I will not be returning to this location ever. I walked in asking for a pedicure and a full set of acrilic nails. It took 2.5 hours to receive my services, but I was ripped off. The woman who did my pedicure ASSUMED I wanted shellac paint then charged me $60 for my $40 pedicure. The lady who did my nails tried to put the solar powder on my nails, but I caught her beforehand and she got the acrilic powder out and did my full set. Then since my expectation was for my fingers and nails to match, I was forced to used the shellac paint on my finger nails too. There was no manicure done, only the nails and the cost for that went from $30 to $50 because of the paint. I also had my eyebrows waxed while I was there, but while washing my hands was able to see in the mirror that my left brow was only waxed on the under brow. I had to ask the lady to finish the wax job because she felt comfortable enough in her partial performance to send me into the world still needing an eyebrow waxing. That service was $10, and was almost left undone. I would never pay $120 for a pedicure and full set anywhere else. They will rip you off, but do it silently and leave you shocked at the register paying for things you never asked for!!! Choose any other salon, this one is scamming people without their knowledge!

Vann did a wonderful job with my full set. Each nails is shaped nicely and very similarly. Rose did a fantastic job with the nail art!! Would definitely come back. They are very busy though so make sure you have plenty of buffer time.

Edit: I went in yesterday and Van did my nails absolutely perfectly! They are beautiful, thank you so much! Picture is attached :)The first time I went to this salon, Van did the most amazing job. I made an appointment with her for last Thursday but for some reason another girl did my nails. My powder dip was messy, done incorrectly and now, less than a week later, the dip is becoming unattached from my nails. I had to direct the girl throughout the manicure to try and get it done how I wanted. I’m very disappointed, especially because I had an appointment with Van. Frustrating since I spent so much money and time there only to have my manicure literally fall off my nails because the girl did not put a base coat on.

Went in without and appointment, later in their store hours. Got a full set and loved them. Although the store was closing soon Van did a wonderful job on my nails and took her time. No rushing. Best nails Ive ever had. Definitely will be going back.

I went in for a pedicure and a manicure. Van was the lady who did my nails ans ultimately the reason that I will be going back! She was very careful and delicate with my nails. I had told her that I am hoping for minimal damage when applying the acrylic and she did do a fabulous job of being gentle! I LOVED the foot massage ans got matching polish on my toes & hands. I honestly havent ever seen the benefits from a pedicure to this extent, and for it to last so long is even better 💙 Im honestly very excited to go back and mau even get myself some facial treatments too! I have damn near convinced my man to come with me next time ans at Least try the pedicure 😂 Its WORTH it

I have long natural nails and always want nail art. Van is the BEST for both!! Van knows exactly how to perpare and shape my nails to keep them healthy and even. She designs my nail art exactly how I want it with great precision and has great suggestions for colors. This is my happu place!

Alyssa is friendly and has a nice craftsmanship to her style. I have compliments everywhere I go. She gives me a way to feel confident about my hands and I appreciate that!UPDATE: I KEEP COMING BACK! Rose did a wonderful job making my nails look shiney, smooth and spectacular! The place could use a receptionist to allow Rose and other staff to concentrate on their skills without interruptions. Thanks to Tom also for my pedicure! I’ll be back for sure!

Went in with my friend three times every time we ask if they have time for 2 sets they say yes then we come in and sit with no one to help us for at least an hour. If you have no one to help then say no and don’t waste my time. I’ve never had someone work on my friend and I one at a time and I was fine with it but watching other walk ins get help before me even though I came in first is so annoying seriously never going back. Waste of time and poor service.

The lady that does the eyelash extensions is very kind and quiet. But, I scheduled my 2 week the same day I got them done and when I returned for my retouch, she said I had to reschedule and I would be charged for the 3 week which is 20 dollars more. The difficulty in communication plus the other nail tech that kept coming into the room and talking and her phone going off every 10 seconds was a huge distraction to the poor woman that was working right near my eyes! When I declined further services, they kept calling me to reschedule, wanting to charge the higher price. Will not return

Wonderful, clean salon and have never had a complaint! Been coming here for over 10 years now. Always happy with my nails/toes! They are always up to date on the latest trends and colors, huge selection to choose from. Amazing new massage chairs are a bonus during pedicures (husband will even tag along for a pedicure!!!) Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Rose now for 16 years. She’s so amazing. The shop is always clean and the ladies are so friendly. I get many services from Rose. She’s the only one I trust for my Brazilians. Everyone should try one at least once. My lashes make me feel beautiful and extra and my nails are always fire. Her and the ladies work so hard to make everyone feel welcomed and important. Not only do I highly recommend Mile High Nails but will never venture else were.

Tried very hard to give direction and showed a photo multiple times. Did not get acrylic product on my nail correctly, to my cuticles and around the nail plate. Tried to communicate very well with her what I wanted and did not receive the quality I expected for as much direction as I gave. Did not get my entire nail with acrylic so she went back and added more and now I have a gob of acrylic past my nail bed. Shaping Took multiple steps and still not even or what I wanted, each finger is completely different in terms of shaping

Damage from getting an acrylic set and a fill here - in the photo my nails have two big trauma lines. There is so much damage to the nail bed from the dremmel and how they removed the acrylics with a a credit card. I’m giving my nails a break from acrylics after at least a year.

I have been a client for 7 years. Rose is the best in town. It’s clean, professional and very comfortable. I always have great service and would never go anywhere else, my daughter and friends go here too.

Went there and my technician was Anne and she was rushed and did a poor job. Probably the worst experience at a pedicure place. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. She looks like she much rather be doing something else.

SO BAD!!! Got a full set of acrylics. They were all painfully removed with a clip instead of soaking off. Nails are all different lengths and wonky shapes. Edges are sharp, tips were not painted, acrylic and paint globs are under the nails, and the shellac itself is BUBBLY. It looks like I already need a fill by the big gap at the cuticles. I saw her paint right over the paper towel dust she was leaving. It was so bad I had to have them fixed. They had the SAME TECH fix them and managed to keep them just as bad! She wasn’t listening to what I said about shape, paint, or length and was clearly angry. Obviously a novice. Went somewhere else to have them fixed. Spend your money elsewhere.

We decided to get our nails done on a whim, which during covid proved harder than expected. We called ahead and were able to get in right away. They had all the appropriate PPE and it felt very safe. The cuticle work was great, we both got basic mani pedis and for the price it was totally worth it.

Excellent salon! Very good location and very nice inside. Very nice set up and the staff are welcoming. They give you great service and take good care of you. Everyone is very talented and you be wont disappointed. Im a happy satisfied client and definitely will be back.

I’ve been going here since May and I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with the services provided! I’ve had my nails done by many of the techs (all are so wonderful), but if you are looking for a dip manicure-Van will have you looking like a superstar! Always so detailed and pleasant even when I cannot decide on a dip color.Worth the time and money-I will never go to another nail salon.

Beautiful ambience, new nail salon. They are having grand opening with a good deal. Lots of amazing color selection. Love their dip full set. My nail tech was very kind and thoroughly, she paid attention to details. Shes definitely will get my next visit.

Very nice salon . I was really excited to try them out since we just moved in the area. I called made my appointment, I arrived on time . The tech started to help me out, she told me to wash my hands . When I came back my stuff was moved to a different table with out telling me . A tech that was already leaving was sent back to finish me . Didn’t say one word to me got up and left . I had to ask the first tech if I was ready to go she said yes. No hand massage not even lotion was applied to my hands nothing . Not real pleased. They obviously don’t care for new customer.

I have been looking for a new nail place for YEARS! Im not even exaggerating, its been about 5 years! I recently moved and this is one out of the 3 places I tried that is by my new apartment. At my first visit Rose did my nails and they were beautiful! The next time I went in I asked for a crazy ombre design. Somebody else did them that time and I wasnt thrilled, but didnt want to stay any longer because I had my 6 year old with me and it was dinner time. So I went back a week later when I had time and requested Rose (who also happens to be the manager). Rose remembered looking at my nails the last time. She did ask me like 5 times if I liked them, but I didnt complain because I just didnt feel like making a fuss. Well Rose made sure I was taken care of and gave me a discount. Most nail salons would NOT do that! They continue to impress me with their amazing customer service. I am very happy that I finally found a nail salon up to my standards. Highly recommended!

I was very happy to find this gem place! The salon was very clean and nice decor. Very nice staff athe woman did my nails did an amazing job. This gonna be my regular mail spot from now on!

I do really like this place but lately I havent had a very great experience. My nails look wonderful when Im done and they always last but the staff seems to be doing a lot of sitting around and ignoring when customers come in and it takes them forever sometimes to seat someone. A gal left because she was blown off by every single person the last time I was in there. I will always go to either Alysa or Rose. I dont trust anyone else really. My only major concern is the sanitation of their instruments but luckily Ive never had an issue but I am going to mention it the next time I go. They do do amazing work though so I would recommend this place highly, just take those major things into consideration.

I had an appointment at1:30 for a full-set and wax. I arrived on time and Mya ask to take my temperature and fill our paper work. After she showed me in I sat at a chair with a footbath although I wasn’t getting my feet done. My sister had an appointment as well an was in the footbath getting her feet done. She completed her toes and headed to do her nails all the while I’m still sitting here with no service. At 2:30 an hour later I start writing my review and ask Anna who gave me her name after she let me know the girls name. I then was helped by Ann at 2:15. We was very polite and did an amazing job on both my nails An brows. 3:37 we still here waits on my sister. My over all experience long wait but quality work.

Been to so many nail salon at so many different places but this new one is one of my favorite. They just recently opened this in the same stripping center, bigger and definitely 100% better. Love the new setup here, service was good as usual. They did a great job on my shellac full set.

This place just recently opened but its one of my favorite so far in this area. The tech was very pleasant and really nice. My dip full set was perfect, just the way I want it.

So far Im very pleased. They have been very gentle on sensitive feet and toes. Yes, feet are ticklish when removing dead rough skin from soles of feet, but you did come for a pedicure! Ladies are polite and professional.

I would suggest all nails techs of Mile High salon show the licenses to customers where you sit at because some of you did not know what you are doing. I like to know you did learn from acredit school to understand what you have done. Making sure the safe and customer service skills, making sure your English capability, making sure you know what your clients want are important, especially Lisa, Anna.

I came here to get lashes and Im super happy I did! My lashes look great and make my eyes look beautiful. The service here is very good and super friendly!

My girlfriend and I called ahead to see if they’d be busy and they told us there wouldn’t be a wait for two pedicures. Once we got there it took 20 minutes to be greeted and 40 minutes to finish my girlfriends basic pedicure. By that time my water was cold and my feet were pruned. Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend.

This is the WORST perdicure Ive ever had! The people are rude they used what looked like a cheese grater on my feet which I am pretty sure they arent supposed to be using and it hurt and the paint didnt last. Dont waist your money here!

I love the staff here and with their new remodel, it is pretty gorgeous inside. The pedi chairs massage away on your back while they pamper your feet. You can watch whatever is on the t.v. when getting your mani done. I usually get my eyebrows done too if needed. All that and its not crazy expensive! Highly recommend. 😁💅❤

Unsanitary! I had to tell them that using instruments and supplies obviously used on the person before me was unacceptable. Then it was obvious I was being spoken about negativity among them, rude! No liners in the pedicure tubs, no sterilization, just gross. Bear Creek Nails is a much better option.

The only reason I set foot in this place was because my regular nail salon, which is Modern Nails, was already closed. I was driving for half hr to get here, called ahead of time and asked for prices, which was standard 35 full set gel. I get there. First of they had an attitude. She asked what I wanted and i said pointy, so she proceeds to glue the nails, then asks how long, so i asked her to do a little longer than half since the filing and all to male them pointy. The reply i get is that if i want them long i have to pay more. That the 35 was for regular size which when she put her finger was about 2 cm. Why the heck would i go get nails, pointy nails for that matter, that short? They would look ridiculous.Now i dont mind paying for something if its worth it, but even the way she glued the plastic nails you can tell it wasnt going to be a good job.So this people charge for something but they give u what they want. And then when i said i was not paying extra she says, give me your hand im going to take off so you can go. Thats when i got rude. Because you are getting paid to do a job if you are not going to like every customer that comes in then do something else. Is not ok to be rude to people who give u business.I should have paid more attention to previous comments.Again my problem is not paying extra if i have to. But come on let people know in advance. All i wanted was pointy gel nails. And this happened.NEVER AGAIN. NOT EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY.
