Beautiful job on my nails! I will be back for sure. Its about the same price you pay at a good nail salon. When I say good I mean clean and professionally staffed.

On 3/28/2021, My mother, sister, and I entered the salon at approximately 12:50 pm for our 1:00 p.m..First of all, no one was at the front desk so we stood there over 5 minutes at the front desk for someone to even acknowledge us. Finally, a worker in a floral dress gets the woman who works the front desk. No apology for the wait or anything. My mother and sister were immediately serviced while Im waiting in the front for services. At approximately 1:03pm another customer walks in with a 1:00 p.m. appointment for manicure and pedicure. She was called back for services while I am still waiting. At approximately 1:09 p.m. another customer walks in for service ( I believe she had a 1:00 p.m appointment) and she immediately called back for service. My mother says my daughter has an appointment, so the staff mentions it to the front desk clerk, and she says I still have Shaay we have a rotation. Im confused what type of rotation is this. If we all have a 1:00 pm appointment and no one has an appointment with a specific manicurist (which the other 2 clients didnt) than the rotation should be first come first serve. I was finally called back at approximately 1:20 p.m. The lady (Amy) that serviced my mother came after she completed my mothers pedicure to start my pedicure. Remind you my mother had to go back to the front and wait for her manicure. I guess she wasnt aware that my mother was supposed to receive a manicure too. At 1:50 p.m. my mother was still sitting in the front waiting to get a manicure and 4 other clients were called back to receive services. While getting serviced another client that was supposed to receive a second services asked who was going to take off powder on nails, so the manicurist had to go back to front desk to ask. Meanwhile my mother is still in the front on manicure. Front desk clerk is very unorganized.

I used to loved this place, but since they changed the staff, it has not been the same anymore.

My lady Tracy, kept making faces at me about the design I asked for and was pretty rude to me. She also made my acrylics two different sizes and she cut me multiple times with her tools. Definitely will not be returning.

I enjoyed my mani and pedi to celebrate Mothers day!

The distance to my house makes it far too convenient but the service is just okay unfortunately.

This was my first visit and I was happy! You will pay a few more $ than usual for your services however its the services that is attached that makes it worth it. Staff was nice and very accommodating my tech CHRISTINE made sure I was happy with my nails willing to change/fix anything I didnt like. My set came out perfect I will be back!

It was my 1st time took my sis its beautiful very upscale nail bar they service champagne wine soda etc. its an excellent service you definitely get what you paid for it is pricey I paid for my sister and I $268 that was 2 full sets 2 pedis will be back

I have been at a few local nail salons lately, looking for a good one now that I am back in the work force. The others were dirty (toe nail clippings left on the floor, tools dropped on the floor then picked up and used again, no liners in the foot tubs, etc) but FUMA was so clean and hygienic. They open fresh packets of sterilized tools for each client, liners are used in tubs, the floors and seats are clean. I even got a glass of Cab. Love this place and plan to go back!

Nail service is great but overpriced and these are not even covid spikes!!!!! they charge $20 for gel prices, and $15 to take gel polishoff your toes. I got a fill with gel ($60), and a regular manicure $34 + 15. I spent $109 🤨🤨😥😥

This place is good, clean & friendly. Its has a nice positive vibe. But Its pretty pricey, & theyre not great at doing designs. Your nails will look great, but if youre a designs person, this might not be the place for you. I do love they they give law enforcement a discount though.

Went with my wife to get her nails done, seemed legit. They had refreshments and music videos for me while I waited. Thats cool. The names of colors were all funny puns, play on words, and sexy euphemisms. They did a good job on my wifes nails.

First time experience was great. Sadly, every time after that not so much. I have been getting acrylic nails for 10 years and all of a sudden I got bad allergic reactions to the products they use. Then I was told to switch to gel formed nails because they have no other type of acrylic to use. When I went in to get it done, it was burning the whole time they were doing it. Then I was over charged by $20. When I saw the receipt I called them to complain. They told me the owner or manager will call me and of course no one called. To top it off two nails lifted and broke off after 2 days. I paid $130 (not including tip) for a gel set and pedicure and was left with horrible looking nails on my hand. When I got my nails done elsewhere they would last 3 weeks with no issues. I really wanted to like this place since it was on my way home from work, but it didnt work out. If i was going just for a pedicure it would be fine, but I need my hands done too.

VISIT: MAY 08, 2019POSTED: MAY 09, 2019I am not a picky person, but I was extremely unsatisfied with my nails. My right hand nails were so much shorter than my left hand nails. I told I believe her name was Lynn, and she was upset because I addressed it. She was rushing my nails the entire time and they are super short and some are long, the acrylic looks so thick, and my gel is already chipping. I am so disappointed... It was definitely not worth what I paid... :(

I really like this nail spa. They are clean, always open new package of instruments for each client, and its open airy and relaxing. Two thumbs up 👍

They do a great job no doubt but a little pricey i feel. 69 or 64 for a gel manicure and a reg pedicure. No xtras. Wish all nail places would bring back the foot massage that used to be included with a then cheaper pedicure.

Love love love!! Its relaxing and definitely a total different atmosphere than the typical nail salons. No rude techs telling me what she thinks is right or better for me unless I ask. No mysterious dialogues in a second language. Air sanitizer at every station. Great lotion CODI!! All newly sanitized instruments. No telling me my nails are crooked. They just deliver great service and have such a good attitude about everything. On the pricey side but the experience is a treat in itself, aside from the complimentary chocolates and drinks!

First time i went to this place 3 out of five fingers was nicked. 😿😿The second time, the gel polish chipped within a week. It peels off like a molded nail off my real nail. I think in FUMA, good work happen only as an accident. The quality is generally poor. Paying more than 80 dollars plus 20 dollar tip because i thought its will last for at least 2 weeks.I rather them not serve drinks and just be professional than friendly As long as the work was done with high quality.

Cute set up inside. The downside is that I got a regular pedicure & the polish chipped 3 days later not worth it compared to other shops that last 2 weeks without chipping & way to overpriced.

First time we, mom, sister, and I visit this salon and so far we loved it. Everyone is friendly and very attentive.

This was the worst experience I have had with them. Idk if management changed or what but the service I recieved didnt match what they charged. I felt like I was apart of a herd. The lady got wax all over my clothes, the nail tech couldnt do any of the designs I asked for. I called asking specifically for a type of design that I was assured they could do. When I got there I was not given any of the services I asked for. NEVER AGAIN. To have them speaking over me while providing me a service just made matters worse.

She ripped off my nail. It hurt so bad. She left then too thick and unattractive.

I LOOVE this place and recommend it to those who love getting their nails done and dont worry about price . I got mine done back on May 2018 for prom . I chose medium and wow they are much longer than I thought so next time I will get short :) And they were exactly how I wanted them. They were ombré pink . Kathy didnt burn my finger, the place didnt smell like chemicals, I got free chocolate and a drink Perrier since Im under age lol. The people their are amazing and they listen to you . Ive recently got them done somewhere else and regretted it immediately...I will be back to this place .

I went with my bf to get me a Mani and pedi and he got a pedi, and it was definitely worth the pedis we got but not my mani. I came here because it was close to my bfs house but I am not going back. I will stick to the nail shops close to my house. this place was over priced for my mani. they charged me as much as I pay for a full set of acrylic nails.

It took so long we had to leave we go there at 1:00 and left at 2:00 with no mail polish in our nails or toes😡😡😡

This place is ok. The price is a little higher to accommodate for addition of offering sodas but I dont think it is worth the money. Ive been to Moda nails on Woodruff Ave in Lakewood and they do equal work (I think better) for less money. Lena and Mary and Moda nails do a wonderful job with pedicures and manicures but I usually just get a pedicure. Ill continue trying new places and leaving reviews.

$96 dollars for a mani/pedi and 1 small mimosa!!!!! The lady cut my toe and I only got regular paint! Terrible experience and I will never come back
