Terrible customer service, nail teck stopped my pedicure to lay on couch (IN FROnt OF ME) and watch youtube. Also low quality pedicure, rushed and lack of tools and nails popped off 2 days after service.

I tried this place for the first time today and it was absolutely terrible. For a few reasons. The owners were nice enough but completely unprofessional. There were kids running everywhere being loud and bumping into my chair while Im getting my nails done. 2 puppies were running around the salon. My nails turned out awful. I like my nails long, not overly but a decent amount above my fingertip, and I told them this. They are now super short and the shape is completely wrong and no nail is the same length or shape. They knew I was very unhappy with them and still no discount or apologies. THEN I leave the salon and as soon as I so much as bump my nail or run my fingers through my hair, it chips and smudges. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place. I suggest you dont either.

I love this place I have been going here for awhile, Im always greeted by the same friendly faces and great service (they give you tea or drinks of your choice and cookies). I didnt come in for several months after I got pregnant I just kinda hibernated and when i went back I was greeted like an old friend all my preferences where remember and the owner even went out of her way to get me adorable baby clothes as a gift, she is a very sweet person which makes me love going here even more😊

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place but several things went wrong.1. The shape of both our nails wrong.2. They trimmed my girlfriends nails when she didnt ask for them.3. Designs were nothing of what we asked.4. Paint chipped and smudged even after completely dry.5. No money or discount accounted for with such a bad job even with complaints.6. Very unprofessional, kids and dogs everywhere, I had 2 dogs placed on my lap that were not mine by the children that I did not ask for and a random pumpkin.7. Over priced for a 2 fills and one trim and paint changes.I dont know about many people but I go to relax and have me time. I was uncomfortable and treated rudely. I would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

Been here a few time. Every time the paint chips off right away. In a week my nails need to be filled and each time my fill has gotten more expensive. I thought it would get better but not! Never does she lotion my hands or trim my hang nails. Never!! She just shoved me through. Time to look for a better place. I’ve giver her the benefit of the doubt long enough!

I have been coming here for a year. I love the staff, the dogs, the service! Its all great. Good prices too.

I am super picky with my nails and Cathy listened to EXACTLY what I wanted! She was very sweet and pleasant to talk to and might I add has an eye for detail! I will definately recommend her to anyone who is picky like me!

I go here faithfully.They are always polite and the best part is my nails are fast and perfect every time from top to bottom! All different types of services offered! :) plus you get refreshments.

Rude woman...so very rude and completely disrespectful I couldnt believe it. I will never go there again and I will never recommend this place. Over charges too but thats nothing compared to the horrendous treatment.

They make things easy for first time visitors (and people like me[having no idea what to do]) and the service is nicely executed.

If it where up to me I would leave 0 stars !i have been coming to Cathy for years but yesterday was my last visit ! I have brought my husband, friends, daughter, sister and mom . Made her lots ! Of money . !! This place SUCKS !!! There building smells of dog and dog pee ! They have un licensed men working in there in which 2 are her boyfriends who continue to use there finger nail for digging in the cracks of people’s nails n toes (gross and unsanitary) health risk for an infection! I have went in and got a pedicure, days later wondered why my feet itched ? Because they rinse there DIRTY SUPPLYS OFF WITH WATER AND RE USE THEM ! I witnessed it myself ! Cathy has pulled skin off my eyebrows and still charged me ! Did a powder set (her suggestion) Which of course cost more and ohhh my lord did they look horrible!!! She knew it and still let me leave . Only to come back days later and pay her more money to paint them ! I’ve done the math on pricing multiple times and somehow it’s always a extra couple dollars with her ???? She suggest what she would like and think looks good just to charge me extra for everything she suggested?!!! Currently after I walked out yesterday after one of her boyfriends gave me a HOUR LONG PEDICURE!!! Well I watched her assistant multiple other people . My toe is swollen n red and puss coming out ! I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE !! It’s gross n horrible !

My family and I just arrived to fort lewis a couple of days ago and didnt know anything around here. I wanted to get my nails done for my bday. After looking around online I decided to give this place a try. My husband got a pedicure and I got a pedicure and a full set, both with fancy designs. They turned out so great! They are gorgeous and I will definitely be going there regularly. They did such a fantastic job. The mother- daughter team worked so well together. They managed to make everyone feel like they were being waited on without having to sit in a chair and just wait; even when they got a little more busy. They gave a very long and relaxing pedicure that they serve hot tea and pastries with. They were really wonderful and well priced. The place itself was so pretty the way that they had it set up and painted. It was feminine yet professional. Just over all a relaxing and fun place to be.

Love it here. First time and they where amazing.
