I told her I wasn’t interested she started speaking in her language and all her family looked at me and laughed... I was humiliated and embarrassed. They were mean and no respect for customers. Will not go back ever again!!!!!!’

Unfair the lady was mad at me because she had my nails loooking lumpy and not cute uneven etc they didn’t look professional at alll . I went back to fix she was blaming it on the matte top coat, . Making excuses beating around the bush ! By far worst experience ever with nail salon

Although the employees were very friendly and professional, these nails are the worst I’ve ever had done. I had SNS removal and then SNS manicure. Each nail was chipped at the ends after only 5 days. SNS has lasted me 3 weeks any other place I’ve had my nails done and even after 3 weeks, they crack and come away from my nail, not chip and shatter. I would say it’s because I do rough work, but one of them chipped when I picked up sunglasses and my nail barely touched them. Again, employees were very nice and accommodating, but the nails are what you pay for and they were terrible quality.

Came in with a split nail from powder. Wanted ombre. DAT WAS AMAZING.

I went to Happy Nails yesterday during my lunch break for a fill-in. I arrived about 11:45 so I didn’t have to wait. As soon as I was told where to sit, the nail techs put the gel colors in front of me and asked me to choose a color . I told them several times that I didn’t want gels . They kept telling me gel last longer. I told them that I understand but I don’t want gels. After I refused gel several times the young lady that was doing my nails became very RUDE! I picked 2 colors, she was not happy about doing the ring finger a different color. I had to ask her repeatedly to clean the nail polish from around a few of my fingers.. I was so disappointed in the service. Usually I leave a tip but I didn’t. The quality of the work was fine but the unprofessional attitude was unnecessary. I won’t go back there and wouldn’t recommend . She was very RUDE!

Uneven texture. Cut down way too short from the initial length picked. Sloppy painting. Been a year since I came here because of a bad experience last time and I figured I would give them a second try. Big mistake. Just had them done Saturday and gonna have them re-done Thursday. Rushed the wax and I literally sat in the parking lot and plucked my eyebrows. I payed 138 for fill in, wax and toe nail color change on 2 people. Never again.

I take my mother there and she loves getting her pedicure done and they treat her well.

Just moved to Lancaster and have been looking for a good salon and I finally found one! Reasonable prices and iam so happy with my nails! Only giving 4 stars because the first time I came I wasnt very happy with the shape of my nails and she didnt cut or push my cuticles back, and was on her phone with head phones in the ENTIRE time. But I decided to go back and give them another go. Went to a different tech and he did such a fabulous job! Took his time, soaked my hands and trimmed my cuticles, great shape! I will definitely be back to see Nhat!!

First and last time going here. Rude Disrespectful misquoted prices. Cut me while filing around my nails.

Don’t waste your time or money on a pedicure here because they are awful. She couldn’t focus on my pedicure because she was too busy asking if I wanted other services. Note to Happy Nails...if you are not doing a good job on what I asked for why would I be willing to try anything else you offer.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else has to be better than here. I just got my nails done by Dat. He did an excellent job with extreme attention to detail. He has a very gentle hand and was very quick. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. Im very pleased and will definitely go back again. Thank you, Dat.

I live Happy nails they have great customer service and all the nails tech are respectful to their customers and the business is very clean.

I had SNS dip and a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was absolutely amazing. She paid a lot of attention to detail and my nails look amazing. I’ve been getting SNS for about a year now and she’s by far the best. The man who did my pedicure was very fast and kept asking about other services. And my feet look ok, definitely have had better pedicures. I’m still giving 5 stars because of how amazing she was.

Been going since I was 14; Im now 33. Been all over the place and Ive only found one other salon thats in CA which is exceptional besides Happy Nail. If youre not getting what you want, then open your mouth and tell them; they will fix it..

I went there yesterday for eyebrows and individual eyelashes and they did such an awesome job. The guy that does the lashes OMG I loved him. My lashes are fully long natural looking and so light. Im definitely coming back to them on a regular basis.

My mom just had to seek medical attention after getting an infection from them. The infection was so bad her thumb swelled. After being a faithful customer for over 13 years (including previous owners) they have lost her business. They have some new ladies working there now and they are doing a terrible job. DO NOT GO THERE!

I will never go back to this place. I had a pedicure and nails trimmed and painted it looks like my 7 yr old daughter done it paint all over my hands and feet and my nails werent filed good. They need to slow down and pay attention to the customer they are working on instead of rushing through so they can get to the next customer.

I would really recommend coming to this nail place, they have great workers and they do the best ombre nails ever. I got my nails done there and they did them perfectly.

Havent been in years an nothing has changed got a pedicure I think if thats what they call it!!! had to ask him to turn the massagers back on but I now see why they were turned off when asked to turn on he got a cup & was scooping out water so it wouldnt overflow they have no clue what a pedi is he didnt even use the pusher to push my cuticles back... just shut the doors and save us time an money I will stick to my original place PINK & WHITE I would have left satisfied p.s. Im more tense now then when I came in SMH!! 0 starts for me

Nhat is the best. I love how he engages in conversation with you the whole time he does your nails. He is the eyebrow GOD. EVen got mines growing back right.

I have never gone to any place where, you sit for two hours and get nothing done! This place is horrible, I do not recommend this place to anyone! If I could give them zero stars, I would! My friend was trying to get a pedicure and they left her sitting in the water until it was ice cold! I was trying to get my nails done and all the did was glue the ned on my nails on and walked away, grabbed some tolls and waisted them, in the same bowl they wash peoples feet! They left to the back and when they came back, they called me name out, then took another person and stared to work on them instead. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Like I said before I do not recommend them at all!

I pay extra for gel polish & it never stays on here.. always chips after 3 days. Going back to Hollywood nails where you get your moneys worth

They literally took three other customers before me. One lady is currently getting a fill in. The other two are getting pedicures and all I want is a full set. Ive been here for more than half an hour and the people who came after me are damn near done! Maybe the service is based on regular customers but this NEW customer will not be back! Unhappy ass nails!

When I came here I was not happy with my experience, my nails were done poorly and I felt the lady I had doing my nails was rude. She had headphones in the whole time.

Overall bad experience. I asked for a nail design and instead of them telling me it was something they couldnt do they did an extremely sloppy job. The lady doing my nails was extremely rude and did not apologize for her bad work, she just made excuses. They charged me $41 for a fill in because they used gel polish. So they were rude AND I was over charged. They wont get my money again.
