I went in for an oil change and two chips in my windshield. The crew worked very hard on a long line of cars. The Store Manager was very professional and was able to make recommendations based on past service. I would go again. I love Ladies Tuesday!

Great service an actual working manager supervising the other team members as they did their jobs. There was around 5 workers and they all seemed to have a clue on what needed to be done. Great job Ill be back.

These guys are super. I really hope Grease Monkey does a good job of paying when their folks work past 6, but there was a giant line and they still got me in on a day when I really needed service. I really appreciate that.

Dont go here! Extremely un professional and they will hire anyone to work on your car! They somehow messed up a tire rotation 6 months ago and when I noticed and brought it back they gave me 2 free rotations for the future. Fast forward, my new shop Firestone down the street is backed up so I figured Id give these guys one more shot since Ive got a free rotation.... they say that cant do it because their lift is down and they dont have any floor jacks in the entire place! What a joke!! Go see Murry at Firestone

My daughter and I, each dropped off our cars and went to lunch next door while both vehicles were serviced. They did a great job! After lunch, our vehicles were ready and waiting for us.

The grease monkey is a quick oil change and check up on a vehicle. Plus you can go, for free, to get your fluids checked and refilled until your scheduled oil change. Oh and plus, they wash your windows, inside and out

They were very fast and friendly. I found a cabin filter cheaper than they were offering and the tech matched the price. They said I can come by once between services to top off fluids and any time for wiper fluid which is awesome.

The staff (3) at this location were exceptionally courteous. They recommended two services that needed to be performed. I have known that I needed these services, but I kept putting it off until I was over the mileage of when the services should have been done. I did however have a plethora of questions for the technician, he explained in detail why it was necessary that these two services be performed. Finally, I put aside procrastination and had the services done. Thank you to the staff of Grease Monkey.

Best place in Lakewood to get your oil changed amazingly friendly staff and fast service theyre not pushy they dont try to haggle you to buy something you dont need, but they do keep track of your vehicle maintenance and do tell you what needs to be done. They always vacuum, and clean the windows, and even do sweet things like leave you flowers. We drive 20+ miles out of our way just to go here every time.

I honestly don’t know why I keep coming to this grease monkey. It’s probably the slowest one I’ve ever been to and it doesn’t have WiFi like most of the other ones do. The last two times I was here it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. They usually tell me it will be 45 min to an hour and it’s always been longer. It sucks because this one is the most convenient for me to get to but it’s not convenient when it takes this long. On the upside, they did leave me a rose in my car the most recent time I went.

On 9/14 at approximately 430pm. The unfixed, broken front door at the south Wadsworth location, slammed me in the back of my leg as I was carrying my infant. I got a horrible bruise and all they offered my husband was $5 off. Thats appalling!I have extensive pictures of the door and my leg after the incident.Update:I called the district manager, Mr. S. Martinez, a few times, he hasnt called me back even though he said to call him to discuss the matter. This is atrocious!!

I got a oil change. The guys were friendly. However they told me they looked at my front dif, rear dif, and transfer case fluids and it was time to change them. They also said my air filter needed changing. I just had my friend check my 3 fluids and they were fine. I even had my own mechanic change my rear dif fluids a few days prior. So those fluids are fine. I personally changed the air filter myself a month ago. I don’t appreciate being sold on things I don’t actually need. Its dishonest. Im an attractive female. They probably thought I’d be an easy sell. I wont be back. I will just pay more and have my mechanic do my oil change next time. At least he doesnt lie to me.

Did a good job with cleaning but took over 90 minutes. Called ahead and they said they had my filter. Didn’t find out for another 30 min of waiting they didn’t. Sent someone out and it was another hour+ to complete the job. Only one car ahead of me when I pulled in that had “20 min left”. They tried making it better with a $6 off discount that went up to $13 or this likely would’ve been a 2 star.

A major incident happend at this location on 9/14/3018!The district manager, S. Martinez, has not returned a phone call, despite his apology and asking me to call him to discuss the incident. This matter is unresolved and has become inconceivable!

I had my oil changed yesterday in a Toyota Tundra that holds nearly 8 quarts and was charged for same (Mobile 1 synthetic which is not cheap). I checked my oil this morning and the dipstick indicated the oil level half way between the add and full indicator. Perhaps this is a Grease Monkey policy but I like my oil to be full so I added a half quart. The technician did tell me that I could stop by for one top off when I picked up my truck but it was easier for me to add the half quart. The service was fast and the order writer was very friendly.

Their cost is way over priced. Plus their customer service skills need working on. They really try to sell additional services.

Worst experience of my life I went to go get an oil change for my bmw that I just got out the dealership 3 days ago and it was running perfectly fine so I went to go get an oil change and I got my oil change and left car was running fine til 5 minutes later my brake and my check engine light went on and i got codes for crankshaft sensors and I went and tried to talk to the manager there and all he wants to do is argue and fight if I Am paying 155 dollars for an oil change I should get what I am expected but what I got is a broken car instead

These guys have always taken excellent care of me and my husband. We had an engine light go on and they even hooked it up to the machine and told us what the problem was with no charge. Was very impressed with the customer service and politeness of the mechanics. Definitely are go to place all the time for an oil change and miscellaneous, such as changing the lightbulb in the blinker Etc and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do it

Great place with in and out service, Only thing is the price of injector cleaner was way over priced and tire rotation should have been included with service. I did not get injector or tire rotation service nd can easily do my self.

These guys were great! Dropped in for an oil change and ended up needed a few other things. They talked with me first before doing anything and didnt try to pressure me into services I didnt want. Went in for a oil change, got my car back, realized a few weeks later they never put new oil in it. It was empty from the oil change that they never re filled . Thank God I realized something was wrong before my car got severely ruined. Maybe re teach your employees how to do a PROPER OIL CHANGE, Ive been through enough to know they ALWAYS put new oil after.

It was time to get an oil change on my vehicle so I drove to Grease Monkey on 515 S. Federal Blvd. ( This is the Grease Monkey I always take my car to get an oil change) This Grease Monkey was packed and they told me it would an hour before they could help me. So one of the mechanics referred me to the Grease Monkey on 1098 S. Wadsworth. When I drove up I noticed that there was two cars being serviced at the time. So I decided to get an oil change. There were many employees there so I thought I would get out of there quick. It took them over an hour to finish my car. There were three vehicles that arrived after me and got finished before my my vehicle. My children and I looked thru the windows to see what was taking so long. Thats when Riley turned and looked at the window at told my daughter WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT!!! I couldnt believe he said this. Riley needs a refresher course on customer service! I will never visit this Grease Monkey ever again because of the service I received. The only positive thing about this Grease Monkey is John. John was the employee who took my payment. I had a question about my deferentials so John was kind enough to look at them and answer my questions!

My most recent experience at Grease Monkey was worth far more than a 5-star rating. My check engine light has been on for months now, but as a young female, I have an honest fear of going to car shops at all because in most cases, the people who work there try to cheat me out of large amounts of money because I am naive and dont know much about cars. I have gone to Grease Monkey twice before, and both times they never made me feel stupid for the issues I was having with my car or for not understanding how to fix the problem. I finally took my car to Grease Monkey yesterday worried that I would be walking away spending large amounts of money to fix the problem and just to diagnose it in general. The men there, especially the manager, was so helpful, generous, attentive, and honest to me, and I didnt end up spending anything yesterday. I will bring my car to Grease Monkey for every problem I have from now on because I trust the work they do and their word. They honestly want to find the true problems with your car and get you out of there as seamlessly as possible. Thank you so much for your help, Grease Monkey!

This place sucks! I took my truck in for an oil change and had them look at my front driver side brake. They left oil all over my truck and didnt take the skid plate off and let oil drain all over it. When I looked my truck over I also noticed my lug nuts were finger tight!

Place is terrible! 2 bad experiences in one week with 2 different cars! Left oil that ran off all over the motor. Plus, tried to claim I was a quart low even though I checked it before going in... yet they said that to every customer in the place? Second experience was even worse... Brand new truck which is a hard to drive manual and they wouldnt let us drive it in for them. The guy hopped in and started going through all the gears without the truck running or using the clutch. Ugh thanks wed like to keep the clutch working. After asking him to stop, they gave mean looks like were idiots. Then after pulling the truck in, the new guy drains the transfer case instead of the oil! They finished and charged extra for it. Plus it was apparently 2 quarts low... brand new truck literally. HmmmUpdate: the District manager called and refunded us both and is doing everything to make it right with us! We will go back and give them another chance!
