Well worth it. As a child I didnt have pleasant experiences with any dentist. They never stopped to consider my feelings or to educate me. I.made a vow to find a dentist that would do just that for my children and they did exactly that! Doctor Setti, if I am spelling it correctly, was patient and very informative. She never rushed us and heard all of my concerns. My boys did so well with her and the staff was superb. They were considerate and helpful and made me feel at ease about the entire experience! Ruby is doing a great job at the front desk and the dental assistant was amazing. They went over and beyond to assist my family and I. As a mom of 3, I am always overwhelmed and trying to accommodate each child but here I didnt have to do it alone.

The staff and Dr Patel were very friendly and knowledgeable. And we were able to get a Saturday appointment without having to wait forever!

I enjoy going to Pleasant Run Family Dental . Doctor Cooper removed several of my teeth which was a difficult procedure. He’s great. This is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. I have never been a fan of dentists but this place has changed my view. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Which is something I have never experienced before.

I hadnt been to the dentist in so many years and really was ashamed of how bad I let my mouth become. Dr. Patel and her staff were so good to me and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in until I left. During the entire treatment her and her assistant both kept asking if I was okay, if I needed a break and just kept reassuring me that everything was going smoothly. I truly appreciate the job she did and the professionalism of every one one staff. They will definitely be my go to spot for all my dental needs going forward!

I love Dr. Setti! She is really great, and all the people that works there are very warm people. I wouldnt go any where else. She does really great cleaning. I didnt know your teeth could get so clean, look so shiny. Ive been to a lot of places for cleanings, you should go to her office, and you wont be disappointed. You have my word! It was like I had brand new teeth. I kid you not! You should go there and give it a try. I know you would be amazed. Oh! I need to mention bridges. I have one that Dr. Setti made for me. I couldnt feel them in my mouth. You who ware them know how bulky they can be...right. I thought this was it. They wont get better, again I was wrong. These are amazing. I can eat without food getting under then. I ate a hard apple today with bridges...no problem! Do what I did and try pleasant run dental. I forgot to take them off, and fell asleep with them in. Best dentist I’ve ever been to they are so nice. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Furthermore Their pricing is good and the service is unmatched. They have the best doctor, you can tell she is the best at what she do. Also everyone who worked there are very nice . Idk if I’m supposed to be saying this in my review but I actually kind fell in love with one of the people that was working there, That brushed my teeth even though I couldn’t see her cause she was wearing a mask I like the way she talked. I havent been to a dentist in a couple years it was a great experience dr p1atel was very patient and easy going on me...she explained step by step as to what she was going during my tooth extraction procedure I was scared and nervous but the dr and her assistant excellent in guiding me through it all. Excellent service by staff and Dr. She made me feel really comfortable after years of always dreading to visit the dentist. A procedure (root canal) that I had done and was fearful of always she made it really assuring and easy-going than what I was previously used to. I would say visiting this dentist over the past year was like finding a gold egg at a Easter egg hunt.

Dr. Setti and her team are absolutely the best. They are really professional at their jobs and they are quick to get to you. Specially during this COVID-19, they go way beyond to make sure your visit is as safe as possible. Dr. Cooper does a fantastic job on teeth extractions like he did mine today on 7-24. They will work with you on payment plan if you need any kind of major dental work done. You can make payments til your ready to get the work done. So I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Patel and her staff were AMAZING! Very friendly, professional, and efficient! My teeth look BEAUTIFUL! The Lab did a Fantastic job and you cant even tell that I had gaps in my teeth. Only got x-rays because they couldnt confirm my insurance on Saturday so we will see come Monday how I feel after work is done. Works you in early if possible if you cant make it back for months. Truck driver. Pretty quick after paperwork is filled out.

I initially visited the place across the street next to the dry cleaners. They did my X-rays and said they’d have to schedule me at a later time to continue with my treatment. Before I came in for my follow up, I called to make sure everything was set only to be told they didn’t accept my insurance anymore. I sort of have the feeling they never did and they were just wasting my time... but then I saw that this place opened up next to the dollar tree and thought I’d give them a shot. Not only do they accept my insurance and most others, they were able to take care of all my procedures within minutes. The dentist and staff were all very professional and welcoming, the building is very clean and beautiful, and there was little to no wait. I look forward to returning for my next check up. Y’all gained a new loyal customer! 👍🏻

Not a very good experience for me. Was in the office for 5 hours. The assistant was very judgmental and making sying noises like I was taking up too much of her time. I spoke to the dentist about it and was told that they were short handed that day but to please come back on Monday for her to finish up and she would have another assistant there. I told her ok. Well I just left the office and it wasnt better. The assistant seemed like she didnt know the layout of the office but was much better than the last one. It was the dentist this time. She numbed my gums and went to work on another person and then had to come back and numb me again. Then she rushed thru my procedure. By this time I was done. But when I went to check out I noticed I had been over charged. I asked them to cancel my follow-up. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MORE OF MY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!! Even though my fillings feel like they are to high for my teeth to come together. Bad Bad BAD EXPERIENCE!
