My favorite salon, its a wonderful little shop, I always get great results there.

I cannot extol the virtues of the wonderful women who work here enough. Always friendly and courteous. Always are clear about how long a wait it will be for a walk-in. Just my favorite place.

I have been coming to Yes Nails for at least 5 years. Ha, Kim, and Tina(she’s gone now☹️) have always provided excellent service. I usually get gel manicure and brow wax. I’ve never not been satisfied. They are great people that know what they’re doing.

The woman I had was super nice and professional. We had a great talk while she did my nails and she was very detailed. Wanted to make sure it was the right shape and length. Loved this place! Will definitely come back

Quality is better lately a little time consuming but havent lost a nail so.... Lol its ok. Not sure if Ill return but maybe.

I’m finally reviewing after two years of service. She is really talented and my nails never lift after rough treatment for three weeks. I usually make an appointment, and the girls here run on time. I’m really happy with the shape for my tiny challenging nail beds. The shop is very clean during the new COVID precautions. Thank you for great service!

I absolutely love this shop and the ladies that work here. They always treat me very nice. and my nails omg Im a busy lady single mother business owner and alot of times i dont have time to go every two weeks or week &1/2 to get my services but the way these ladies do my nails they easily can hold up for 6weeks. I recommend this shop to everyone. They wont disappoint you!❤

Got my eyebrows waxed today,the lady put hot wax on TWO times,now my eyes are SWOLLEN and BURNT!!!!!! VERY PAINFUL!!! Never will go again

This place is absolutely amazing! For a shop that is always busy, the quality and service is consistently great. Im literally almost falling asleep as I get my pedicure. Treat your lady, or yourself to an amazing experience.

Rushed me In and out just on doing my eyebrows!! Barely would let you talk about what exactly you came In there wanting to get, just tryna rush you and get paid. She did good on my eyebrows, but she got irritated when I told her to pluck off more hair.

Went for a wax and the lady BURNED MY SKIN. Now I have red outline around my eyebrow and the skin is tight and itchy. One spot is so bad that it’s actually scabbed up and I’m going on vacation in a few days. I have been a customer here for 10 years and since Kelli left a few years ago this place has really gone downhill. I’ve had more than one bad experience lately but this is the final straw. They have now lost a long time loyal customer!

It literally took one of the nail techs 10 times to get my nails right. She would apply the polish then take it off because she was being so impatient that when she began to paint the nail, the previous layer of paint would come off. I kid you not, it took her 10 tries to get it right. Then when it was all said and done, she didn’t do a good job of cleaning my fingers and my nails looked messy. I usually come here because in the past they’ve done a very good job but with two of the previous staff gone, their work has become less than par. This is how you lose customers and business.

I took my friend to get Deluxe Pedicures and reg manicures with Shellac and it cost me $182 and that was without the tip and the lady said it included my military discount. I got a design on two fingers and on my toes and my friend got designs on her fingers and two toes. I went there last year with other friends and had the same thing done and paid way less. We love our nails, but cant afford to go there again. Eeks!!!

Absolutely great place to get your nails done.I loved it here.The wait was unfortunately long, but when my turn came I was very happy with the outcome.And the lady doing my nails was so gentle on my hands it didnt hurt a bit. I would definitely recommend Yes Nails & Wax. Thank you!!

Not sure how so many people rated them high. First......didn’t seem to understand what we wanted done. Second......really was looking forward to the massage portion of the pedicure. Didn’t happen. We even asked for it. Third......there were a couple others getting pedicures, very inconsistent how they do pedicures. Each persons was different. My friend had a stone massage with her basic pedicure and I none with the upgraded pedicure. Fourth.......when it was time to leave, they put my flip flops on without removing the toe spacers! Definitely was not worth what I paid. :(.

Friendly, skilled staff. Clean environment and tools. Comfortable massage pedicure chairs. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs (only place I have seen this at.) Quality polish and products used. It does get VERY busy, so I recommend calling ahead and/or finding out least busy times.

Love love love this place! They did the best job Ive ever had on my nails. And go see Kim- but not when I want her to do my nails! Im very impressed.

Ive been going there for awhile and recently this place has gone down hill. There has only been one nail lady working there. She rushes on your nails and got a attitude when I told her my polish looked lumpy. Sure enough the next day my gel polish started peeling off. I go back and the place is full and she told me she would fix it. I said I dont know If its the polish or what, I want to get a different color. She said with an attitude it would be a 2 hr. wait. I said Ill come back. I go back and she said another hour. I told her never mind Ill go somewhere else. I dont understand why shes the only one there doing nails. Anyways she lost a customer Ill never go back again.

Whats the point accepting appointments when youre just going to accept walk ins ahead and make people wait?

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had driven past this salon multiple times. I was drawn in by the discounted prices for students. I should have know the prices were too good to be true. I made an appointment for 2pm. I walked in at 2:03. The first woman looked at me but didnt acknowledge me until I said I had an appointment at 2. She said its after 2. I was surprised, but figured that some salons are strict about their time. I waited an hour until they took a client that walked in after me that was a walk in. I was visibly upset and as I walked out the first woman rolled her eyes at me. The salon was dirty, used files were all over the place and it looked like it want been swept as there was acrylic nail pieces on the floor in front of the door. As I was waiting, I saw the second nail tech rinse off a used file in the sink. So unsanitary. Save yourself from getting a nail fungus and go somewhere else.

I went on a Saturday and there was no wait time at all. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. My feet were happy too🤗

Horrible experience . I was there 3 days ago after reading the very good reviews but had a very bad experience probably the worst ave ever had with eyebrow waxing. the lady sounded very pleasant in the beginning but things changed when I asked her to do an adjustment. she was very angry and rushed through n within no time she walked out without saying a word after giving me a dirty mirror to check my eyebrows . my face was all red! i can never go back.

I couldnt be happier. Kim did a fantastic job on my nails. She was friendly and professional. My nails have never looked better! Ill be back again for sure.

Great place to go to get your nails done, so relaxing and the way they massage your hands is so relaxing you can drift off to sleep.

I just recently moved in the area. And Im very picky about my nails. I had tried many differnt nail salons in the area and just wasnt happy. I finally tried here, and could be happier. I always get complements on them on how real they look. They do get busy so make a appointment.

Will not be returning to this nail salon. Pedicure was rushed and poorly done, and the lady that did my toes was very rude and got an attitude with me multiple times for asking simple question. Won’t spend money here again ever.

I came in to get my nails filled and they said it would be $16 then after waiting over an hour they said it would be $30 to fill my nails but then after that I went to tip top nails and it was $15 for a fill and $25 for a full set. Would not go there again wast of your time and money

The lady cut my finger and Im military charged me 52$ for nails n toes suppose to be 18 for full and 20 for toes Im pissed I waited 45 minutes ! Im so mad about this service I should have never payed
