I have been seeing Dr. Gupta since they opened. She is truly amazing. I just finished a round of work that with any other dentist I probably wouldn’t have wanted to finish, but she made it easy. Since I’ve met her she has always made me feel comfortable when I told her that coming to the dentist always makes me anxious. She never made me feel embarrassed about that. I just told her last night that she’s the only dentist in life that I’ve stayed with this long. She’s so nice and she truly makes your time with her delightful. If you’re looking for a dentist who will treat you with kindness and give you a great experience as well as take good care of you she’s the one. I also love the office staff too! They always greet me as soon as I walk in! They even work with me on appointments with me having a busy schedule and my kids. First of all, this place is so nice as soon as you walk in there’s really soft couches and nice decorations, it’s a fresh, comfortable environment. They also had Grey’s Anatomy playing on the TV in the waiting area which was great. They helped me out a lot when it came to contacting my insurance and getting the right information, they are all very professional workers at this dentist office. I had a great experience, glad I chose this place to visit and will be back again.

I arrived 15 minutes early as advised.I waited in the waiting room for TWO HOURS! Pulled back to of course have ALL X-RAYS done.By the time the doctor came in I was visibly upset and explained to him that I had been there for three hours. He apologized and said he would make sure the rest of my visit went as planned. He told me everything that is wrong with my teeth and I need a deep cleaning that would require a sedative or numbing of the gums for the DEEP CLEANING. I just said fine do it. But it had to be another appointment. So for my annual visit that my deductible and coins is waived on I walked out with NOTHING not even my X-rays!At the end of the day I received NOTHING I had scheduled the appointment for! The lady who had never come back asked where I lived and when I said downtown Dallas she replied “oh that’s not too far” as if my 3+ hours wasted here was not so bad because my drive home wasn’t “so bad”!!I left that building at 6:17 which is 13 minutes shy of FOUR HOURS! To have been told I need to schedule ANOTHER appointment for my fillings and deep cleaning for $2000+ out of pocket and a refusal to do a basic cleaning as I had requested and initially scheduled my appointment for! I cried the whole 26 minutes home.I’ve never been so forgotten about and felt like I was buying an automobile before I got the initial test drive!!!If X-rays and what was to be a CLEANING took 13 minutes shy of four hours why would you not have given me the basic cleaning my insurance pays for? Oh yeah because there’d be a chance I wouldn’t come back and you at least get to bill my insurance for all of the X-rays I can’t even take to another dentists office!At the end of the day I didn’t see Dr. Gupta nor was I told there was a possibility I’d see someone else. I was denied the basic cleaning I came in for! And left there 13 minutes shy of four hours, crying the whole way home! And I do mean crying!!!

Absolutely horrible.. This was my 1st time taking my kids. One of my kids didnt even get her cleaning or treatment, they arent kid friendly at all. The hygienist acted like they didnt wanna be there. The is my absolute last visit here. Had the nerve to tell me to come back. 👎👎

Let me start off by saying Lancaster Family Smiles definitely knows what customer service is all about. I got an extreme makeover with a crown and two fillings, that’s how good of a job Dr. Gupta performed. The staff throughout is professional, caring, informative and hands down true to customer satisfaction. Now that I’ve gotten that part out the way, that darn Dr. Gupta is an outright perfectionist she does not stop until it’s right and she ensures that her assistants have completed every element of the task. They work together as a team. I trusted her work so much I told her I don’t need a mirror to see because anyone that strives for perfectionist is the definition of loyal and making the customer satisfied in a exceptional way. With ten thousand tongues Im screaming thank you and highly recommended from Desoto to Lancaster Family Smiles, keep up the superb work!

To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement! For starters, I’ve had to waste 2 days at this establishment. They failed to inform me that the office would be closed on Aug 31, 2021. I found out when I arrived on time to a LOCKED door. After knocking on the door, calling the phone number, and then going back to beat on the door, someone came just to tell me they are closed due to a family emergency & sorry no one called to tell you. I was cool and they said they can fit me in on Sept 1, 2021. The lady told me they can get me in at 3 and have me out at 3:45. Fast forward to my new apartment date and I arrived at 3:02 only to have to wait until a sales agent to finish passing out his business card before being addressed. At 3:20pm, I asked if I was going to be seen because I need to be gone by 4pm (even though I was told I’d be out by 3:45) for work. The lady who assisted me the day before came out and said, “we need to get him out, so go ahead and take him to the back”. Keep in mind I’m the only one that was there. So at 3:22pm I was sent back. At 4:07 I was walking out and still hadn’t seen the doctor. No one opened their mouth to say anything when I exited the building, they continued on with their conversation. This is a horrible reflection on Dr. G and her practice and has left a horrible taste in my mouth. 2 whole days wasted and still didn’t get any service!

I just had my first root canal and honestly, everything went PERFECT. Mrs. Angelita and Dr. Ann did everything perfect. Nothing hurt. I didn’t feel a single thing. Everything went by super fast. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. They even gave me a blanket which, might I add, took the comfort level through the roof! The check out process was super easy! Netty informed me of anything that I might need to know going home & worked with me on getting scheduled at a good time, to come back. She was great, super friendly & warm! I WILL be returning for future dental needs and services. They are the BEST. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Omg what an experience!! The girls in the front desk are the sweetest, they have great customer service and also have a few that speak Spanish which always helps! The Dr is very educated and very nice aswell as the rest of the workers at this office! They even gave my daughter a balloon and let me put a movie on for her! 10/10 would recommend this dentist office!

Came to Lancaster family smiles for them to fix a broken tooth. They pressed me into getting over 6k $ worth of work done. They broke a tool into my root canal, sent me to a specialist to have it fixed ( which I had to pay out of pocket for) got my crown put on and 6 months later my crown is now broken. I will not go back to have it fixed and Im now looking for another dentist to fix all the mess Lancaster family smiles had made. This place is a nightmare, stay away!

Omg!!! I was in great PAIN&AGONY with rotten teeth & cavities in my mouth. Been dealing with it for 2days. God lead me to google and Lancaster Family Smiles POPPED up1st! I called crying, hurting with no dental insurance just had been to Waxahachie Er 2days prior. Spoke with Ms.Erica on the phone she kindly and softly reassured me that they could help and yo come on in!!! This Dentistry location is above a RATING OF 10!! Dr.Gupta 😘 so AMAZING,& GENTLE!! Every staff member that I encountered during my visit was also AMAZING & PHENOMENAL from Erika whom took my call, to Ms.Angela allowed me to hold her hand because she saw the pain and agony that I was in! Very unprofessional. 1st and 2nd appointment for my daughter dr was late 1 hr. 3rd appointment 2 hrs late and when we walked out to tye lobby, it was so full people had to be standing up and some were even outside waiting. No respect for peoples time and money.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing! All the doctors are very attentive, informative and very nice. Never going to another dental office as long as this one is around. Ms. Brooke was so informative and always makes you feel like family.

This was an amazing, blessed experience. Dr. Gupta and her team do ALL they can to ensure you receive the best service with kindness and smiles. They do not mind putting in the footwork. The operations manager, Brooke Thompson, makes sure you leave with a full understanding of all associated costs and treatment plan. She reviews the paperwork line by line. She makes sure she knows what your insurance will or will not pay for as well as assist with options to cover the portion you’re responsible for but without pressure of pushing you into a high interest credit situation. I just turned 18 and it was the first time I went to the dentist on my own, so I was expecting to be a little lost but everyone was very nice and patient. They keep in mind what’s best for you, and I got what I needed done the same day. Im usually a nervous person but the assistant (Jasmine I believe) and Doctor Gupta made me laugh and continued to check on me. They were very helpful and clear on everything we talked about. I’m glad I found a place I can feel comfortable at!

I had multiple procedures done and was very pleased with Dr. Aurora, who has great bedside manner and did impeccable dental work. This dental office is amazing. From the business side to the actual operations side. I was actually nervous before I came in but once I was in Manny was really cool and put me at ease. Dr J work is awesome, she was really caring and delicate were she could be. The office staff is great, Mrs Brook Explained and made the billing part very easy for me and Ms Nette personality at the desk will definitely brighten your day after the pain

Today was my first and last day coming to this office. I gave them another chance after my appointment was cancelled because I didnt confirm it even though I made it online. So today I arrive at 2:30 fill out new patient forms and finally get called back around 3:15. Jasmine took x-rays and when she finished I sat there for 40 minutes until someone came in to do my cleaning. I was offered no communication or apologies for the delay. I left the office at 5pm. Will not be back. Do not recommend this place.
