Looking for other patients like myself who have experienced dentist malpractice from this place. Need about 5 to 6 people in order to open a case against dr johnathan l maddatu. Neglected to tell me how severe my gingivitis has gotten that it turned into gum disease and even with the laser surgery I’m expected to still lose several or more of my teeth. Went in for a check up a month ago looked at my mouth and said they were looking healthier and I was told by both of the dentist there. Never got to explain the issues I was having due to them never coming back into the room or rushing out the door leaving their assistance to deal with it. Write a review if you have felt with the same issues from a professional who isn’t professional at all.was told my gums are looking healthier but luckily I went to pacific dental to see an actual professional who said my periodontal disease was severe and that I needed surgery so that I won’t lose all of my teeth or have a deteriorating jawbone. Thanks to these people who work at this place I’ll be a 30 year old missing majority of my teeth and jawbone.

I love this dental office which is unbelievable for me to say as someone who hates and is terrified of dental work. They are always patient with me and my anxiety. They dont rush me to calm down, they are understanding and gentle and have never made me feel bad for my anxiety in the chair. I have and do reccomend this office to anyone fearful of dentistry. Thank you for all you do.

Staff was wonderful. But as far as cleanliness goes 1 star...i took pictures and they are horrifying. Would not recommend due to sanitary reasons.

Really professional outspoken people easy to explain with my disability they help me to understand go over the paper before I sign and when I got there they treating me respect and with class I am bless how they treat me there......

My Experience Was Very Very Nice The Staff Were Very Professional, Very Kind And Caring And The Doctor Was So Very Nice, Professional And Easy When Going Threw An Extraction They Really Care You Can Call And Ask Questions, And Get Answers, And You Do Not Have To Put Up With Ant Attitudes Only Kindness If I Had To Refer People I Would Most Definatly Refer Them Here You Guys Rock!!!!

Do not go here or the lancaster location. They take your money, make you feel like it is your fault they had to tell you yup you need a root canal, and send you on your way still in pain. When you complain they take your money and refer you to a different dentist. Noone wants to spend $1 for 5 mins in a massage chair!!! #ripoff

Dr P was the best! 20+ yrs of practice, this was the best expieriance i have ever had at a dentistry. Will definetly go back for more treatments i.e. cleanings/fillings...
